I had the best experience ever at the dealership. ASHLEY was amazing, she took so much stress off of me and gave me such a great deal on my car. ASHLEY went above and beyond For me, she made sure that I not only got the best price for my car, She also made sure that the car was detailed to perfection when I came to pick it up and my gas tank was full. No other dealership has ever given me a full tank of gas when purchasing a car. ASHLEY was an amazing communicator and really made me a priority and I am so thankful that I went to her. The dealership was so clean and modernized it was very luxurious . Val the finance manager was very helpful and personable and also made my car buying experience so effortless. I will definitely be back when I need to purchase my next vehicle to work with these amazing people.

Beware of McDonald Mazda Broadway! Bought a CPO Mazda from McDonald. Car needed warranty work on a defective shark fin antenna so I brought it in for them to look at. I gave explicit directions for them not to try and push or pull on it. Service advisor Phoenix took over my car and had to bring it down to their collision center. He wouldn t let me take it down. When I received the car back he said I need an appointment with collision center for them to take my headliner down to not crease it. Also noted to him that they did in fact mess with my antenna as there was now a slight dent in my roof around it. He noted this with their service manager Adam.I get home and what do I find they in fact already creased my headliner. I called collision center to make an appointment multiple times and never received a call back to schedule. I called Phoenix and Adam and they said it s now out of their hands and the collision centers problem to fix. No one has returned my calls as they know they screwed up and are hoping I just stop trying .I went to Groove Mazda on Arapahoe. They were the most caring and professional service department ever. Took care of my antenna under warranty without question in under an hour. They will be my go to dealership from now on. I even asked them to replace the dealership plates to theirs as I await my new plates!!!I will be reporting McDonald to USA Mazda and the Dealership licensing board/commissioner. They have the most inexperienced and immature staff there, don t take responsibility when they screw up and don t care. Beware everyone! This ain t the first I ve heard of complaints about them. Just wish I knew before I went there. Hope I can spread some awareness amongst the Denver community here.

This was my third Mazda lease through this dealership. I have been super happy with the customer service and service department (Ethan, London) over the years. This time, we worked with Matt Hartnett to get us into a CX-90. I wasn't expecting to move into that large of a car but he convinced me to look at it and it really is the perfect car for our family. He got us way more than we expected in the car package for the price. He really knocked it out of the park - good guy - good customer service! We are really happy and look forward to working with him again on the next one!

I've purchased a few Mazdas from this location. My interactions and transactions have always been good. Whenever my vehicles are due for service, to McDonald Mazda South, they go. The guys in the service department are always great to work with. When it's time for my next Mazda, I'll return.

I am a long term McDonald Mazda customer and I have had an amazing experience each time I have bought a car. Today I bought my 3rd car and my saleswoman Ashley L was absolutely fantastic! She had excellent follow up and she took great care of me throughout this car buying process. I d recommend Ashley and McDonald Mazda to anyone! I can t wait to buy my next car here. PS they have the best coffee :)

I bought a 2018 CX-5 CPO there a few years back. Car has worked fantastic for my needs, and just recently I had a wheel bearing issue. I reached out and found out the car is still under the CPO warranty. They took the car in, issued me a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, and kept me informed through the whole process. Ethan was very friendly and easy to work with, and overall I have had an excellent experience with each of my visits.

We had an excellent experience with our salesman Blake Standring at this McDonald Mazda dealership. They made the buying process smooth for my girlfriend, as she was able to upgrade from her 1998 Jeep XJ into a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-5 select. She loves it! Being a long time Toyota customer, I feel like Mazda should be more recognized when it comes to making a new car purchase, as the quality of these vehicles is second to none! I would definitely consider getting one of these vehicles in the future.

Purchasing a car can be an extremely time-draining exercise, but McDonald Mazda South has exceeded my expectations! Ask Collin if you want to buy a car. I had a wonderful experience from the start to the finish!The process was smooth in less than 24 hours after closing the deal. Collin and the sales manager or General Manager both went above and beyond to answer every single question I had in mind. The paperwork signing went without a hitch. Ian the finance manager, was very professional. The entire team was terrific, very knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Huge thank you to Ryan, Pedro, Ian, and the rest of the team for getting me into a different vehicle! Ryan was super patient as I tried to make up my mind about which car I wanted to get. Ladies, if you ever have to go to a car dealership by yourself, this is the dealership to go to! Not once did I ever feel unwelcome or like I was being talked down to like I have been at prior different dealerships. Out of this world customer service! I'm referring to anyone that even mentions to me that they need a new car. Super happy with my purchase and hopefully I won't need a new car any time soon for obvious reasons but when the the time comes I will definitely be back. Had a fantastic experience here. My wife and I agree that Morgan is genuinely the best sales advisor we've ever had. He took the time to listen to our needs, and has an impressive knowledge of the vehicles. He answered all of our questions and pointed out the various pros and cons of different features we considered, then followed up with additional details. And all in a very friendly and helpful manner that never made us feel excessively pressured, but always made us confident he was available to answer questions and help us find the right car for us. We purchased a Mazda Cerified vehicle from McDonald Mazda in July, 2023. The vehicle was experiencing acceleration issues, which we were told was due to the transmission adaptive learning. After 6 months, the adaptive learning failed to adjust to the new owner/driver. So, a re-flash was required to correct the issue. Although there was still 6 months remaining with the 12 month Mazda certification. We were told that Mazda doesn t cover software updates under the 12 mo. Mazda certification. When I pointed out that a re-flash would indicate a failure, not an update, both the service advisor and manager refused to consider the issue was due to failure. We were forced to pay to correct the issue as neither McDonald Mazda (who performed the vehicle certification) or Mazda USA would honor the repair under their warranty. Buyer beware of Mazda s Certification warranty. In addition, when the cost to acquire new customers is great, the Service Manager (Timothy) is certainly consistent with the 2.7 DealerRater service rating he has rightfully earned.

We met John Hussain at Mazda, Broadway showroom, when we went there to purchase our very first car.As a first buyer with limited experience in the US, we had over own confusions and concerns when we went there. He stood with , explained everything multiple times until we understood, helped us make our own decisions about car selection, and walked us through the process of insurance selection. He took care of the whole process sincerely, as if he was doing it for someone he knew before. We left the showroom with our Mazda CX-50.We will recommend John Hussian if you are looking for someone who is different from other agents.

This is honestly the best experience I ve had at a dealership. I worked with John Karimy who helped me buy a new CX-5. John was so friendly, helpful, and easy-going. I wasn t sure if I wanted to buy that day when I walked in but John and his manager, Adam actually made me a deal too good to pass up. They offered me a really good price for my old truck and weren t pushy which is hard to find. Also one thing that was surprising to me was the finance guy, Val, was actually the nicest finance guy I ve ever had. He didn t push the warranties on me so hard like every other one has, he just offered them, respected my choice, and was just all around a really friendly and helpful person. Overall a 10/10 would recommend buying from here and from John Karimy specifically!

I would NOT suggest McDonald Mazda in Littleton to my worst enemy!I had a bad vibe when we got out of our vehicle and we were looking at cars in their very full lot there was a salesperson just standing there, staring at his cell phone and never once approached us to see if we needed any help.1st red flagWe had to walk into the building to find a salesperson. The fellow at the desk was nice and said he would help us and sat us in an office. Then a minute later he says. They are sending me to pick up another vehicle so let me see if I can get someone else to help. 2nd red flagHe walks over to a desk to another guy (Blake)and asks him if he is busy and if he could help him out. That person says he is busy.I observe him and he sits on his phone & walks around the dealership. He doesn't have a customer or anything else. So NOT busy at all.3rd red flagThe original guy ends up helping us after all. He seems pretty new, but he is trying to hustle. We have already been to a couple of places and researched online. So we give them our final out-the-door price. This brings the Sales Manager out. A real gem! (NOT)He comes over and says that most people don t even come into the dealerships anymore, they do everything online and he was making zero dollars on this deal because it is a cash deal! He tells us some other nonsense about tires voiding a warranty etc etc, but we decide to deal anyway.4th red flagBUTThe final red flag & nail in the coffin was they told me I had to bring 30K in cash to buy the car. No person check No cashier check No bank check. A corporate policy according to their Finance Manager!(Ian) When I got up and walked out (after seeing if my CU had that much cash on hand, they did not...for a week) They offered to have the Sales Manager walk into my Credit Union with me to get the check and ONLY then would accept the check. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL...It took everything I had not to lose my temper.Are we back to the time of the Osage Native American tribe? I mean there is a big movie with Leonardo DiCaprio out right now winning all kinds of awards right now. It made me think of that.These people want to walk into my bank and watch me withdraw this $$ from my account, WHY? HOW DISRESPECTFUL!.I should ve listened to my first vibe in the parking lot and just got back in my vehicle and saved me time & hassle.Thankfully the good people at Schomp stayed open late for us. I took my check and today my daughter has a beautiful new car.

My wife and I went out and traded our older Mazda cars for some newer variations of the cars. We couldn't be happier with the service we were given and the overall purchasing experience. My wife was so excited to get a newer 2020 Mazda 6. She has absolutely loved the car ever since she started driving it off the lot. She is so proud of the decision she has made. As for me, I can't stop having a smile on my face while driving the newer Mazda CX-50. I'm always excited to go out for a drive now! Donovan & Collin are outstanding sales reps who kept us in the loop and were there if we had any questions. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and both have a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend talking with either Collin or Donovan. Also, appreciate Ian's down-to-earth and very friendly walkthrough on the financing/leasing process. He never hesitated to answer our questions during the process and addressed any concerns we might've had a very smooth and relaxing experience. Overall, a fantastic dealership experience for both car purchases. This dealership continues to prove that Mazda cars are excellent cars and that they should be on everyone's consideration list for their next car. Highly recommended!!!

I had a very good experience with Ellie and Morgan from Mazda South. Eliuth was my main point of contact from an online inquiry of a Mazda CX9. She was very responsive and returned any text messages and emails of mine in a timely fashion.Didn t feel pressured to buy the car from both Eliuth and Morgan. Eliuth was able to get the price I was asking for on the car and I felt happy with the full process. Got a great deal in my opinion on the CX9. Overall a very good experience with Mcdonals Mazda South. None of the long back and forth games like other dealerships which tends to waste hours of your time. They want to earn your business. Took a little bit over an hour from signing papers to finishing up with finance.Even after the vehicle purchase both Eliuth and Morgan followed up with me to make sure the car is still driving fine and if I needed help with anything else. Thanks again Eliuth and Morgan! I will definitely come back and work with you guys again if I need another Mazda!

I had the best car buying experience with this dealership and especially with Eliuth Swadowski. She was the most hard working, persistent car sales person I ve ever met. I went to many dealerships because I wanted to see all of my options, and nobody approved me cause of my bad credit. And Eliuth not only approved me, but got me into a brand new Mazda CX-5!!!!!! I will be grateful to her for life for helping me in this very hard period of my life when my last vehicle was stolen.

be careful with their service department. my service rep Phoenix was great. but the rest of the service appointment was meh at best. left car oil handprints multiple places on the outside of my car. ended up replacing battery in my fob even though they were instructed not to by the rep. best to find another service place with attention to detail. also use cheap quality oil change reminder stickers you have to use chemicals to get off your inner windshield

I bought a brand new car with a chipped windshield. I was told it would be fixed and they literally just did a chip repair on it. If I would have known that the vehicle had ANY flaws I would have reconsidered purchasing this particular vehicle. Who wants to buy a brand new car with a small crack in the windshield ? Very disappointing to buy a brand new car with something already wrong with it. I was excited to pick up my new car after purchasing only to be disappointed. Now there is a little crack on my windshield with some glue on it. Very disappointing.Since the vehicle I purchased was from a different location it had to be driven over to this location so I didn t physically see the vehicle until after I signed all my paperwork work. The paperwork I signed had stated it had 80 miles on it but upon receiving the car it had 200 miles on it. The distance between locations was about 43miles.I would advise anyone to physically inspect vehicle before purchasing/signing and do not assume it will be perfect even though it s brand new . Expectations were not met to say the least.

If you re an informed shopper you won t be taken seriously here. While the sales associate I worked with was very kind and polite, you could tell her knowledge of the automotive world was very limited. When I presented the sales manager with the known flaws and fair market value of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I was basically told to leave. Not only that but the entire situation just felt dirty and slimy kind of like a buy here pay here dealership. I ended up purchasing my Mazda from a different store and was considering trying the service department at this store before I had this poor experience. Definitely won t be going back for any reason.

I purchased my car about a year ago and the sales process was seamless. Even though it was during the supply chain shortage, I was able to select the upgrades I wanted because of the variety of vehicles they had en route to their stock. I also liked that their website included inventory I could peruse. Morgan was great with the purchasing process, and I felt confident in the choices I was making and that they weren't being unduly influenced.I recently had my first service with their service center and it was also a seamless experience. I was able to book my appointment online, and get seen promptly. I waited in the waiting area which was pleasant and relatively quiet; a great place to get work done during the ~1 hour wait for the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Ethan took great care of me and went over the service and vehicle status before and after.I hope to drive this vehicle for a while, but if I'm in the market for a new one sooner than I expect, I'll be back.

3-29-2018 Fast friendly service you couldn't ask for more. The service department at this Mazda location really does care about their customers and some of the best service I ever had. I highly recommend this location for all your Mazda needs.Best customer service ever. I drive clear across town to have my CX-5 serviced and fixed at this location. Jamie and Josh provide the best customer service and take great care of us (the customer). I highly recommend this location. They are remodeling this location and the new look is awesome.Thanks again for the fantastic service and providing the best customer service ever.

I inquired about a 2016 Jeep GC that they had on their web page. I emailed for an online price. Adam was very responsive, however I committed to another dealership, in the interim, on anotherJeep. Adam was kind and considerate and offered another Jeep if I was still interested, as price was an issue, at first. After my test drive, at the other dealership, I was not satisfied. I wrote Adam back that night and he had me talk to Moe in regards to a test drive on the 2016 Jeep GC. Moe was wonderful. He was pushing buttons and making sure everything was in working order in the Jeep.The price was right, the trade in was right and Val tidied everything up. I did have an issue with the warranties, my fault, but talked to Ian and everything was worked out.I have to say this was truly a pleasant experience. I never felt any pressure on anything from start to finish. Today I took the Jeep GC in for a service at my trusted shop and they said everything looked GREAT!I highly recommend McDonald Mazda South!

London in service has been incredibly helpful from start to finish. I bought two Mazda CX5s from this location and I m really impressed with the quality of service I continue to receive. It s a great feeling to know that you re going to get taken care of after you make your purchase. The cars have been perfect for my family and are overall very reliable.
