I was willing to pay an additional $30 at grease monkey because they were able to get me in right away for an oil change. Everyone did a really great job on the car and everybody was very friendly. I was pleased overall, but to be perfectly honest, I was very irritated that $110 ($30 more than Midas) for the oil change did not include an additional $16 to change the oil filter.It was only $16 but I was irritated that the price did not include an oil filter. Never in my 54 years, have I heard of an oil change quote that does not include the oil filter as well personally, I felt like it was a deceptive move. I wasn t told about it until after, but who knows, maybe that s the way they ve always done it.Now that I ve got that off my chest, I will reiterate that theyDid check the tire pressure and topped off the fluids, vacuumed the floor and maybe few other things. The service was good.

I love that they're open until 5 on Sundays. That's one of the only times I can actually get stuff like this done. Also they were very thorough with my 72,000 mile, 2001 Toyota Corolla.

I have been taking my truck to this shop for about 2 years. The level of service has improved significantly since last year. I wish my earlier visits were like last week. I may not have recommended them in the past but I am happy to send folks to them now. What a refreshing change to see improvement in customer service while most companies just keep getting worse.

I like the staff that was there when I went. When they are there, receive good service. The last time i went to that specific location. Different staff was there. They were familiar with me and my vehicle. So I didn't get all of my routine sevices.

Got me in fast and got my oil change done fast. Then I stood around waiting to pay for the same amount of time it took to change the oil. Most of the time all the technicians were talking.Overall I will return.

Signs says, 15 minutes, tell you 20, ends up 2 hours after my experience. After oil change, jumped in the car, got to Whole Foods. Key is no where to be found. Tore apart car- nothing. Called store.. key in cup holder.. no it s not. drove back to have them find it!?!? IT WAS OUTSIDE THE DRIVER SIDE WINDSHIELD AND HOOD!! If it would have fallen off on the highway it would have been our word against them. I cannot believe it. Who places a key outside the vehicle!! Unbelievable.

So I accidentally locked my keys in my car so I swiftly called AAA to have someone come out and unlock my car. As 20 minutes or so goes by I get a call from AAA saying the gentleman will be here in about 5 to 10 minutes as I m waiting patiently I see someone come out a grease monkey with one of those long hooks to slide in the door and some wedges. So I say hey man, the AAA guy is literally on his way. He ll be here in a couple minutes and he goes well,I can t have this car parked here after it had already been sitting there for 30 min. So as the AAA guy pull into the parking lot a guy from grease monkey comes out and unlocks the car. As I m watching the AAA guy park.! So what the heck was the point of calling the AAA. When you had the tools the whole time!!!! Not to mention very unprofessional and very rude. I recommend you do not use this establishment services if you value your belongings.

Fast and friendly service. Like how upfront they are with the bill and walk through all the items with you. Don't feel like they are hiding any cost from you. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional staff. A staff member came out of the bathroom while I was waiting at the counter for service and very clearly saw me. I figured if the staff member was busy they would at least notify another staff member that I was waiting but instead I waited twenty minutes with no way to flag a staff member down. When I did finally manage to track down a staff member for an oil change they told me the wait would be 1.5 hours, which was fine, I can go elsewhere, but it sounded like they did not notify the woman already waiting in the lobby for her oil change as she clarified how long the wait would be and then left shortly after I did. Overall very unprofessional.

They are always incredibly fast and thorough. As a woman, I never feel like they talk down to me or try to take advantage of how much they think I do (or don't) know. This is probably my 4th or 5th time at this location

GM loves to waste other people's time, go to Les Schwab, or somewhere else. Crew is great, but the GM will lie to you and treat you like you're the idiot.

I ve gotten my oil changed here many times and always had a wonderful experience! This past time, I thought they had forgotten to put the oil in my car because my car started making a weird noise. I added oil and in the end there was too much oil. Grease Monkey sent someone out to come look at my car and they were so helpful and so kind! Took responsibility for what was honestly my mistake and helped fix the issue! 1000% recommend you going here, they have the best service and care about their customers. I will never go anywhere else.Service: Oil change

I went here after a mix up with Midas, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did I get it done quickly (under 20 minutes), professionally, and there was no hard sell for my air filter or all the other things most places upsell. The team was respectful and quick, and my car is great! They turned a bad experience with another oil change place into a really good one. Even gave me a coupon. Will definitely bring my car back to them!

Read full review.My dad took his Nissan Rogue here and they charged an additional $10 to remove his skid plate during the oil change. It is not difficult to remove the skid plate on this vehicle, and regardless of difficulty it should be included in the oil change. $10 isn't a lot of money but if they are charging extra for things that should be included in the price then it is likely that they have other poor shop practices.Update:Grease Monkey reached out to correct the mistake, and within a day of writing my review.

I have gone to other Grease Monkey and been very happy. This location quoted me 120.00 but when I paid it was 140.. because they used European oil, what the heck is that?

Sat around for 40 minutes with no line. After I get in the car and drive half a block my engine shows 7psi oil pressure and is yelling at me for low oil. Now I have a check engine light... I will never return to a grease monkey.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There might be cheaper places for oil changes, but this Grease Monkey delivers consistently good service at a fair price. I'm a repeat customer because of their consistent service.
