These people are super nice and very helpful. They give a lot of great advice and have helped me so much with my car. I really appreciate them and I m very happy that I live close to this shop! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their vehicle, or for anyone who needs advice relating to their vehicles. 10/10 I will continue to go to them for as long as I can whenever I need help with my vehicle.

Everyone knows that auto shops have a reputation for being self-serving, and it's really sad. Hartman is the complete opposite - These are good people. They are very kind and thorough. They are flexible and willing to work with you on your terms. The owner has been extremely patient with me and all of my crazy questions. I have learned a lot about my car and I could not trust them more. There have been times when they could have taken more of my money, but they opted to be fair with me. I am a lifelong customer.

Hartman automotive repair has been great for me! Brought in my 2014 suburban with 150K miles and an on/off engine light. They diagnosed and fixed the problems for a fair price and in a timely manner. Couple hundred miles later and everything is still good. This shop provides a level of service, professionalism, ability, and communication, that you cannot get in most places these days. I will be back as needed and highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repair.

After reading online reviews I decided to try Hartman for a complicated repair. I was impressed with them from the first encounter. Very professional and responsive! Work was completed within budget and pricing was very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Jerry has been servicing my vehicles for over 10 years. He is trustworthy, honest, and a very nice genuine person. The folks who work for him are the same. I always take my vehicles to them first and if they cannot help me or are not experienced with the vehicle or problem, they will let you know so you are at least informed.

If I lived closer, this is the shop I would take my car to.On my way to work my car went into limp mode. I made it to the dealership across the street and they told me I d have to wait a week for a diagnosis. So I said no thanks and drove to Hartman. It had good reviews and I was looking for car help.Russ and Aaron took care of me immediately, like I was a long time customer. They were still working on a car, but they were able to squeeze me in before the next car on their schedule to get my diagnosis.They let me hang around so that I could find a rental car nearby. I made a quick reservation and left to get a rental. Before I could get back to them, they gave me a call with what they found.It wasn t great news but it was something. And it was related to an official service bulletin by the auto maker, so I wanted to take it to a dealership in case it could be covered by the warranty.I was very pleased with how they treated me and helped me out. Great people and great service!!

I stopped in to get a second opinion on an issue with my front axel. Another shop had replace it twice and suggested it was a transmission issue. Russ was very professional and took a look and determined it was certainly related to the axel. It was warranted from the other shop and the issue is fixed. I can't thank Russ and his staff enough for their professionalism in getting me in quickly and confirming my issue. It is comforting knowing of a honest auto shop nearby. I will be taking my vehicles to Hartman next time service is needed.

Update: We ve been customers of Hartman Automotive since 2018 and have had excellent service every time. I feel confident that every repair they perform is done correctly and at a fair price.Original post: Wonderful experience at Hartman Automotive. I took my husband s somewhat neglected Nissan in for maintenance and expected it to need work. Gerry was extremely thorough in his review on the headlight to taillight inspection he performed and informed me of systems that were in great shape, would need attention down the road, or needed immediate repair. Gerry has the best communication skills of any auto mechanic I ve ever spoken with and, after he clearly explained the problems and rationale for fixing them, I felt I could trust his recommendations. The Nissan is driving excellently and I think I ve found our new mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They worked VERY quickly to fix the issues with my Chevy. The work was finished within 24 hours. They were respectful enough to call before doing the work after the diagnosis. I was greeted warmly, fully engaged with eye contact, and a handshake upon leaving with my fixed vehicle. It has been a week since getting my vehicle back and everything is working smoothly. I m not going anywhere else for repairs unless Hartman cannot complete the fix. Highly satisfied customer.

I have gone to Hartman auto since I moved into the area. Gerry was recommended by a coworker who told us that he was honest and did a great job. All of my experiences with Gerry and his people have done nothing but confirmed that assessment. If you have questions Gerry will take all the time needed to help you understand what he needs to do and why. He goes out of his way to help make sure that you don t get taken advantage of elsewhere and doesn t push you to spend more than you are comfortable spending. As long as I live here, I won t take my car anywhere else.

It is such a blessing to our family to have an auto tech we can trust. Gerry Hartman goes out of his way to be transparent about every repair he recommends and makes every effort to keep down costs of needed auto parts, as well as very reasonable service fees. Jerry Hartman and his team are extremely knowledgeable about their work and make communication with their customers a priority about the specific repairs needed. Their rates are very fair and often much lower than dealerships for the same maintenance. I have been using Hartman for my maintenance and repairs for nearly 15 years and I have never had a problem with their service.

We ve been looking for a good mechanic for our vehicles for a while now and I think we finally found them. When the window motor on our truck quit working I called to see if they could fix it. We were able to bring it in that same evening and they had it back to us by the next afternoon. Communication with Gerry was also great throughout the entire process. He was upfront with us about price and there were no surprise add-on costs like we ve had in the past with other mechanics. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back.

I have been using Hartman Automotive for 19 years and will never go anywhere else! I call and he works me in with no problems. Last fall I drove up with my husband and children in the car in a panic, the car was overheating, and he drove all of us home and had the car back to me the next afternoon. The estimates are always to the penny and he is very good at explaining what is wrong with my Jeep. He has been servicing this auto since I purchased it new! I have almost 200,000 miles on it and Gerry is the best!!!

Jerry Hartman and his crew are the most professional and competent mechanics we ve used in a long time. The are knowledgeable, thorough, and honest.We never worry about being schnookered into do unnecessary work and cost. I am so grateful for this place! I have been eaten alive by other service places but Jerry is flat out honest with everything that needs to be done and not done. Very kind personality too! Super happy! I dropped my car off, was offered a ride home to keep me from having to call a Lyft. I was so happy when he called and it was reasonable work that has to be done for a car my age. The prices were also very reasonable. It was a no brainer. I had them get rid of the teapot on my car and they came and picked me up to get my car! Love this place! Honest and integrity! Hard to find. But here it is!

Gerry and his mechanics are thorough. We have an older vehicle and one of the door sensors was not working properly. They could not find the part so they cleaned it up and it is working great now. I would highly recommend Hartman Automotive.

I have taken my vehicles to Hartman for over 35 yrs. I live across the city and still only take my vehicles to Hartman. It's worth the drive. Gerry will call you with an estimate and it's right on the money every time. The repairs are done when he says they'll be done. I have never had an issue with a repair done at Hartman and after 35 yrs, that says a lot. Thoughtful, caring, and honest are all traits that come naturally to Gerry. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Gerry has done all of the repairs on my 2000 Ford Focus that I haven't done myself. I'm a mechanical engineer and have worked on my own cars up until recently. He is not the cheapest, but his prices are fair and he has always done good work. He will always clearly outline the problem possible solutions and estimated price, which is always correct. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manner. Costs were very reasonable and there were no surprises. Mechanics are long term with Hartmann and know what they are doing. Gerry kept in touch with me as work and evaluation of the problems proceeded. People are friendly. Gerry is very polite. I even got a thank you note in the mail, hand written by Gerry.

I love bringing my vehicles here. Gerry is awesome. He takes the time to talk through every single cost using the mechanics labor book and exact part costs. He is kind and even sends out thank you cards after providing service.

I am very satisfied with Hartman Automotive! They were very comprehensive in checking my truck & took time to explain things to me. I highly recommend them!! Even though I may not always be near the Denver area due to frequently traveling for my job, I still plan to use them for my automotive repairs. I will drive out of my way to use them. Thanks again for your hard work on my truck!!
