You can trust the owners completely to do the work that is needed and not to try to do any unnecessary work.I have taken all three of my family cars there and have always been completely satisfied with their professionalism and honesty.They say a good mechanic is worth his weight in gold and they truly are.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I want to apologize to this company for mistaking them for the on line mobile service company. Please disregard my comments below.This company canceled my appointment twice in the same week by sending a text at the exact time the mechanic was supposed to be there. It cost me $50 each time to have someone at my house to meet the mechanic. Do not waste your time scheduling or using My Mechanic.

Fantastic car shop! Trust goes a long way when deciding on an Auto Mechanic. This business has quickly become the place that the whole family goes to for car repairs and maintenance. Kim is very helpful and goes the extra mile for her customers. They are knowledgeable and most importantly... Trustworthy. I would highly recommend this small business for any car needs.

A friend told us about my mechanic! We own a small handyman service, and the truck is our lifeline. We took it in expecting it to need all kinds of proactive maintenance. The mechanic could have said yes it needs thousands of dollars to keep it going... but he didn't he said it looks to be in great shape (we do take care of it) and won't need any of the said maintenance for awhile.The honesty we found in My Mechanic was parallel to the way we run our small business. That's very hard to find in this economy. We hear it from our customers everyday.Now My Mechanic is literally and figuratively my mechanic from this point on.

If I could give this place no stars I'd start there. Please update your website and be more informative to people about your business i.e. how it works. I made an "appointment" that apparently wasn't an appointment for my SUV then they proceed to tell me there are 5 cars ahead of me. What's the point of the "appointment" then? Your website says "We will gladly transport you to and from your destination while your vehicle is being serviced or repaired at My Mechanic (within a 10 mile radius)." But that only applies to a certain repair. UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION!

They did a lot more work than another mechanic in the area for much much less, and were very thorough in explaining what had been.

AWFUL SERVICE! They took all my information over the phone and told me to wait 48-72 hours for a call back to confirm my warranty was active WITH THE WARRANTY company. I never received a call back. When I called to speak to Gina, she had no customer service and was so rude and not very smart about the own company she works for. Her and the other lady I called and spoke to after were purposely sending me around and around in circles telling me to send an email instead of just resolving the problem and scheduling me an appointment which is all I needed. They talked over me, were rude and condescending. I ended up taking my service to Firestone and was assisted instantly. I don t recommend taking your car to get fixed by a company that can t even figure out how to schedule an appointment for a customer!!! BEWARE!THEIR COMMENT BELOW IS ALSO FALSE AND GINA OBVIOUSLY GAVE ME A WRONG NAME AND CLEARLY THIS COMPANY DOESNT PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

My partner and I called a week ago about getting a leak fixed and they said they would call us and we can get it fixed today as week ago. We waited all week with no call so we called them this morning around open (8am) and left a message. Then we called back at 11am, which someone told us we should have brought it in at open and they can't fix it for another week.We would have brought it in but we were never told to come in, we were told to wait for a call. Then they called us again when we went somewhere else and got mad at us for not following the appointment when we never received any.Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I was in the neighborhood when I experienced a flat tire on my car. I called the auto shop and asked if they could patch my tire. Without delay, they patched my tire and got me back on the road. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I knew it was time for some routine maintenance on my 2014 vehicle with 74,000 miles. It was in good running condition and I wasn't having any major issues.I took my car to My Mechanic after receiving a $3,400 estimate from another neighborhood shop (I think the only thing they didn't think needed to be done was the blinker fluid.... in other words, it was very excessive with every system needing some sort of care). My Mechanic checked out the car and recommended about $640 of necessary repairs. I reviewed the list of additional items the other shop recommended, and confirmed that the additional repairs they recommended were not necessary or required.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unfortunately I wouldn t go back. I wanted to support a smaller business rather than go to a chain but they were disorganized, unprofessional and still cost more than the efficient streamlined chains. Bummer :(Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Honest, reliable and trustworthy! I brought in a vehicle we were having checked out before we purchased it. They found so many issues that it was not worth repairing. I received a full report and explanation as to why it was not worth investing the money into it. I plan on continuing to schedule repairs with My Mechanic as our HOA does not allow me to work on my vehicles in our lot.

Friendly, helpful, and honest. Told me what they know is wrong with my vehicle and what they think may also need repair. They told me repair would be upwards of $6000 to make it safe to drive again, and that I would be better off buying another car. Only $50 to have it looked at, and they gave me contact info to sell it from my house so I don't have to part it out myself and end up with a hunk of metal stuck in my driveway. I was also given a car fax and a value estimate, but warned that the car would likely be worth only it's scrap value due to the mechanical issues. I'll definitely be back.

These guys are awesome! Took my jeep in for a 30k schedule maintenance and was able to leave it overnight to get everything done. Great Pricing! Christian Brothers was gonna charge me at $781, got everything I needed done at My Mechanic for $230. You just can't beat the pricing and customer service!!! Was also able to get some recommendations on jeep stuff! 10/10

My Mechanic is an EXCELLENT mechanic. They are very honest and helpful. When they work on your car they always inspect it well so they know the condition that it's in. This allows them to give you warnings about work that might need to be done in the future. It's wonderful to have a heads up about a repair that could be expensive in advance so you can plan for it. The staff is very friendly and always do their best to find the least expensive, quality fix for your car. The experience of going to My Mechanic is unlike any other that I've had at other mechanics. This outstanding service leads them to be very busy though, so make sure you make an appointment.

I have been going to these guys for years and they have always taken care of us and treated us fairly. I can trust what they say and they will always do the best thing for us. They are not perfect but no mechanic is. But they will always strive to go above and beyond. Years ago things were a little hectic around our home and I wasn't able to pick up my wife's vehicle and Kim had it delivered to our home. That is outstanding service in my book.

I have never met a friendlier mechanic. They had a full garage and since the work I needed was going to take several hours they lent me a loaner car, which was very convenient. Prior to going here I shopped around for quotes from 4-5 different places and they were the cheapest by far. My car is running great, and they let me know what other work could be done and when they recommended it should be done, without pressuring me. Trust and friendliness go a long way for me when it comes to a mechanic and these guys are the best in both categories. I will definitely be returning for all my automobile needs and I recommend that you give them a try too.

My Jeep gave out as it always tends to do these guys were great they had a difficult time getting a part because it's so old but they were great about keeping me up to date on what they were doing and eventually they were able to get the part and the car is running better than ever really friendly people definitely recommend them I know I won't be going anywhere else

We took our 1999 Ford Expedition to another shop for an oil change. The oil change was performed and a inspection was performed on the vehicle. The inspection reveled that the brakes were down 3mm and needed to be replaced for $600. We took the vehicle to My Mechanic for a second opinion. Kimberly and Todd's evaluation determined the brakes were at 8mm and did not needed to be replaced.A savings of $600. Been going to these folks from their inception. Bottom line, they are an excellent establishment, pleasant, honest and true professionals in their industry. These people are care guys!!!!!!

I thought I needed new breaks on my Tahoe, My Mechanic and Kimberly told me my breaks are perfect. Am newly divorced and a single mom who knows nothing about cars. They could have told me I needed new breaks and rotors and i would have happily handed them all if my money. I am ridiculously pleased and surprised by their fair and honest treatment of me. Customer service in conjunction with honesty has earned My Mechanic my business for the future.

I found them on a recommendation from nextdoor and they definitely met and exceeded expectation. They were timely, honest and did a good job. We will definitely be taking our other vehicles there.

I deliver car parts to this shop and they are always so friendly. Today 3/8/2023 I had a medical issue today and they allowed me to leave my car there until I can safely drive again.

When I got to Colorado, my SUV need servicing. The first 2 mechanics tried to tell me I needed things that I "KNOW" I didn't, due to servicing before I left CA. I went on line and found My Mechanic and this shop is beyond amazing! I just took my car in today saying i need tires, brakes and oil change. I just received a a call from Kimberly and she said I cant have everything. I currently don't need brakes or an oil change yet! What shop does that?!?! Honestly AND integrity!! My forever car mechanic shop.I HIGHLY recommend.

This place is incredible. It is very very very hard to find a mechanic and shop you can trust, and after years of going to different mechanics and getting my cars worked on I found these guys. The most important quality a shop can have is integrity, and these folks integrity is unparalleled. Every time I go in they know me and my entire family, they tell me whats wrong and they don't BS, if something needs to be fixed right away they will tell me, but they will also tell me that if something is starting to go wrong just to watch it and it's something that can be dealt with later. I love these folks and I recommend them to everyone I run across looking for a good auto shop. I could write another several paragraphs about the awesome experience I have had with My Mechanic, but I think I get my point across.

Amazing friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me. I just moved from Ohio and have never been to such an amazing mechanic. The work was perfect the communication great and there is no way anyone could have beat their price. I will come back every time i need work done.

I've had work done to numerous vehicles by numerous mechanics over the last 20 years in 4 different states. This is by far the most professional, and honest place I've been. Every time I come here it ends up being way cheaper than I anticipated, and they even do extra stuff. Like changing my license plate light bulbs, and brake lights, at no extra charge... Sometimes people say, "if it sounds like it's too good to be true, it probably is." That's not the case here. This place is awesome, and I would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys!!

I was having issues with the car alarm going off randomly. I had taken it in to my old mechanic twice, paid a small fortune, and the problem was not fixed. I then brought it in to My Mechanics and they fixed it in a hour for $50! Honest, kind, and realiable!

1. They took all day, when I had an appointment and dropped off the car first thing in the morning2. They ran typical diagnostics that could have been done first thing in the morning, but it appears they waited until the end of the day to run it.3. They didn't find the problem but still charged me for the tests they ran.4. And when I came to pick up the car I had to wait 20 minutes while the owner talked on the phone instead of processing my bill.In conclusion, they charge me a fee to tell me that they were unable to find the issue, they threw up their hands and walked away, and then wasted an entire day of my life as I waited for them to reveal that they didn't know what they were doing. They obviously have no pride in their workmanship, or else they would not have charged me. I simply paid the bill, and vowed never to return, and to tell anyone that would listen to stay away from this shop.

I had my clutch in a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX replaced here. After around 17,000 miles it is now slipping to the point it is undrivable. My 2nd to last car went 200,000 miles with no need for a clutch replacement and I bought it with 8 miles on it, so I know it isn't user error as this one only has 75,000 miles on it. I can only speculate what went wrong with the replacement.I'm not happy and now live across country, so there is no chance at reconciliation or warranty.Update: Not even an acknowledgement from anyone at the company. "Repair" it and cut them loose. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
