I took both of my cars in this morning and they both were completed within 30 minutes of the time I dropped them off. I received a phone call on both vehicles letting me know when they were 10 minutes out of being ready to pick up. Very friendly staff and prompt service

Newly remodeled store and new management. This location looks good with the update. I always take my cars to Grease Monkey. They are thorough and efficient.

They were great! I got in right away. They did everything within 30 minutes (so refreshing from the dealership which is an hour to closing)! I was glad to get done quickly and done right (without the up sales of dealerships)!

As a female who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I have been to a couple other mechanic shops and have been talked down to, made fun of,have been over charged fof stuff I didn't even ask for.So I was nervous to go here. However it was a wonderful experience!!; not only ffid they did my oil change, they walked me through EVERYTHING!! everyone was awesome and we're extremely patient with every dumb question I had.I'm going to bring brownies for everyone there!!

One of the best oil change and repair shops I have used. They don t try to sell service that isn t needed for the safe efficient use of your car. Great customer service, clean waiting area and smiling technicians!

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for an oil change and I even had to wait for them to finish a car before me. I am super happy with their quick service. I will absolutely come here again.

My husband and I got our oil changed here for the first time after moving to the area and we were super impressed! Everyone there was kind and upbeat, and a huge special shout out to Esmeralda who helped us solve an issue with our car keys that we had since we bought it a year ago. Great place and highly reccomend!

This was my first time at this location. Also, the first time I've taken my 2018 Audi S5 to any place but an Audi dealer for an oil change since it was previously covered under Audi Car. Maybe there was a staffing shortage, but the service was extremely slow. I was there for at least an hour and others in the waiting room had similar wait times, even for more common makes and models of cars. The technicians did not seem to be familiar with Audis and did not know how to reset the maintenance interval indicator when the job was completed. I was told the indicator was already reset when I checked out, but when I started my car it was still on. While the technician Googled how to reset it, I did it myself. I won't be back.

They were so helpful and although I only went for an oil change they cleaned my windows, vacuumed my floor and didn t try to sell me on things I didn t need! I ll be back.

My fianc� took her car in just for an oil change a it started to leak immediately. There was never an oil leak before. At first we thought it was other cars cause we live in an apartment but when she parked at my parents house ( fresh concrete) there was a few drips of oil under her car. I check under the car and there is oil everywhere under the car. We took it in the next morning right when they opened, they looked at it and said it was like 3 different things, then said they couldn t fix it. But there was no report of an oil leak on the receipt when she came in the first time, lazy people working there. I would recommend jiffy lube, not have I ever had a problem like this and when I did THEY FIXED IT!!!! Not just top off my fluids and send me on my way. LAZY!!!!

Let me start with the situation I had brought to Grease Monkey today my car battery had been going out on me. Had to jump it every time I went to drive. Took it to where I bought it and they didn t have one my size for my car. So they suggested going to the auto store that starts with O. I went, unfortunately was told @ O that they couldn t assist me with my car battery due to how my battery connects. Cool. Really felt stuck at this point. Thank you to the gentleman Ken who did suggest to go to Grease Monkey, THANK YOU KEN! So, by this point it s already 5:30pm and I ve concluded that I won t be able to get this done today. Was just hoping to stop by Grease Monkey by the time they closed to just find out if they can help me, maybe see if they have the battery in stock and see if I can maybe go ahead and buy it and come back the next day to get it done, to not ask if they could do it today because I showed up literally 20 minutes before closing (please don t show up right at closing just as a courtesy to whose working on your car and ultimately not cause an inconvenience when I m/you are hoping to get some help) So. I show up at Grease Monkey with not much time left before closing. I m greeted as I walk towards the garage by an awesome guy named Ed! I explain my situation and he asks me to pop the hood. I show him the battery and show him the connection as to why the O store couldn t help me. I explain if I can maybe buy the battery and show up tomorrow to not inconvenience anyone right before closing to help me install it as I have no tools. As he looks at the battery, he looks at me and says I may have this battery here right now I said I would buy it and come by tomorrow. He tells me keep the hood up, to let him grab the battery! I couldn t express to Ed enough as to how much of a blessing he was and how much I appreciated his help when he easily could ve sold me the battery and had me come back the next day!! He helped me out immensely and I truly can t help but thank him enough! 11 out of 10 on the customer service and Ed has earned a lifelong customer! Thank you Ed and hope this review helps showcase your highest level of customer service! YOUR THE BEST ED!!!

I really don t enjoy leaving a poor review. But, today I was astonished by the behavior of one of the Grease Monkey manager s. A woman arrived clearly in distress about her car misbehaving. She sounded like she was from the UK and maybe not as familiar with how things are done here. She was so polite and trying to explain to the older gentlemen how she was maintaining the vehicle. He kept cutting her off, wouldn t let her get in a single word, and began hand gesturing towards her in what my husband would have definitely considered threatening. The manager came completely unglued. Is this the standard Grease Monkey sets? Especially for a $70 oil change? One of the other employees clearly felt bad and tried to get her more information about her car troubles. I think his name was Alex.Service: Oil change

I wasn t going to leave a review of my terrible negative experience today but it looks like I m not the only one. The service at this location used to be top notch-it seems those employees no longer work here. I received a call from the owner following the complaint, he was kind and apologetic but damage was done- and apparently ownership and management has recently changed AGAIN.I imagine they will lose a lot of business due to unprofessional, argumentative employees, lack of training and care and totally inappropriate and disrespectful behavior.Been going here for as long as I can remember, I don t think I ll go back.

Pulled up and they were ready for me..treated my car with respect and went the extra mile to make sure it was cleaned out and fluids topped off and all of the goods! My car traveled from Tucson AZ and needed this oil change! Thank you all!!!

They really do treat you like family here. When checking out, I was asking Rich about a service that Grease Monkey didn t provide. After he recommended a couple of local shops, I walked out, began driving away, then looked in my mirror to see him chasing me down in the parking lot so that he could hand me a coupon to a shop down the road that offered the service I was looking for. Excellent customer service and they don t try to gouge you on price either.Service: Oil change

If I could give zero stars I would. I pull up and told the lady that greeted me that my AC wasn t working and that I need it checked out. A few minutes later while I was waiting in the lobby another guy came ip and said my car was done, I was like really what was wrong with the ac? He said there s nothing wrong with the ac. I was like um that s why I bought my car in today, he then left and grabbed who I believe to be the manager who started getting loud with me and said the the lady that greeted me didn t speak English and that s why they did an oil change. My reply was maybe you should have someone greeting customers that doesn t speak English. And he yelled at me to not tell him how to do his job that she would be greeting customers. I will NEVER go back to this location!!!

It was extremely uncomfortable. Who I believe to be the manager (Robert) was so rude and cringey. He kept yelling over the top of me and kept cutting me off. I felt secondhand embarrassment for the childish way he was acting in front of his staff. Super awkward and uncomfortable to see a grown man behave that way Alex was absolutely lovely though, I d recommend you ask for him.
