After experiencing a hit-and-run, I entrusted my car to this auto body shop for a complete bumper repair. From start to finish, the service I received was impeccable. While the repair took a bit longer than initially anticipated, the shop's communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and at ease, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle.The customer service was nothing short of wonderful friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had. As for the quality of the body work, it was excellent. My car's bumper looks as good as new, demonstrating the high level of skill and attention to detail the team possesses. I wholeheartedly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need of high-quality repairs. Their combination of superb customer service and expert craftsmanship is truly commendable.

The entire experience was fantastic! Customer service was friendly, professional and they kept me informed. The quality of repairs are phenomenal! Seams are tight and paint matches well. Highlands Ranch was very efficient in getting my car completed. They went out of the way to pick my vehicle. They sent texts updates throughout the repair period. Jay was extremely responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if possible, they had my truck for 2 months, told me it was done. When I went to pick it up, it still had the dents in it and even had a new dent/ scrape on the other side. I have pictures. It then took another month for them to finish. The never called me once to update, I had to call them. They said they had the wrong number but when given the right one again they still never called. I also was clear on all of the paperwork and in my emails that I wanted all the old parts. I was told that they cleaned up the shop and some of the stuff was missing. When I checked what parts were left, only the high value aluminum parts were missing. On top of that the truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it, and when I picked it up it was 7 miles to empty. I questioned kile about it, and he took it in the back "and put 5 gallons in it". He lied about it to my face. I drove it to the closest gas station and put 17.8 gallons in a tank that holds 18. This place is a total scam. I'm now working with my insurance to have another shop inspect their work.

Communication was excellent, including coordination prior to the drop off of our truck to make sure we did not leave it before they had all of the necessary parts. We were quoted up to 3 weeks for the repairs and they were complete in one week. All repairs were quality with absolutely no concerns. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

They quoted us two weeks turn around. My car was drivable at drop off. I was NOT notified of GMC strike and possible delays which resulted in a three month turn around time. Disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Thank you, HRCC! The Office staff and Shop crew were awesome. Communication was provided every step of the way. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and now my car looks great! They definitely live up to their motto(s), "Where a handshake is still recognized" & "Quality with a Personal Touch" ! Oh, their work has a guaranteed lifetime warranty, as long as I'm the owner of the vehicle. Nice! Definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My son was in a wreck while on vacation in Colorado. They handled everything for me with the insurance, tow company, parts challenges, etc... after the repairs were completed, they did an extensive inspection and made sure everything was in good condition for a cross country road trip. I flew out, grabbed an UBER from Denver, and met the wonderful people at the shop to pick up the truck. I drove straight 24 hours, non-stop, back to Alabama, and the truck performed flawlessly. These are great people providing great service. "Almost" worth the trip for me to get all of my service done here... But even if they are too far from me for regular service, I would trust them for anyone's vehicle. Highly recommended.

Highlands Ranch Collision was recommended by the dealership, but I frankly could not get past their front desk staff. They were rude and combative. I left voicemails but wouldn't get a reply. When I got them on the phone I'd be told "I know I have a message from you. I have people in front of me in the office, you'll get a call back later". I told them my calls weren't being returned and I'd gladly wait on hold, and was told no. I'd call at the end of the day and they'd turn on their outside of hours voicemail but their office was listed as open for another 10-15 minutes. About two weeks after my estimate they finally called to schedule but by then I had found another shop, got an estimate, and was one their schedule. They were busy with hail as well but managed their workload and customer service much better.

Made an appoinment they told me I d have to wait 3 months for an estimate as they were booked out until then. Waited three months. Called to confirm my appointment was still on the books and it was not.

HRCC was exceptional in the work that they did, and all the assistance they provided in dealing with the insurance company. The customer service was fantastic and I was always kept informed of the progress and any delays that came up. Megan was exemplary in handling everything from start to finish. Highlands Ranch Collision Center did a fantastic job repairing the damages caused by Safelite after a botched attempt at replacing the rear glass on our Jeep Trailhawk. The staff was friendly, responsive and professional. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, or anyone looking for quality vehicle repair. Thanks for everything, great experience!

I discussed the repair needs with the estimator when I scheduled the work, but rather than replace the damaged receiver hitch mounted to the frame, they simply ordered a replacement drop down hitch. I haven t been able to tow a trailer for 4 months now and it will be however much longer until I can pull one before the work is completed. I ll edit this review if/when the work is satisfactorily completed.Edit - Work was ultimately completed within a few weeks.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!My 2023 Kia telluride was picked up from dealership and brought to this shop for paint correction.When they picked up from Kia and transferred vehicle to location. Employee sat in the back seat and was messing with my dual screens that Kia installed. We know because we found a Porsche key in the back seat and screens have never been tilted or used.Called them today and asked why someone was playing and watching my screens that have never been used.The lady at the front desk was very combative, talking over me and making excuses. After all that wouldn t let us speak to a manager or owner regarding the issue.If you enjoy someone messing around in your $50,000+ car and also leaving someone else s keys in there and denying everything please go to this location where apparently it s OK to play a mess with someone else s products in vehicle. Let alone lose another customer s keys that now is going to have a aftermarket replacement and won t even know about it.NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE AND ISSUE. Buy your own and don t be using my car for your personal relation I work very hard and should be able to trust a shop and now won t.Service: Painting

Jay and his wife are stand up people. They own this body shop and accidentally hit our car in a restaurant parking lot. Instead of driving away to never be found, they left their contact information and fixed our car on their dime. They even provided a rental and Starbucks gift card. My brand new car was deeply door dinged just after hitting 500 miles on it. Luckily I was there to get the other party s insurance info, and HRCC was very helpful with walking us through the entire process. We dropped off the car, and although I had already arranged for Enterprise to pick me up from there at a certain time prior to dropping off, HRCC was quick to inform me to call them still since they don t come till called. Enterprise was also who HRCC recommended, and since they partner together I was able to leave my rental car with HRCC when picking up my car. Which made pickup a lot smoother having a toddler. I was honestly expecting to be without my car for a week and a half to two weeks, but the car was done within 5 business days of me dropping it off! The work looks amazing. They had to repaint the door and everything is blended so well! It s like the damage never happened. The inside of my car was also just as clean as when I dropped it off, so I felt like the whole situation never happened and like I was never without it. Thank you HRCC for the amazing work, quick repair, and super friendly staff working in the office!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honestly the best experience we ve had. They were fully booked, yet still were able to fit us in. They kept us updated every step of the way on everything that was happening with our Subaru until the day it was ready to go. When we picked up the car they came out and went into detail about the repairs that had been done to the vehicle. Our two boys were very happy as well because they both came home with a sweet treat compliments of the center. Hands down recommend this place. You won t be sorry to go to them. Such professional people. Thank you so much! Every one on your team is awesome.

Took my car in for a repair on May 31 2022 for Collison repair, they did a quick and fast job but , didn't fix additional damage that happen in accident and I received my car back dirtier inside then when I brought it in ,not even a year later now the repair looks like they used bondo as its starting to crack and separate , overall not happy with quality of work and would not recommend , update they stand behind there work just have to take my car to them
