Anytime i need parts for one of my classic cars this NAPA store on Broadway is the first place I go. Over the years they seemed to always be able to track down the parts I need locally. But if for some reason they can't get it I'll search for it online. The staff has always been great I've gotten so many parts for my classic cars the staff knows me when I come in

Yesterday I came in to get oil and an oil filter for my cars routine oil change, I checked out just fine the guy asked me for my make and model and then fetched the filter. wasn't too bad of an experience at first. I then went home to begin my oil change, when I noticed that my oil filter I took from my car was slightly different then the one I received from the parts guy. So, just to be sure I went back to this location to double check with the same part guy I bought my oil filter from, he said they were the exact same thread size, but the new one was just "squatted". I then went home again to finish what I had started. I finish up the oil change and I then began to start my car when I heard a thunk and gushing noises. I later found out the oil filter was shot off because it was the wrong oil filter. which could've destroyed the thread on my engine, but luckily didn't. I then returned back to Napa and received new oil and the actual right filter for free. but, I don't believe this was worth it for one salesman's pure laziness. The salesmen of course had gone home early before I got there. but the supervisor was there and was a nice guy. Long story short, if you value your time, money, and especially your car, just go to O'Reilly's, or even a different Napa, because the parts guys here aren't the brightest.

I am so unbelievably frustrated. Last week I had purchased 4 spark plugs and 4 spark plug wires for my Mazda3. I am now having my mobile mechanic install my brand new spark plugs and come to find out that my 4 pack only had 3 in the box! I called to ask if there was a delivery option or if I could come in after buying new parts from a different place for reimbursement, the man on the phone was rude and had attitude with me saying there was nothing he can do for me. So I am stranded in Aurora with no way of getting another spark plug and no reimbursement for the huge inconvenience. CROOKS! Never shopping here again

Don t roll here if you re looking for decent pricing. Over $30 for a box of nitrile gloves. Double the price of anywhere else. First and last time shopping here.

We had a bad flat tire right in front of the store. Richie and Pat helped us out tremendously by getting a air compressor and a jack to make it easier for us. Outstanding customer service from these two gentlemen, thank you very much! They wouldn't even take our money when we offered. What a blessing to know that there are still people out there that value giving quality service, even when they don't get anything in return. Please shop here the quality and respect is worth it, I know we will! Thanks again Richie and Pat!

Good luck getting this location to help you over the phone to find a part. They answer the phone then put you on hold for 45 minutes until you give up and hang up. Then you drive down there and they don't have the part in stock which you could've found out over the phone had the just not put you on eternity hold. What a joke!!

Young man there did not know type of charger I needed and did not know a large charger should take all night to fully charge and not one hour.

I stopped in today with a job trailer down. Needless to say I was looking for some help to get back up and rolling. The parts had gotten pretty mangled and the part numbers could not be found. Troy walked up took a few measurements and found everything I needed within minutes, and was very knowledgeable about there inventory. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It reminds me of stepping back in a Time window when people care about the customer. They have conversation they visit briefly they go out of their way to make you feel special and at home. I think that is an admirable and quite attractive attribute to possess. Well done well done keep up the good work excellent performance in customer service keep up the good work fellows.

The last two orders have been available next day in store pickup store staff are very nice. Order 1. Front break pads. 2. Octane booster and bug windshield cleaner fluid.

One of the counter guys showed impatience and seemed bothered by my questions. He showed little desire to listen or communicate, much less be gracious or helpful--very poor to rude customer service. He even misunderstood what his supervisor had told me in his presence, and again, acted impatient and bothered when I chose a little later the option his supervisor had offered. No apology or change of attitude. I'm usually a very mellow guy but the situation got under my skin. The rude guy may have been a little new to the position, but he needs to change his attitude, be let go, our at least get moved to janitor duty, because he will drive away customers.

The customer service that I this evening was tremendous. Ryan and Chris deserve huge "attaboys"I was one of those customers that strolls in 2 min to lobby closing to pick up a part I ordered. I needed some additional parts and 1 part they showed in stock but somehow it wasn't in its spot. I was in a bit of a conundrum with out that part. They both stayed diligent and after 15 min they found it. Neither of them seemed impatient or put out. They did it to take care of the customer. Those 2 give me faith that good customer service with a smile isn't lost forever. Even got a new Napa hat. I will be driving the extra 10 miles to get great customer service. My family was visiting from out of town and had car trouble, the guy at the counter, I think his name was ryan, was great. He took care of us very well and honored the warranty on the battery we purchased out of state. Thanks again for being friendly and getting my family back on the road

These guys are fantastic I needed a bolt 4 my brake callipers and they were able to give me very precise detailed information as to what I needed. I needed a flare nut so I was able to go to Ace Hardware where I picked one up. These people go over the top for their customers, they are definitely old fashioned in their approach of dealing with customers. I absolutely will not go to another autostore ever again. I can't speak fondly enough of these employees. A++++

I waited 25 minutes ask one question, then to pay for 3 small items that were on the shelves, in the customer area. One person working the front counter in a Saturday afternoon is ridiculous. There was a line of five people, and the other counter guy that was on the phone wouldn't even look up.I will never go back to this location, and I live 1mile away.If you have any less than 30 minutes to get any type of Auto Parts you may need, I recommend you do not go there either.

This is my first experience at NAPA.I found the manager to be very pleasant. It appeared they were well stocked.The store was very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location

Team checked my car's battery right on the spot. Battery tested as going bad. I was able to get a new battery quickly and for such a great price. Their NAPA brand batteries have amazing warranties.

I am a Napa Parts convert! These guys are great. They have simply outstanding above and beyond service. Not to mention they are the only parts store where I could get the part I needed in the area. I have been to many a stores looking for a simple wiper blade. Napa online said the store had it so I put a hold on the part. The next day I came into the store only to find out they did not have it. Andrew, apologized 4 times in our conversation for no one calling me. The truth is I am the one that screwed that up by mistakenly entering in an old phone number. Andrew never once did anything but assume responsiblity for the process error. In addition he tried 3 other blades on my car, none of them worked. After 20 mins of trying to find something in store that will work, we went to the computer to order the part. It was in the store the next morning. Fits and works perfectly. Then there was another issue. When I picked up the part it was ordered by Andrew. Andrew did not have the promo code I used during my initial order. So the part was a few bucks more. It wasn't a big deal, I just mentioned it when I saw the final amount appear. They did not let me sign the pad befpre the amount was changed.I interact with a lot of people and regularly travel all over the US, service is a real lost art. Here it seems to be alive and well. I will go out of my way to come here. Thank you for providing outstanding service amidst a time where bad service and poor management is so prevalent.

Came in the other day looking for something specific and everyone was busy but this girl came from the back to help me (I think her name was Jessica?) anyways she found what I needed and I appreciate her coming out from the back to help instead of hiding like some other parts stores I have seen.
