Laurie was probably the most helpful & knowledgeable Comercial parts Pro I ve encountered. She knew what I needed, how to get it, & got me a fair price. I always go here for my parts. Joshua is a big reason why. There's another guy who owns a Jeep that's great as well (wish I could remember his name). The manager Tina isnt friendly and watches you like you'll steal. She makes you want to not shop there.

Every oreillys I've been to have loaned me tools to change my bulb outside the store and they told me that they would loan me the wrench I needed but they can sell me one. I worked at oreillys for more than 6 years and every oreilllys has a box ot tools in the back that they ise to borrow their customers as long as they leave an ID.

Josh was so helpful and friendly and helped me to create my own O'Reilly's account with them he helped me figure out what part I needed and helped me order it let me know what time it was and was much more helpful than anyone else I've ever had experience with.

Joshua gives amazing customer service. Very patient & thorough. Helped with warranty issue when the O'Reillys by me couldn't. Joshua needs to be a Trainer at minimum but would love to see him as a store mgr near me. Thank you for all your help!

Not sure what the employee s name was (possibly a manager- tall - skinny - wore a baseball cap), but I called in to ask a question about my truck & he tried answering it the best he could, but ultimately referred me to the Ford dealership at the end of the call.To my surprise I received a phone call back shortly after hanging up, with a possible solution to resolve the issue I was having with my truck.Thank you for taking the time to actually try to help your customers out & for actually giving me a call back. That was not required nor asked of him & honestly I was pretty taken back by it. (In a good way)The two guys at the front desk/registers deserve a raise for their astounding level of customer service. Will only shop at this location from now on.

Super friendly and helpful staff!! We came in after having a dead battery. Joshua quickly looked up the battery we needed and installed it with ease in our car. He also helped us find the windshield wipers in our price range without pushing the fancier windshield wipers we may not have needed.

Joshua was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing and replacing my windshield wiper blades. He took the time to talk to me like a real person, (someone that knows nothing about cars or parts) and gave his honest opinion about what the store had available. He was also kind enough to replace all 3 blades for me as well as showed me how to do it myself. Thank you so much!

Every single time I call to get pricing they are rude on the phone out you on hold and or are talking to customers in the store while they re supposed to be helping either person in store or on the phone. Making you have to repeat yourself multiple times. Put you on eternal hold then they turn around and hang up the phone if and when they put you on eternal hold. I m beyond done with this kind of customer service it s not customer service. Customer service is helping one customer at a time. They always want to sell you a higher priced item than what you need, want or can afford and they don t care. You don t rip your customers off by selling them the most expensive parts possible you it s not the way to do business you take care of your customers you ll get better return of customers you don t take care of your customers you won t see that customer back in your store simple as that. Get better customer service skills and get rid you the attitude because the attitude on the phone is goin to push your customers away.

Absolutley amazing service! Joshua was so helpful. He showed us exactly what we needed and made great recommendations. I didn't feel like he was pushing us to buy anything that we didn't need, and we left feeling confident that we could fix our car. Great customer service, and a super sweet guy! My car battery died on Labor Day, and I needed to replace it. They were one of the few places open and had what I needed. The guys were friendly and helpful. The Shop also took my old battery and recycled it.

Rich was amazing. My headlight was out and snowing. it was too dark to see the opening for the new light. He came out in single digit weather in a short sleeve shirt and helped me. I'm so grateful.

Rolled up at 9:50p, happy they were open so late. Employee out front, smoking a cig, but came over and opened the door, asking if I knew what I needed, because they are "kinda open" given they just got robbed. They got me what I needed, even if they were a bit shook up still. Much appreciated and stay safe out there folks

Very helpful and nice staff member, helped me fix my windshield wiper even though it wasn't from there store. I didn't give 5 stars only cuss I'm just starting to be a loyal customer and not sure if I'll get a bad experience from one of the crew members. But so far it's looking very good. Thanks again O'reillys auto.

I recently moved to CO, and can safely say I have found my auto parts store. O'Riley on Belleview is not the closest auto parts store near, or even the closest O'Riley's near me, but from this point forward I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else. Their hours are one perk, but mostly it's the people. Steven and Trina are great. I came in with an emergency, and they did every possibly thing they could help, They gave me honest advice, and really looked out for my best interest. You can't beat that level customer service.

Amazing Service all the way around. I always have a great experience at this location but even more so this time being helped out by Jacob. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I needed a new battery and alternator, he replaced my battery and called shops around town (on a Sunday) for me to find out that's open so they could fix my alternator. Very grateful!

Kyle was extremely helpful. He was very patient with me having changed my mind several times and call over and over. He made it super easy for me by getting the parts needed all shipt to his location for me to pick up the next day.best customer service experience!

This is hands down the most friendly and helpful auto parts store I have ever been to. The customer service I received was top notch and the employee (Louis, spelling?) went out of his way to help me diagnose, understand and ultimately get me and my vehicle back on the road. I spent three hours in the parking lot wrenching away and probably would not have made it out of the parking lot if it were not for his advice. I will definitely go out of my way to shop at this specific location and I was never a huge fan of O'Reilly beforehand. I typically frequented NAPA in the past, but I will always check with this location before going anywhere else.

Steven (sorry if that s misspelled) was super helpful. He helped diagnose my check engine light, gave me a print-out of the possible causes, and recommended a shop to look at it. Super kind and helpful.

Well the sign says free replacement of windshield wiperblades anytime, not true. I walked in to see if somebody could help me with a few's question should be simple you would think I had my owner's manual. I needed to find out where the fuse was to my lighter plugs to charge my phone and no one could help me this is the 2nd not great experience I've hadridal Riley's. I was at another o'reilly's last Sunday and a woman behind the counter not 20' from customers was heard cursing and that wasn't a great experience but I did call back and let her know I didn't appreciate the comments she was using behind the counter

I seriously couldn't ask for better customer service in a store. This store blows away PepBoys Auto Store and as far as I'm concerned, any other auto part store I've ever dealt with. Such professional employees who actually take their time to help customers look for the item in the store and will also willing help replace the item on your car if possible. I've brought in 3 different cars that have needed from new windshield wipers to new car batteries to misc. items. Every time I walk into the store, they immediately greeted me, I told them what I needed, they show me the product, I chose which one I wanted to buy and they installed them for me at no extra charge! I will be a loyal customer to this store as long as I can be. Thanks for your smiles and your help. Great team here!

The people here are helpful and friendly. I have been given the wrong parts but they always refunded cost when returned. And they showed me that the info in the computer was wrong. At other stores I have been made to feel like somehow I was to blame for getting the wrong parts.Not sure why, but the atmosphere at all parts stores I have gone in makes me want to hurry up and leave. Somebody should reinvent the auto parts store experience. 5 stars for the store that does.

Got two new batteries for my truck. They were slow. I was struggling to get the bracket off the old battery. Took over 40 minutes in 95 degree weather. All my sockets were at home was using needle nose and a crescent wrench. Called for two employees that walked outside for help and they ignored me everyone else inside disappeared
