These guys are great. Very appreciative for the maintenance on my Frontier. I'd buy a vehicle from these folks. I find them honest, efficient, and definitely worth the $. They made a quote on some 30k mileage maintenance - specifically oil change for the 4x4 system and I had agreed to the quote, then was informed the service was less complicated than initially expected and they reduced my out of pocket accordingly. Schomp Nissan has always provided great service for us! We really appreciate the video explaining and going over the multi- point inspection of our vehicle. The technician was great! I really like Schomp s service video where the tech explains what they found and what was fixed. It allows me to have direct interaction with the tech which helps me better understand the condition of my car. He was clear and thorough and my service writer was prompt at accurate in her communications with me. I really appreciate their work.

Schomps service department recently did a routine oil change for my 2015 Rogue. Not only are the staff outstanding customer service reps, the entire facility was top notch - squeaky clean, comfortable, & user friendly. They deserve an award for providing the best coffee available outside of a stand alone coffee shop. I may have to buy next vehicle from Shomps!

I like that my service manager, Ryan, prepares me for the future, in the maintenance of my versa. I also like that they are to the point when video taping. Once Ryan tried to help me diagnose my car when I was in another state!My car is important to me and I trust that Schomp Nissan will take care of it properly.I saved 10% on my last visit. I bought a used car from schomp in August. The car was riddled with electrical issues. I hadn't purchased any additional warranty packages for the car. However instead of turning their back on me, they stood by the sale. I was issued a loaner for free while they diligently worked on the car for the next 3mo. to sort out all the problems. I am very happy with the attention and service I received from this dealership and will continue to spread the good word about my experience with them. Completed recall, annual ev battery check ev, listened to low speed driving noise, and did a complete walk-around inspection.All service was completed well. We have had our car serviced through many different ownerships at this location but the service department has been great each and every time. Jake is an amazing person to deal with each time I drop my car and pick it up. He even went above and beyond a year or so when we couldn t find my extended warranty to locate it. Thanks

Darrel only made my feel important while my car was being serviced . After, he did help me clean the sap off my windshield, but when I got home my license plate had been removed because I had asked the technician to change my Co plates.I drove all the way home to Bailey with no tags on my truck.I contacted Darrel that my TN license plate had been removed from my truck and that I needed him to find them and send them to me, because I was not able to drive anywhere without my still legal TN plates.He acted like he had a deer on the headlight expression. No other response.He had given me his personal cell phone number and said to contact him at any time. I texted several times and never received a reply.It was not until Nicole reached out to me to see if I was happy. I wasn't at all, because I stranded at home. No plates and no screws and my personal license plate holder that a friend gave was gone. Nicole reached out to John who contacted me the same day and overnighted my all that had been taken off my truck along with the screws.I am definitely NOT HAPPY with Darrel and will NOT be working with him again. Please tell him because the last post that you replied to was updated and deleted.Nicole followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I'm only happy with Nicole and John. I sure hope this corrected review is not deleted. If so I will be contacting the manager.

I had a fantastic first experience here and an awful second. For my second visit, I booked an online appointment for a specific advisor (Jake) a week in advance of my appointment. When I arrived, he was not working that day, the parts were not ready, and the rental car I requested wasn't available. Their online booking system was not synced to their calendar, parts inventory or staff availability. Later, when I received the quote for my service, it was more than what the previous advisor had quoted and I let them know. But then I was gaslit and told that it was my fault that he didn't write down this quote (how would I know that's needed?) and that I needed to have talked to him directly (which would've happened if his availability was correct in their booking system). I truly didn't mind the price increase, however, being told that I was the one responsible for all these mistakes really made me angry. Customers should not be responsible for the employees, internal paperwork, nor their faulty booking systems. When I told this to the manager, he was great about it, but the woman I was working with was hostile the entire pickup time, even when i was being kind. I will not be coming back to this location again.

This location is wonderful! They always have appointments available within a day or two of calling while others in the metro area are booked out for weeks. They make sure to wash my car before returning it which is a great perk of coming in for routine maintenance. The service techs communicate via text to provide timely updates and they even send videos to show the work that is completed on the vehicle. I ve worked with Ryan Wilson nearly every time - he is courteous and professional.

I only had 1 day to get the work on my car that I needed done and Schomp was good to get me in that day after I called in the morning and fixed what I had wrong in a timely manner. Was happy with how smooth the process was and how they showed video for the mechanic and him explaining was was wrong and what could be fixed. While I wasn t able to fix everything I could have. I got done what I needed and I sure will be heading back as soon as I m able to get the rest worked onService: Auto maintenance

Gu helped me out and was very courteous and calm when dealing with other customers who don t know how to treat humans, with humanity. All the staff here deal with people who have no sense of how to act while speaking to another person, and they do it very well.Thanks for the help, and the discount on the patched tire.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!!!!I've purchased two trucks from them at first I was impressed with their service but that was short lived. On the 5/19/2019 they completely shattered my back window attaching my bed cover. After speaking with Dave the owner he gave me so much false hope that I could give you some. After 23 phone calls, of which 4 of them got answered, 7 visits, and making me wait till the 13 day after they broke my window they finally fixed the window on the 5/31/2019. That's 13 days of being told tomorrow is the day they will fix your window. After being told that they have the window the day before it was broken by someone at the dealership. The next day they told us we would have to wait from 7:15 am till 11:20 PM till my truck was fixed. After talking to Dave and Jesse and being told that there was nothing they wanted to do I found dart. Dart is the only competent employee that they have. Dart checked out a car for a test drive to personally drive us around. He took us to every place we needed and defused a lot of our frustration. After all of this it's taken them over 2 months to send the title paperwork to the dmv. I've been there 3 times now, everytime that we go there they say that the dealership hasn't sent the paperwork yet when we confront the dealership about this they consistantly say they did. The customer service here is appalling.

The customer service and maintenance performed at this location is, top notch! Ryan and Nicole are fabulous! I ve had my vehicle serviced at this specific location since 16. I ll never take my vehicle to another location or go outside of Nissan. The communication between customer and service team members is impeccable! They provide upfront service prices and communication before any other service is provided. They go over (with you personally) and offer recommendations for urgent/near future services. I ve never felt pressured to make a spontaneous choice. Which, is something I greatly appreciate given our current state of economic affairs. They make the services transparent. The people at this location are here to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. With that being said, I ve had nothing short of an above and beyond customer service experience, here.
