Originally had an appointment at Auto Glass Now. Turned out they were closed even though we had an appointment. No notice and, the worst part, customer service was not even aware of the closure.Precision Auto Glass Littleton saved the day!! Outstanding, exceptional service all the way around, which is extremely rare these days. Jeremey was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were able to get our windshield replaced the same day. Impeccable work. They will be our go to from here on out. Highly recommended.

Our technician arrived exactly when they stated they would be here. He was kind, courteous and able to get our rock chip taken care of quickly. We received the mobile service at our home and was impressed with the ease of service.

I got my Subaru Forester front Windshield replaced by Precision Auto Glass. They were very helpful and were coordinating with me throughout the process. Jeremy arrived at my location in the scheduled time window & did a really amazing job with the replacement of the front windshield. He is really experienced with the process & was very humble to answer all my questions. Jeremy was kind enough & even secured the plastic covers which had broken tabs. Precision Auto Glass mobile-service did an excellent job replacing my windshield. Their website was informative, customer service gave me a fair and accurate quote, and I was scheduled for service the following day. My technician, Jeremy, was punctual, professional, efficient, and personable. Jeremy replaced the windshield in 30 minutes, including clean-up and payment. This place is fantastic! Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable installers all at a fair price! I will use them again!I called to schedule an appointment while I was at the airport just before they closed. I was given a price and an appointment time while I was in the phone. I do not have a pen or a way to wright down anything because I was in transit so the customer service rep texted me information.The day of my scheduled appointment my timeline shifted and I showed up early. (They do mobile service but I wanted to bring my car to the shop). They were able to get me in And fix my car before my scheduled appointment!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My passenger window broke and I needed it fixed ASAP. These guys got me in same day and was willing to put it in. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong type of glass. They were willing to schedule me first thing Monday morning. When I told them I lived over an hour away, they were willing to drive to me and install the window at my house. Great guys. Little more in the high side for price (more like dealership prices) but the customer service is A1Service: Auto side window replacement

I have had 2 windshield replacements and one rear window replacement. They were quick to get me in, easy to talk with and even would help with insurance coverage. I am throughly happy the repairs. 2nd time we be used them to replace a stone chip in the windshield. Both times A+ service. No bring it to us and it will be 10 days ; no automated recording with 12 questions to answer before you even get to scheduling. They answer the phone in person and schedule you same day or next day. They don t care if you want to use insurance or not; they just care about doing the work. They also are very friendly when they arrive and professionally do the work. First repair was over a year ago and there were no issues with the repair. I will always use them for auto glass issues and based on using them 2x (different chips) they do a great job.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Auto Glass. I called these guys up, they quickly quoted me a fair price and booked on their calendar in a matter of 2 minutes. The guy shows up right on time and ready to go. I truly slowed him down because I talked with him the whole time he was working ( poor guy lol). But it turns out he is the owner and started the business from zero back in 1999. He has 10 trucks now and it is a cool story. Fantastic guy, I got me a brand new windshield and I'm happy to write a review as he and his company are what writing good reviews are for. Hope others show him some love as there isn't a chance you'll be unhappy with the level of service.Service: Glass installation

While in Boulder visiting family, I accidentally broke the back window in my 4-Runner. In looking for a replacement, I reached out to 3 different Denver area Toyota dealerships, but none had the glass in stock and they couldn't guarantee to get it in town before I needed to drive home (TX). I called Precision and I was immediately impressed. 1) I didn't have to wait on hold for 10-12 minutes to get to the right department and find someone who knew what they were doing. 2) They were very professional, asking the right questions (make/model, options) to make make sure that they could match the original glass 3) Price - They were ~$300 less than any price I received from the 3 Toyota dealerships I talked to 4) They had the glass in stock 5) And, most importantly, they were able to schedule the installation before I had to leave for home.Precision was simply outstanding to work with. The installation specialist had 21 years in the business. He was on time, took all of the appropriate physical distancing to make he and I both feel safe, he was professional, thorough, polite. I could not have been happier with the service Precision Auto Glass provided.

Amazing work done to my car. The techs showed up earlier than expected, they were very professional and courteous. They explained very clearly what instructions to follow for care of the windshield after installation. They finished the job in 30 minutes. Very impressed and my new windshield looks great. Will definitely be calling them back when I need their services again.

I've used Precision Autoglass three times now over the last several years (most recently on 08/05/22) and I can speak nothing bad about them. The service tech was polite, friendly, and engaging. It took the tech about 20 minutes or so to replace the windshield in my 2012 Mazda 3. I would note (although this is likely common with any autoglass service company) that they only give 4-hour windows for appointments. My tech showed up inside the last hour of my appointment window. While that wasn't a problem for me, and is not necessarily a "problem" with Precision Autoglass, it is something you should keep in mind when making an appointment with them. You'd want to schedule the appointment for a day when you will not be pressed for time. Otherwise, definitely give Precision Autoglass on Colorado Blvd (their south Denver shop) a shot because I've been thoroughly impressed, three for three, so the odds are that you'll be too.Services: Auto windshield repair, Glass installation

Jeremy showed up promptly at my house to change the windshield on my 2006 Honda Accord. I could not have asked for a more professional experience. The price was competitive but the real value is in the quality of the service. I only had to wait 30 minutes to drive my car because they use the best products on the market. They are my go to company from now on.

Very professional, very quick and very inexpensive. I received quotes from 3 different mobile places and Precision Auto Glass was the lowest. They gave me upfront not to exceed pricing including the tax and that is exactly what it was. The gentleman was very professional and arrived as scheduled, got right to work and the end result is a beautiful windshield on our Jeep. Thanks Precision Auto Glass!

One of three places I contacted to have my windshield replaced after the hail storm. They were the least expensive and able to replace it the soonest.Setting up the appointment was easy, the installer called to move the time up, which worked for me. He was very courteous and professional, and finished the job in under an hour.

Was able to get scheduled quickly during the holidays to replace two windshields. The technician (James Hill) showed up at my house on time and was very friendly and efficient. He had both windshields done in under 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. Great service!

Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful. I had my rear-view mirror come off due to a small pothole I went over and they were able to re-glue it back onto my windshield despite some glass coming off with it. I acknowledge I may have to replace my windshield soon due to this, but their quote was reasonable and they will even send out someone to your place to fix your windshield! Crossing my fingers that my rear-view mirror won't fall off anytime soon, but when it does I will be using these guys to have my windshield replace! Thank you so much !

Called them up and got a quote which beat the competition by more than 20%! Scheduled the install and the installer was on time, courteous and very professional. The window replacement took about an hour and a half on my lifted 2010 Suzuki Equator and looks absolutely perfect! This will be the only glass company that I will be using going forward. Thanks!!

I am a person that truly appreciates good customer service and I felt obligated to write a review for Precision Auto Glass. I called them first thing Thursday morning when my power window went out on my chevy pickup. I was advised that they could have this problem fixed for me the same afternoon between 1 and 4 and the technician would call me 30 minutes prior. Well what do you know, I received a call at 1:15 and the tech was there at 1:45. It only took him about 30 minutes to complete the job when everybody else I had called said it was about a 4 hour job and wanted to charge three times as much. I would highly recommend these folks and will tell everybody about my great experience with them.

Precision Auto Glass did a great job on my new windshield for a reasonable price. It was a hassle free experience from setting up the appointment, getting a call 30 minutes before they arrived, taking the amount of time quoted and the final product. I will use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new windshield. Thank you!

Stopped in to see when and how much to get my windshield replaced on a 2012 Subaru legacy. Price was very competitive and employees were very nice! Came back the next day and had it replaced, in and out in 1hr. Will recommend to others and return for windshield replacement in the future.

Waited 2 weeks with Safelight and the day of the installation they called and said they could not get one of the windshields I needed. Called Progressive and they offered to install both of the windshields I needed that afternoon. Nice installer who i could tell new his business. Installs look good, excellent service.

We found Precision Auto Glass using customer reviews, and now we know why they are so positive! Scheduling was simple and convenient, and the price extremely competitive and guaranteed up-front. Our technician, Kevin, was very friendly, professional and considerate. He even took extra time to "undo" the poor work of a previous windshield installation and make it right. He obviously takes tremendous pride in his work! Great experience!
