I was very pleased with my service at Jeno's Auto Service. They took care of my oil change service, tire rotation, and wiper blades, and notified me with a detailed inspection, that one of my tires has a nail in it and of some other maintenance considerations. The inspection gave me peace of mind for an upcoming road trip. I also liked that much of the communication was via text and was easy to navigate. I wasn't able to pick up my car during business hours, so they locked my keys in an easy to use lockbox so I could retrieve them afterhours. Thank you Kris for your professionalism.

Easy process to set up an appointment for a basic oil change and safety check. I was given a loaner car for the day. This is a service that I ve never heard of from a repair shop.They took the time to explain everything to me, and even followed up with a email, several days later.I now understand why they re one of the preferred repair shops in the metro area.

First time to Jeno s. I had what I thought was suspension issues. After inspection, they informed me that the suspension was old but no safety issues. They also noticed the serpentine belt was cracked so they recommended replacement. I appreciated their honesty. I will go back to them. It s nice to support a local business and it s no wonder why Jeno s has such good reviews!

I brought in 15 f-150 for quite a few repairs. The staff were friendly, efficient, and communicated effectively. Even with a packed schedule they were able to complete the work in a timely fashion.The bill was certainly not the cheapest but you get what you pay for & there were no surprise charges or hidden fees. I was informed of the cost upfront and paid exactly what I was quoted.Overall a positive experience and I will be back again.

This was my first time taking my car here due to my dad s recommendation! I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism and work they did on my 07 Nissan Murano. The air/heat wasn t coming out of the front windows and insides. Not only did they figure it out but the price I got, wow! Super great and it works amazing! If there s something that goes wrong with my ride next time 100% will be taking it back. It s a bit of a commute for me but worth it!

Jenos Auto Service technicians are the best the in their field. When parts were needed for my older vehicle, they went out of their way to obtain them. In addition, the technicians were always able to figure out any issue and resolve it with skill and ingenuity.

We love Jenos! Honest, quality, and timely in their services. They make pick up and drop off too easy. You get what you pay for. And while they are not the cheapest repair guys in town, it's for good reason. Everything about this establishment is quality. I'll be returning here for years!

Many thanks to Steve at Jeno s! A great friend got totally ripped off from another auto repair shop in Littleton, and so we took his vehicle to Jeno s and thankfully got an honest assessment. Sorry to say, the repairs were more than the car value, but again this was in no way Jeno s fault, it was the other shop who caused the problem. My friend was so thankful that Jeno s was honest with him. Highly recommend Jeno s!!

The team here is so friendly! They always remember me and aren't pushy at all. They're always trying to find the best value on repairs for me and won't do anything that's not actually necessary, even if I suggest it. I'm so comfortable here and I trust them implicitly!

The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a replacement part that failed, Jeno s diagnosed the problem, got my truck in the next day and replaced the part again with no cost to me and I picked up my truck the next day. Jeno s stands behind their work and parts, unlike so many other places including the dealer. Steve and his staff are awesome.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Asked to take a look at my brakes as they were starting to squeak, do an inspection, and make sure the coolant system was good. Replaced rear brakes for 2x what it costs anywhere else, but don t worry, not the front. Guess what squeaks? The front. Looked at coolant system and didn t find anything. Then check engine light comes on two weeks later as cam phasers went bad. Which explains the knocking noise at startup and low idle. Folks are nice, but there isn t a consumer advantage to going here vs your corporate or dealer service place.

Jeno s is honest. They ve told me when it s not worth my money to fix things on cars. And when I had a lot of work to be done, they always have been very communicative with me, letting me know what needs to be fixed right away, and things that can wait. I ll never take my car anywhere else!

I ve been using Jenos for over 20 years and never been disappointed with work or price. My absolute trust in their advice and work is critical to my continued patronage. Multiple times over the years I ve had other quotes and Jenos has always been the best option for the work on my 4 cars, all over 15 years old.

I cannot believe how they tried to take advantage of my friend, who is a woman that doesn't know about cars. She took her truck in for brakes and they told her she needed $4k worth of work done. I work on my own car and wonder how out date I am on pricing. $1600 to do front and back brakes (rotors and drums), $1600 for an alignment, $200 to replace her blinker bulb, $200 for a brake flush, $600 to replace a working battery. There are so many things wrong with this quote, I don't even know where to begin. We bought her parts for $500 and work was done in 3 hours, including new calibers.Please explain to me that this "is fair market value." Esp when an alignment costs $100 at BigO? You guys are scammers! Btw, if you checker her brakes, how did you miss the leaking caliber? Or were you going to charge her another $1k when she came to pick it up. You guys are the ones giving other mechanics bad names. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to Jeno s Auto service for over ten years. I took my 2014 Mercedes in for an oil change on Friday November 3rd. When I picked my vehicle up I spoke to the owner who basically fired me. First time I ve ever been fired by my mechanic. The owner told me they were not an oil change shop but a mechanic shop. He asked if I had taken my vehicle to a different shop for spark plugs and I acknowledged that I had because they were $100.00 cheaper. He basically told me then that he didn t want my kind (I guess maybe too frugal) to bring my vehicle back to Jeno s ever again. It s really amusing that a business owner would fire a customer over something like this. He asked me if I was upset about this, and I said no not at all because it s good to know what sort of person I was patronizing for all of these years.

Performed Mercedes scheduled maintenance at a far better price than the dealership. I would absolutely recommend Jeno's. They are not the old style greasy mechanic. I felt comfortable with them. Very professional.2nd service on my Chevy Colorado was perfect! I like the people and the service they provide. They take care of my vehicles as if it were their own! We have been using Jeno's for 6 years. Never have we had anything but 5 star service. We will keep our Highlander for more years than anticipated because of the great condition it is in due to the mechanics at Jeno's.
