I have taken my vehicle to the Meineke on Chatfield three times now, once for a engine replacement. Each time, I have been more than happy with their work, pricing, and ability to work with my and my insurance/ext. warranty providers. Renee and Mahesh (sorry if I misspelled) and the team of mechanics they work with are some of the best out there. Can t tell you all how much I appreciate the great work. I will continue to use them as long as I am in Colorado.

I have been going to this Meineke for years and will continue to do so. I am always happy with the clear communication and honesty. My expectations are managed so I know how long it will take and they always tell me when something is an easy and cheap fix vs the unnecessary up-charge that competitors will frequently try. A couple times I have been in for something that ended being as simple as a loose cable. Most recently it was a coolant reservoir cap that lost its seal. So I was happy with a $50 bill instead of a huge radiator bill. Excellent service!

I've been taking my car to this meineke for regular oil changes for multiple years. 5 years ago I had a bad oil leaking problem and they checked it out for free, told me about a recall my car had that may be part of the problem. I was able to get it fixed by my car manufacturer for free which prob saved me thousands, thankfully meineke made me aware of it. The employees at this Meineke have always been honest and up front. I will take my car here for years to come!

These guys are awesome!! Super honest, quality work, polite too. They saved me $500 when they told me my brakes didn't need to be done yet! Never had an issue with their work, and also very affordable!

Amazing service every single time we visit. They have taken care of all our vehicles for years and we always leave with a smile on our faces. Renee is amazing and so communicative, she makes the whole thing so easy. Reliable, reasonable and knowledgeable and most importantly, HONEST, which is rare these days. Old school shop that does it all, the right way!

New review 4/18. I have found my mechanic for life!!! My water pump and belt went out-on the highway. I called Renee right away, and she gave me an estimate over the phone, that ended up being accurate! They got me in first thing the next morning with no wait. I was back on the road by 230 that day. It is a pretty expensive repair that I groaned at slightly, lol, but, Renee offered me a coupon they have running right now! Honest people WHO CARE at an honest price. Very rare in this day. 10/10 recommend!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for all you do!!!!First place I've ever gotten an oil change that didn't try to up sell me at all! Fast quality service. I will be back!

I ve been going to mineke for years and thought I found my place in terms of auto care I WILL NEVER Go back. my truck was in limp mode. I took it here for a diagnostics thinking and trusting mineke. Less than two hours after I dropped it off they simply told me, I needed a new transmission no other symptoms no other explanations just a new transmission worth $6000. All I can say is, I m glad that I got multiple sources of diagnostics because each place had told me you do not need a new transmission and please do not go back to the place that told you that. I asked why my transmission was overheating. They said I needed a new one. They said they couldn t get it out of limp mode. I took it to another shop. They got it out of limp mode within the day and gave me what I needed to actually get it fixed. I would not be writing this review if I took it elsewhere and then my transmission did give out it s been more than three months I ve had zero transmission issues and only spent about $1500 at another shop to get all my problems fixed. And the fact is when they gave me the paper saying I needed to do a transmission. I asked what the other codes were for and they just blew me off saying that I needed a new transmission and then they go away if I did get that new transmission that day I would ve got my truck back and all my issues would ve stayed the same because it had nothing related to do with the transmission.. will never be back and don t recommend going here for big repairs. Please get multiple options because it saved me 6 grand

I have used this location for extensive work on my vehicle. They have done the timing belt, oil pan, oil pump, CV axles, and full brake job on my 03 Pilot. They are very professional and communicate the status of your vehicle during maintenance very well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is that my alternator was not tensioned correctly post timing belt work. This caused a constant squeak in the belt assembly until adjusted properly. Meineke was under the impression the squeak was a bad belt tensioner but this was not the case. No worries though, I adjusted the tension on the alternator myself and the squeak stopped.Regardless of the alternator discrepancy, I would recommended this shop to anyone in need of light to heavy vehicle maintenance.

New to the area, came here after hearing good things, so happy I did. Great interaction on phone and at front desk, Straight forward and clear on repair, fair pricing, good communication, and good repair. Dropped car at nine and was done by lunch, as it should be. I'll be back in the future and thanks again.Two years later. These guys continue to do great work at fair prices. They literally ran out and grabbed my oil filter when it wasn't delivered in time. I realized my daughter was driving her car with grinding brakes. And I needed to get the car in immediately. It was incredibly easy and convenient to make an appointment online. I was able to get the car in the same day, get an estimate, and have the work completed before they closed. The staff were all super friendly and informative. I was very very pleased with how everything turned out. I also thought the price was reasonable for the work we had done.Service: Brakes

I ve been coming to get all of my cars worked on at James and Rene s shop for twelve years now. I brought my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a full inspection to see what may need done. They recommended replacing the brakes, cleaning the air filter, rotating the tires, a coolant flush, and a oil change. I also brought a 2.5 lift kit I had in for a quote to install.To my surprise I was quoted $504 to replace all four brake pads, $60 to clean the air filter, $145 to flush the coolant, and over $1100 to install the lift! I turned down these services to do them myself for cheaper.Then I come to pick up my Jeep yesterday at 5:50 and notice my front left headlight is out (which it wasn t when I brought it in).I turn around to inform them my headlight is out and the doors are locked and they re gone at 5:50pm when they close at 6:00pm. I get home to check out the headlight myself and to my surprise it is busted inside! I called and left a voicemail immediately.I call them back today to inform them of my busted headlight and ask to bring it back in and they said they would charge me! I replaced all my bulbs last year and they worked perfectly fine before bringing it in. I will never recommended anybody here again or return for service. Apparently if you turn down service they ll break something for you to get fixed!

Once again they have come to my rescue. I called them up the night before saying I had a strange sound coming from my undercarriage. They said to bring it in first thing the next day and they would have a look at it, which they did. Took it out for a test drive, did what ever they needed to do to check it out. Came back saying it was a non emergency fix, and gave me a quote. They are honest and professional. I use them for my two cars for service and recommend them to my friends and family. Renee is super helpful and efficient. Thanks Renee!

We took our car to our Hyundai dealership to fix damages from an attempted theft. The dealership did not fix the car correctly at all. So we took our car to Meineke to correct what the dealership had failed to do. Our technician, James, did an awesome job of evaluating and keeping us up-to-date on what he found. He did a great job of getting our car working well. We will definitely come back to them if/when our car needs more care. Great job!Service: General repairs & maintenance
