My wife and I purchased a vehicle here on Weds. Feb. 21, 2024 and the experience was truly wonderful. From the office assistant at the front desk to the sales team and staff to the management was nothing short of incredible. Since I m in a management role I look for how the culture is at a place I m interested in doing business and I felt the culture there at Land Rover was wonderful and is definitely a place my wife and I would come back to do business. Keep up the great work..!!!!

I purchased my Model X last November. Nick Nichols was brilliant. I was treated great from the second I walked in and wasn t pressured at all to make a purchase (I walked in knowing I was driving that car home, but didn t tell nick that lol). There was some hang ups with recalls because Tesla doesn t let dealers fix the recall, only the owner. That caused a little delay but I was happy to wait and happy to see the dealership wanted to ensure I was safe to leave with the car. My car is under warranty through Tesla for longer than I will own it so I can t speak on the service department here. All in all very happy with my purchase! Thanks Nick!

We brought our Defender in to have a few post-delivery issues resolved:- Scratch across the hood from poor dealer-installed clear bra. Looks like when they cut the edge of the clear bra, they cut way too deep.- Re-wrap the passenger rear door, as the wrap was starting to peel from the edges- Exhaust flap squeaking when opening at ~3k rpm- Multiple low oil light warnings- And a few software-related issuesI am not exaggerating when I say that over the three weeks that you had our vehicle for three weeks, nothing was truly resolved. We are now bringing the car to Flatirons Land Rover to address the mechanical components, and a third party to rewrap the door and the clear bra as the new instillation post repairing the scratch is poorly installed, many creases, bubbles, and peeling from the edges just days after picking up the vehicle.Beyond these issues, communication was awful. My wife was the one who had to call and check in on status, and when she came to drop off the car the advisor went to lunch during the scheduled drop off time. A similar story was true when picking up the car.The post service follow up is 10x better than the during or pre service communication. We've received two phone calls asking about our experience, and then this email.*Update* Feb 26 2024The clear raw issues have finally been resolved. After a few months of back-and-forth the dealership did reimburse us out-of-pocket for a third-party dealer to navigate the repairs. Outstanding issues still with the exhaust and other items. We all know that so much of Land Rover ownership is navigating through the reliability challenges. The service at Land Rover Denver seems to be subpar, communication to resolution

Update: for as wonderful as the sales department is, the service department is far from it!! Hard to reach. Excuse after excuse to not get the things done all together as an hour drive back and forth is not fun! Then to get it back from services with the leather scratched only to be told it was our issue as it couldn't be service????? Really???? We would scratch our own car expecting Land Rover to pay for it??? Love the sales staff even the finance guys are great but the service department will keep us from purchasing from this dealership againPurchased a Range Rover today, and need management to understand what a great salesman they have in Yenas BerheI purchase often and this experience ranks as one of the best ever. Ryan in finance, Sales manager, everyone was amazing! Knowledgeable kind and Yenas really cares about his customers. You can tell he cares a lot and Land Rover is lucky to have him! A+ for Land Rover Denver. Ask for Yenas, you will be pleasantly surprised.

This is the third time around with Land Rover Denver, and they have not missed a beat. I bought 2 vehicles, my brother has bought 1 vehicle and already looking into another. I even reached out to the old sales manager, Robb Ashby who connected me to Matt Mueller. Service is another level at the location. Highly recommend. If you want outstanding service and attention to detail, they will do you right at the location. Cheers!

I'm very disappointed that customer service!!! Paying a premium price and luxury class vehicle, but the service department on the other hand was the exact opposite! The communication with the service manager Tyler is awful and a totally disaster! I would never buy a Land Rover again in my life! Read very carefully whatever you sign or they will work on your car without your approval. They charged me even though they did not fix the problem with the car. The service manager Tyler says when someone brings a car in that s $255 + $235 put the rack + their golden hand fees. No matter if they fix the problem or not. I was treated poorly during the conversation. Compared to other brands of car dealer service, this is my worst experience.

Shahin was my initial contact after I made an online inquiry. He provided all information I asked for on the vehicle. I already had financing and the GM Matt reached out to finalize.Both gentlemen were very responsive and communicated promptly and delivered my vehicle to my home. It made an online purchase experience go so smoothly and I so appreciate it!!

Having had experiences at several LR dealers here in CO and IN other states, this was far and above our expectations. From the initial phone call, to the in-person contact with Tyler, (service adviser), and everyone in between, we were impressed with their courteous manner and attention to customer satisfaction at all times. We explained we needed a loaner vehicle as the work would take a couple days, and that was not a problem. It s quite a drive from Estes Park, but we will be back.

I cannot say enough about our TEN star experience with everyone at Land Rover Denver. Aleksandr is, without question, the easiest sales professional I have ever worked with when buying a car. From arriving 45 minutes before close on a Saturday (not by design) to focusing on quality vs. pressure - he is the real deal. Matt, his Manager, also took the time to come out of his office multiple times to shake our hands, ask how everything was going AND giving us a very fair number on our trade. These guys have customers for life and hopefully whomever is reading this will feel the same way. Make sure to ask for Alex!

worst service center. I bought a 2019 Velar from here(brand new) and from day 1 i had issues. Especially there is a noice from the front, i kept complaining and taking the vehicle to them several times. at least 10 to 20 x i have reported this issue. Every time they say various reasons and never fixed it. When my vehicle was under warranty still they used to take money from me to fix stuff, they said change all the tires it will be fine. i changed what they have suggested and within a month the noise is back. they said you changed to off-road tires which makes the noise, the tires were suggested by them only and i didn't make the choice. Still i kept going to them to fix it, one service center associate said all land rover vehicles makes noise so its not a problem. Land rover is expensive and they call it premium luxury vehicle and it makes noise which is normal ? And the another service associate told me that "we tell our customers to increase the audio volume so you wont hear it " .. what kind of fix is that.having said that i still have problem with sound and i am out of warranty, if i report anything they want lot of dollars to fix it. i have all the proof of invoice where i have complained about this sound but it was not taken care. i would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicles here or any Land Rover. Don't buy any land rover vehicles, apart from the vehicle their technician doesn't know anything about the vehicle. you will loose close to the money you spent to buy a new vehicle.

I'm very disappointed that customer service has devolved into matter of fact communication. When we bought the car, our salesperson was incredibly nice and customer focused. The service department on the other hand was the exact opposite. We love the car but it's things like this that would keep us from purchasing another vehicle in the future. It's just not worth our time to be treated like that.The only reason we will still get it serviced there is for the simple fact it is still under warranty.

I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Nick when you get there he won t let you down.Also appreciate Wes and the rest of the management team. They were awesome. CJ is the best! He made the transition from inquiring about range rover to becoming an owner and driving off with a beautiful SPORT a seamless event ! I LOVE MY RANGE ROVER SPORT ! (as an ex Mercedes Owner, I m pretty picky and hard to please- but I seriously love this car and wish I had transitioned to range rover sooner!)

Great service department. Had a bad experience in the past and switched to the Boulder location for service for a while. I never thought I would switch back but they have been so incredibly wonderful. I would definitely recommend this service department now and I m so impressed with the level of care and detail. Joshua is a great service advisor and everyone I came in contact with was lovely. Kudos to changing vibe up!

I scoped out a vehicle that was taken in trade that was just what I wanted. We negotiated over the phone and my daughter who lives close by, checked it out and gave me the thumbs up. I negotiated with Daniel H over the phone and told him I would be out there in a few days to take it off his hands. He held the car for me and waited past his shift to welcome me on my arrival. Everything went fast and smoothly!

We have taken our 2018 Range Rover for services at this dealership since it was new. Never any major issues until recently my wife went there due to the "Check Engine" light being on. It recently had a knock/sputter, nothing harsh or major though. We took it in to be told it would most likely need two new cam shafts, timing chain and various other items totaling $20,000 in repairs. As someone who has worked on cars I inquired how if the cams were out could the vehicle be operational. They never had a good answer or could explain the exorbitant charges only to state we should trade it in for $3,000. I then decided to take it to get another opinion only to find out it needed an "exhaust control solenoid" which cost about $250. Got it fixed and the vehicle runs good as new. Seems this group was more interested in trying to scam my wife out of her car for a measly $3,000 rather than actually help a customer. Bummer.

Our service advisor, Jack Hubert, went above and beyond for us. The whole experience was way better than Mercedes. We had our baby with us and he offered to hold him for me, moved all my bags over, and pulled the vehicle into the warm garage so I could move the car seat over without getting cold. There was clear communication throughout. To put it simply, he was phenomenal.

Rachide is a pleasure to work with. When I brought my vehicle back in for a check engine light caused from the prior service, he made sure to get me in ASAP same day and the tech team resolved the issue. I was able to take my vehicle back to the emissions testing later that day and pass for my registration. I will definitely be back to work with him!

Joshua Velasquez and all the team at land Rover Denver were outstanding! From the moment I called their scheduling center for an emergency walk-in to getting my car back fixed (and even cleaned) the experience was phenomenal. They got me in, took care of my issue, let me stay in their pristinely clean and comfortable facility, and kept me informed throughout of what was happening. It was the best dealership experience (Land Rover or other) that I have had and appreciate it immensely. THANK YOU Josh and everyone there.
