Love our XC90 purchased at McDonald Volvo Cars !What an absolute refreshing purchase experience! The Volvo team was welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! We custom ordered ours, and it only took a couple months to ship. Highly recommend runner boards for the look and Captains seating if you have kids. There is so much room!Maddy was so kind, and we felt right at home. Even listening to the Service Centers culture on Customer Service when dealing with others, I couldn't help but be impressed with the full 360� World Class Service and Professionalism.Great cars, great people, highly recommend !Sincerely,Charlie Y.

I just purchased my first Volvo and I absolutely love my XC60!! Maddy and Anthony were amazing! I highly recommend purchasing from MacDonald Volvo, the atmosphere was amazing and didn t feel uncomfortable or pressured at any point. There were a couple of hiccups on my end in which Maddy happily and diligently helped me with to get me into my car!! I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in until I left with my new to me XC60!

I am not sure what happened to this dealership. I bought a 2010 S80 back in 2013 and had it serviced there for years and I always received top notch customer service.I bought a newer V60 and inquired multiple times about a Polestar upgrade with almost zero response. Was connected to the service department and no one would pick up the phone.I think I'm done with this dealership. It's sad to me because they always were so excellent to deal with in the past.

We had a great experience purchasing a used Volvo SUV hybrid with Wilson! He is personable, relaxed, attentive (but never pushy) and knowledgeable. It was a great buying experience. He even noticed the car seat in our trade in and included a stuffed animal in the driver s seat of our new car for our son! He also went above and beyond in helping me personalize the vehicle after the sale was finalized. We also financed through Volvo and found the rates to be better than our credit union.

Brad is the best service advisor I ve had the pleasure of working with. I brought my car in a few months ago (to a different advisor) for a full check/work up and had my brakes replaced. After a few weeks I had concerns regarding my brakes, and Brad got me in right away to take a second look. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days due to a major snow storm, but Brad stayed in contact with me to ensure I was well informed and comfortable. My concerns were taken care of, and the technicians went above and beyond to ensure I was happy this time around. 10/10, I will ask for Brad every time I need to bring my Volvo in for service.

I ve gone to many dealerships, but McDonald s Volvo is BY FAR my absolute favorite. They always take great care of my car and genuinely always have a good experience there. After many car troubles in the past, it s refreshing to know I m in good hands.

Had a very pleasant buying experience. The staff worked as a team making sure we got a test drive while our sales person (Samantha) was busy with another customer. Samantha was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went out of her way to find an extra discount. Met other long time customers while there that had nothing but praise for the sales and service.

I have had a very good experience getting my Volvo serviced here. It was easy to schedule (and reschedule when I had a sick kiddo), and the process was pretty quick and easy for my service appointment. I would definitely recommend to other Volvo owners.

I have enjoyed working with Cher and Matthew. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am from Arkansas, and I have looked everywhere for a particular vehicle and my fiance saw this dealership and wanted to see what their inventory contained. And they definitely had the car that I wanted. I received excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was referred to Maddy at McDonald Volvo by a very discerning friend, after my car was totaled in an accident. I was struggling to find a used vehicle in the price range that I had from insurance, working to heal from my injuries, and not happy about the experiences I had thus far with the large national used car dealerships. Maddy was such a pleasure to work with; personable, professional, knowledgable, patient and accountable. She made the unpleasant process not only unbearable, but actually enjoyable. The rest of the McDonald team was top notch as well from the impeccable reconditioning team to the finance team who completed the sale transaction very efficiently. When I am ready to buy a new car someday, I will call Maddy at McDonald first!!!

Friendly, professional, and great communication in the service department. I am thankful that they are open on Saturday. Over all a very positive experience. We stroll through the show room as well, and we didn t feel any pressure from the sales team. I may have found my new Volvo dealer.

I have had my car serviced at McDonald for a while. I used to go to a competing dealership but found their service department less capable. Brad was great! He checked me in and reviewed my concerns. Immediately after doing the diagnostics for the issues he contacted me with a thorough estimate and I was able to select the exact work I wanted done. Within 2 hours of completing my service request he called to tell me my car was ready . His manner was cheerful and professional and my car was ready early, washed, and in the lot for my speedy checkout . Exceptional service experience!

My experience at McDonald Volvo was excellent. The sales person (Wilson Angel) was very knowledgeable, patient and worked with me to find the car I was looking for. He provided practical information on the operation and features of the car during the test drive, provided good support during the sales process and finally provided training on setting up the car before I drove home. The sales Team at McDonald Volvo was good to work with and I recommend them.

We traded our 2021 Tesla Model 3 for the 2024 Volvo S60 Recharge at McDonald Volvo. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Our primary contact was Carly with great assistance from Marion. Having driven the Volvo this first week, I suspect we will always own a Volvo going forward. And, McDonald Volvo will be our dealership of choice. Thank you to all involved in making our purchase a positive and rewarding experience.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, (but without a loaner car). I love the video walk around by the Tech. Brad was pretty sure he knew what was needed from my description and he was right.I got a parts warranty for part of the job and the rest was done on time and without any issues. Highly recommend McDonald Volvo and Brad if you can get him.

Was quoted $1700 to fix an issue that cost $130 to repair at our specialty Volvo mechanic. McD then layered on another $3K in supposedly necessary work ($5K total for bringing it in to try and quickly fix the stop light not working on an older, 2010 Volvo). This is why we normally take our Volvo elsewhere Update 3/27: Service Dir Luis reached out to discuss further. Wound up refunding the almost $300 inspection charges without my asking - a nice surprise. Suggested they offer good, better, best service options for future customers.

Maddy was excellent! She was very communicative with our purchase and kept us up to date with the arrival of our new Volvo. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions/concerns. She stayed after closing to make sure we were comfortable with our car. She also went out of her way to arrange drop off/pick up of our car from service so she can get our keys reprogrammed. This is our first car with Volvo and because of her exceptional service and Volvo s customers first culture we will definitely be returning for future sales and services.

The Volvo service team provides great service by walking through each item via video, narrated by the technician. I took one star off because they always push a few extra fixes that aren t necessary. The team is friendly and knowledgeable!

Wilson Angel at McDonald Volvo was exceptional. He listened, gave us several options, communicated proactively, had excellent follow up, was both personable and professional. He showed a tremendous amount of flexibility. I highly recommend contacting Wilson when in the market for a new car.

This was an amazing place to purchase a car. From before I arrived at the dealership, the experience was terrific. Great communication, courteous staff and they're dog friendly! Wilson, my sales person was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helped me get a fair deal on the car I loved. The detailers were backed up so he even went and helped them so I could get on my way faster. Never did I feel pressured to make a decision. And, he took a lot of time at the end to educate me about my car. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and I highly recommend this dealership.

My experience in working with Justin Dahl was outstanding. I have worked with numerous car sales personnel over the years and Mr.Dahl is the most patient, courteous and knowledge people with whom I have ever worked. Never pushy, listened well and never attempted to oversell any specific car in the inventory. When he delivered our new Volvo he took all the time needed to make sure we understood the technology of the new vehicle and offered us to revisit him anytime to get questions asked. Cannot recommend Justin more highly!!!!!!!

We had Carly as our sales person and she was tremendous! So on point and flexible to our needs. Our questions never stumped her and she knew what she was talking about in detail. Everyone else in the dealership was super friendly and my wife thought the finance guy was cute! This was our first volvo purchase and it was great. I certainly recommend these peeps!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Shawn is the best. When I dropped off my car, he opened the office door for me, had the steering wheel and seat heaters on in the courtesy car and asked if I d like a latte before he sent me on my way. Who does that these days??! Shawn. Shawn at McDonald Volvo does that. I feel appreciated and cared for every time I m there. Thanks!! (Prices are reasonable too. Truly.)

The Service at McDonald Volvo far exceeded my expectations, I was a long standing Rickenbaugh customer and decided to make the McDonald shift and I am so thrilled I did. Had my Volvo serviced for warranty work. They were polite and worked quickly to complete the job. Also, they were able to quickly fit me in for additional work as soon as they could to fix an issue with the prior installation part.
