Came by to have my brand new car serviced. While they were quick to the fix the issue when I got my car back, there were dents in the vehicle s back bumper. When I brought this to their attention they tried to tell me it was a factory defect and that I bought the car this way. I would not spend the money I am spending on a dinged up car. They took a photo (the damage is too difficult to be seen clearly in photos) to show the manager. Manager claims damage to car was already on the car. The manager herself did not view the car, only from a photo. It is absurd to accept not fault when it clearly came in with no damages and when picked up had dings. I have emailed the manager and asked for her to view the vehicle herself because the photo they took upon dropping the car off supports my claim that there were no dings.

My 19 year old son took his 2014 Jetta in for repair because it was sputtering and had a check engine light 3 times for same issue. The first time they told him he needed spark plugs and Ignition coil and charged him roughly $750.00. The second time he took it back for the same exact issue and they told him it was a different codes and charged him $1,539.00 to replace oxygen sensor, LD Pump AE valve and CP. I didn t know until after these 2 times that he had payed them twice to repair the same issue. So I had asked him to give me the invoices so I can call and discuss why they charged him twice? And they said it was different issues. But in reality it was the same exact issue both times as to why he brought it back to them. So after speaking to service advisor because the manager would not return my call. He said to bring it in so they can take a look at it. So the end result he said it was even different codes then before but mind you the same exact issue as the first 2 times. And they said it was carbon build up on the top of the motor and wanted to charge him yet again! For the same exact complaint that he had the first 2 times. And we wanted to do the thing and get it fixed right because my son was going to sell it so it actually sat parked between each time taken it back to them so it had not been driven hardly at all! So how can a car break and have different codes each time when in fact it hadn t been driven?? I had told the supervisor to do the right thing and fix it correctly and that my son was not going to pay another dime to them! He proceeded to tell me that they are not in the business to do work for free. I had told him it wasn t free. He had already payed over $2,300 dollars to them! So bottom line they declined to do the right thing and fixed it right. So we will be taken It to a reputable shop to get it diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time from a different shop. Please do not take your vehicle to this shop!!! I wish my son had would have looked at the review rating they have! It would of saved him allot of money. I hope this saves someone else from going through the bad experience my son had with them.

Racist against Hispanics. Walked in with an excellent credit score and walked away with nothing. Don t come here. They are not in the business of helping you find a vehicleWent back and the sales guy Chris said he had it in stock but it isn t available. Rob the owner called me but never returned my call to help me. John the manager is unresponsive

Worst place ever. Took over a week for them to look at my car even though I had an appointment. Half of the final bill was time and half was materials when it took 20 mins to pop in a new part. Then they spent heaps of time on an inspection that I didn't want and gave my car back to me with the check engine light on. Since getting the car back I've had heaps of new issues..... Don't like or trust them. Scammers

Honestly for a dealership it's really not that bad to get some repairs done here. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past but mcdonald volkswagen has been pretty great to me and has proven to me that I can trust them.

Please put signage up for your customer service drop box for Volkswagen. Took 30 min of walking around to realize it must be the drop box at the Volvo dealer you own.

customers service was great. the shop was busy but when it was your turn, they took the time to listen to your car issue and help resolve it. Overall, i will definitely take my car back there for future service

These guys can't find time to fix the many recalls on my vehicle, but are happy to recommend other fixes not covered by warranty. I've called McDonald Volkswagen service center over a half-dozen times trying to get a quote for a timing belt replacement for my '14 JSW TDI. They either tell me they will call me back and never do or just end the call on me when I am on hold.

I got tires rotated here and it cost $30 for me so I sent my daughter here with the same make and model of car and they charged her $80 for the same tire rotation. Had a water pump leak on a car, brought it in they said its $200 to diagnose the car but if you get the car fixed with us you wont have to pay the $200. They lied and are now adding $200 extra to a bill for $1800 for a water pump. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! Horrible customer service and extremely over pricedService: Engine repair
