I'm not from here and I call up the gentleman at this place. And he was probably the nicest auto repair guide that I have ever spoken with.When I asked him about how much it would cost me to replace place my gas filter. He told me it would only cost a half hours labor.In my book this guy deserves a metal. I'll pray it goes well and I will give an update after it's all done.

Went into this place because it was behind an auto part sort and a part was corroded and I could not change it myself. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and more than generous. I am a Denver transplant and I have found the only place I will take my cat when out of warranty. I don t write many reviews, but I have to say this guy is an honest mechanic.

Came here with emergency, my engine under panel dragging off my car . The owner was very nice and came with solution very quickly. I left the shop after 10 minutes . Would recommend this place to everyone!

I will definitely be back for any maintenance needs in the future. Tommy was able to get me a next day appointment and addressed all of my concerns and needs. I really appreciated how honest they are too - they weren t trying to upsell me on anything, or push any services or repairs. They are also very affordable. Great auto repair shop that is honest, kind, affordable and overall a pleasant experience!

I really appreciate the management here because they're good, honest, people who run a tight ship.A lot of the time as a younger woman who doesn't know my way around cars very well when I've gone to other mechanics they've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in order to make a quick buck, but at Town Center Auto they always take time with me to talk through my options transparently.They also know their way around finding parts, on several occasions they've called many different places, having already found the part I need but not stopping until they were sure they found the best deal in the area for me.As someone who has had very bad experiences in the past getting my car serviced it's comforting to know I'm in good hands and can always trust them to do high quality work quickly and charge a fair rate.

Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient with their work. They practically put a new front end in my older Tundra in under a day. I definitely understand why Tommy Lee and the folks here are so highly rated. Would absolutely use again and recommend highly to anyone looking for good and honest mechanics.

Finding a quality mechanic isn t easy, so when a friend referred me to Town Center Auto I had my reservations. After being misled and overcharged by other mechanics in the area, I was ready for someone who cared more about me and my safety than their bottomline. I can honestly say that Troy and his team are the best auto repair professionals I ve worked with. They diagnosed my vehicle and then provided thoughtful recommendations based on what they knew about my budget and vehicle condition preferences. I felt heard, seen, and like I was part of the decision making process. The check engine light came on in my car the day before a big road trip. Town Center Auto was the only mechanic who would see me the same day, and they had my car fixed in under two hours! If I could, I'd give Troy and the crew at Town Center 10 stars! Had an emergecny repair request when the serpentine belt on my Nissan Murano broke and left me stranded. They worked me in right away and had me up and running within a couple hours! Needed to replace the AC compressor, and they searched for the best price for the part. I was expecting a total bill of around $1,500 and was pleasantly surprised when the final bill was less than $1,000. Great quality service, friendly, and didn't try to "upgrade" by suggesting other repairs that weren't really necessary.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys get it!!! Took my car in with what would've been an expensive repair. After "thinking about" my situation overnight, Tommy Lee called and told me to try the dealership as it might be under warranty. It was!!! Saved me big $$$. THAT'S INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I try to do most maintenance on my vehicles. When I m in over my head, this is the ONLY repair shop I trust with my vehicles. Always honest, in fact they advised us of an open service bulletin that saved us $2000, took to dealer and fixed under warranty. First class shop, will always recommend!

Truck water pump went out, and owner ordered us an Uber to a hotel. Repairs were completed next day. Excellent service.

These guys are amazing. I have been to a lot auto repair shops in my life and these guys are by far the most honest mechanics I have met. I have gone twice in the last year and the services has been outstanding. I left the other without being charge after they looked at an issue with car. The gave some suggestions on what could fixed the rattle noise and say you no charge. When the last time you have gone to a mechanic shop and they did not find something to bill for. I will keeping to Town Center Auto Repair for future repairs. Finally a place I can trust.

Don is a very thoughtful owner who gives an honest assessment and fair prices. My family has worked with Town Center Auto Repair on a couple occasions and have found that honesty, integrity, and strong customer service are valued qualities of this business. Guess there is a reason these guys get 4.9 stars. We ll continue to use Town Center Auto Repair as our go to shop in the future!

I found Town Center Auto about 5 years ago and I am so glad I did! These guys are so easy to work with, they are honest, pricing is fair, and I no longer dread having work done on my cars because I know these guys will take care of me! Highly recommend!!!

I have never written an online review before, but the guys here deserve all the kudos they get! Beyond their incredible workmanship, they are very kind. I have been looking for a good place to take my cars for quite while now, one where I trust the mechanics...this is the place! Good work, good price, good people. Thanks!

I would highly recommend Town Center Auto Repair. My brother came to visit from out of state and his truck was misfiring upon arrival. We told Troy our circumstances that we were trying to get the truck repaired so we could head up to the mountains for Christmas vacation. He was very knowledgeable and had him back on the road in a couple of hours. Big thanks and much appreciated.

The girl at the O'Reillys store next door told me these guys were the 'most honest mechanics in Highlands Ranch', so I had them repair my car. They fixed the problem for a way cheaper price than the other shops had to offer, and they literally had it fixed within 24 hours. I've never had such great service. If I wasn't moving to Texas, I don't believe I'd ever use another shop. These guys are solid!

We have a couple of older vehicles including our 03 Explorer with over 190,000 miles in the clock. Don and his crew have always done great work at very reasonable prices. They always let us know exactly what needs to be done and what doesn't and in most cases get the work done on the same day. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a mechanic.

Called Don out of the blue trying to get some emergency repairs in, and he fit me in the very next day. Unlike many other mechanics in the area, Don and his staff charge reasonable rates and genuinely care about what you need in your circumstances, rather than trying to sell you unnecessary things. I could not recommend these people enough and they will always have my business. If you want an honest, down to earth car mechanic, this place is the one for you.

Quoted job accurately over phone. Honest and quick service. When replacing the alternator, they happen to break the radiator. Instead of telling me I need a new radiator like some other repair shops would do, they replaced it for free. This is all I'm looking for, honesty and integrity. Not much, but feels good when it's granted. Thank you and I will recommend and come back for future jobs.

I love this place! These are the best mechanics I ve ever experienced. Very honest and upfront about what will be the best and most cost efficient repair route for my vehicle. Josh is the guy I ve worked with for the past year or so, and already he recognizes from memory who I am and the work he s previously done on my vehicle when I call in.

We've had great experiences here. I feel like a lot of mechanics make you fix something expensive anytime you take your car in. I've already had a couple of experiences with Town Center where we went in with a problem and they found the issue and it didn't cost very much to fix.For example, my relatively old (2004) car recently failed the state's emissions test. Town Center quickly identified the issue (one of my sensor's needed cleaned off), fixed it, and only charged me for their time. I'm super happy to pay for expertise--what I don't like is having to pay for unnecessary expensive repairs.

Town Center Auto Repair is the best auto repair I've had in 30 years of driving! I actually know how to work on my own cars but old age, lack of time, always have me looking at other options these days.I found this shop from a friend of mine that used them & I was amazed at all the details they gave me on my car after they fixed it! (They even showed me the parts that they changed out!) All in all I'm a big fan of their total honesty & skills at fixing cars!I have more cars I want to get worked on & I am truly blessed to find such honest, great mechanics not to mention the friendliest people ever!

These guys are top notch. The best I've encountered in many years of owning vehicles. We took my wife's Yukon in for service to another local shop, and they claimed the repair work was going to be about $6,500. A buddy of mine recommended Town Center, so I called Troy. He was able to get us in almost immediately, got the work done timely, and fixed everything that actually NEEDED to be done for about $850. He told me what things were critical, what things we needed to keep an eye on, what things could wait, and what things weren't necessary at all. We've never considered going anywhere else, and I tell everyone I know about these guys. Good, honest, hard-working guys who know their stuff and won't take advantage of you. Why is that so hard to find??
