This is the best auto shop in Denver!I ve been taking my car here for 5 years. I even drive across town because the service is top notch and the staff is friendly, helpful and trustworthy.I ve known the owners Jaime and Bob for many years, and they are very good people with kindness and integrity. They ll make your Car Go Far!

We took a used car that we were going to purchase checked out. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I drove in from Colorado Springs and I accidentally dropped my credit card on the floor and they quickly called me to tell me and even mailed it to my address out of the city to save me a trip. They took the time to show me what was wrong with the car and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this shop!

These folks saved me when I was in a tough spot and basically couldn't get help from anyone else (including my dealership). My car had a flat and I didn't have my wheel lock key and therefore couldn't remove the tire and pop the spare on. Fortunately I live down the street so I inflated my tire and it was just enough to get me to the shop. Not only did they remove all of my wheel locks and replace them with standard lug nuts, they also fixed the puncture in my tire. All in about 3 hours, and for a very reasonable price too. Christy was super friendly and helpful; I'm so grateful that they could fit me into their schedule and get me back on the road so fast.

You guys did a wonderful job my past mechanic never actually did what they promised and claimed the inspected my vehicle. That was far from the truth , but you guys did A oil change, Vehicle inspection and a lot more for just no more then like 50 dollars after tax. The customer service was incredible and you got back to me with what I needed to have fixed on my vehicle along with pictures of the actual damaged part which helps me know I m not just paying for parts that don t need to be replaced. And if that s not great already I got a free estimate on what repairs found during the inspection would cost me. You guys are wonderful and I recommend you to anyone who enjoys good customer service and and job well done :)

We had a myriad of issues with our 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thompson was efficient in their evaluation and provided us with options for repair. All was done withing a quick timeframe and we were able to pick up after hours with ease. Highly recommend this shop!

Outstanding customer service. Christy kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciate that she differentiated between repairs that were necessary and repairs that can be done later. Being able to use a loaner vehicle was so very helpful.

Thompson Automotive has helped me out a few times already. I went there after my dad recommended I go there because I've been taken advantage of a few too many times, and he's friends with the owners. They're local, friendly, and will do their best to actually get your car fixed. They'll explain the process to you, and because of how caring they are, it makes me stay.

The entire staff was cheerful and you can tell they genuinely like each other. After my service was complete, I realized I didn t have my form of payment. They were VERY patient with me while I got the info in order to pay for my service.I needed a few more things replaced so I was given a price and was able to make the appointment. As a female, it s difficult to find mechanics sometimes who aren t 100% forthcoming. I really like this staff and they really made me feel comfortable. Great experience!

The first auto shop I went to wanted to charge me close to $1,700+ just to fix one item; in addition, they hardly checked my car. The guy even said in front of my face that he didn't look at it for too long. Why take my vehicle for the whole day and barely even look at it? Wanting a second opinion, I called Thompson Automotive, explained my situation to them, and was given a free second opinion. The best part is that they did it all in one day! The technician is well informed, the front desk team is wonderful, and they work with you!!! Every car problem that I have, I know who to take it to.

Thompson Automotive has exceeded my expectations of an auto shop. The customer service goes above and beyond. They are transparent and friendly which is rare. They have loaner cars and pay for an Uber ride when needed. Ben is helping get my FJ Cruiser back into shape and I feel at ease about the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend this friendly shop.

The staff at Thompson Auto are very professional and thorough. They send a link with a full breakdown of the issues with your vehicle with pictures and price included. Ben walked me through the breakdown to make sure I understood the issues and gave me solid recommendations on next steps that fit my budget. Thank you Ben and the Thompson Automotive staff!

Brought my car in in the morning to have my breaks worked on and an oil change. By 3:30pm I received a call that the work was done. They provided transportation to and from my house which was much appreciated. I felt that the price was fair. One item that was pointed out that was going to need attention in the near future was quoted 300 dollars less than the mechanic I used the last time. Needless to say I will use Thompson for the work. Thompson also provides a Veteran s discount. I'm retired and on a fixed income so any savings that I can get go a long way.

My experience at Thompson Automotive has been wonderful so far- they are up front about their pricing - gave me quotes for the future on things that may need attention soon. They were quick, courteous and were able to take care of my tire rotation same day. I ll definitely be going back.

They provied an electrical wire repair on my ford expedition (that most shops didn't want to touch) with speed and accuracy. The customer service was also outstanding thanks to christy who communicated everything with me through the process. I would definitely use them for future repairs.

I've always had an excellent experience at Thompson Automotive.Friendly staff, honest, courteous and trust worthy. I am a senior and it is very important that my car is dependable, always, Also, equality important that Thompson Automotive and the staff have excellent knowledge, are sincerely caring and stand behind all their repairs and work. Thompson Automotive repaired the issues i had on my truck and had it looked at the same day I brought it in , gave me an estimate which the cost of everything is so high that I felt the price was adequate . Compared to the dealer which they hold your vehicle for at least two days before they look at it, and their prices are. Astronomical . I am glad i found Thompson Automotive. Thank you.

Was very impressed with there service and attention the problems I was having with my car!! They fixed my car pretty quickly making sure to double double check it over to let me know what future work I would need to prepare for !! To top it off when they returned it they gave my son an who is 4 years old an amazing gift in his car seat. A cute stuffed animal bear with there company shirt onbear. He was so grateful. Will definetly use them for future repairs.

I was pleased with my experience here, not only did they fix my car, they were able to offer me assistance through one of their partners to provide me with the payment options. They also resolved two other issues multiple auto shops had failed to resolve. Definitely recommend!

This review starts in Las Vegas at Asian Imports. As part of a general service in Las Vegas I had the steering rack replaced on my 2002 Forester that I bought brand new in 2001. 6 months later I had moved to Colorado and before long my car was smelling like oil was burning when I parked and it needed power steering fluid. I took the car to Thompson Automotive in Littleton Colorado. Apparently, the steering rack failed. I contacted Asian Imports to see about a warranty. They were helpful and understanding on that call. The next day I got a text stating it would be 100% covered as an out-of-state warranty. Thompson Automotive coordinated with Asian Imports and it was taken care of in a couple of days. Wow! Good experience with both garages!

These guys are great. Took very good care of my Range Rover and had me back on the road in a few hours. They even took care of a few little things for me. I highly recommend them.

The mechanic who looked at the suspension on my Honda Accord didn t have the decency to take 10 seconds and clip my fallen skid plate back into place but he DID take a picture of it hanging there and tell me it was unclipped (is there a $100 re-clip fee??)thankfully the young tech who pulled my car out was kind and clipped it back on free of charge.Now the bigger deal..$5500 for front end suspension work!? All it needed was sway bar links and control arm bushings!! Family friend mechanic in Mead (50 years experience) diagnosed this and repaired for a MICRO-fraction of the estimate I was given here. And it rides like a flying carpet. Thank God for second opinions.

Thompson Automotive is absolutely the best place to take care of your car. I have become a permanent customer. When my starter went out, I called numerous places only to be told they had no openings for appointments for 2 to 3 weeks. I have only one car available to me and I could not wait 2-3 weeks. When I called them late afternoon on a Monday they told me they could work on my car and have it fixed the next day. I was able to get it to them Monday evening using their lockbox. They had the problem diagnosed and texted me an estimate by 9am Tuesday. The technician called me shortly after I received the estimate and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Wow! Also, they had originally indicated someone could come and get me so I could get to their place of business and get my car. However, all their technicians were busy and it was getting close to their closing time, so they ordered an Uber for me. Just a totally great and positive experience working with this company and everyone there that I spoke with were super friendly, very competent, and knowledgeable. I love this company!

Thompson Automotive went out of there way to help a disabled Vet get his Emissions test done. They come highly recommended by me. They also replaced my window of my Van and were very efficient with that as well.,RespectfullyBrian

Liars! They claimed I needed a wheel bearing, and scheduled me an appointment to fix it. ~$750. Quote your bearing is toast . This seemed fishy as there was no noise and no play, so I went and got a second shops opinion who assured me there was nothing wrong. When I called Thompson back for details, they offered to send me the electronic summary. And guess what there was NO wheel bearing on the electronic summary ?They also claimed my radiator needed replacing because my coolant was low. This was because the coolant resevoir was not secured in place after clipping it back in and level, there was no issue.Will not be returning here.
