I flew across the country to find and purchase a new (to me) motorcycle from Grand Prix Motorsports. I was to ride the bike back to Tennessee in cold weather. The staff ensured that the bike was wired to accommodate a heated suit and ensured that all fluids and mechanical functions were normal before I completed the sale and began my trip. Casey Sullivan communicated with me before and after the sale, even confirming days later that I made it to TN safely and asking if I had remaining questions about my purchase. Jack in parts was also outstanding in his assistance during and after my visit. Everyone was welcoming and the coffee was a great lift after an early morning cross country flight. I relaxed comfortably while we completed the transaction! Great job guys! - @AnywhereRider

Bought a brand new Indian Sixty here. Everyone was very supportive, knowledgable, and worked together to make my desired outcome happen. I highly recommend the folks at Grand Prix. Worth every minute and penny to go with them. Thank you guys!

Grand Prix Motorsports is the place to go for any of your needs. Went in there the other day and was helped by Rob True and he was fantastic. Super helpful with explaining everything and made the buying of a new bike really smooth and easy. If you go in there for anything, be sure to find Rob because he will not disappoint you in any regard.

I am very happy to give me business to these guys! Huge shout out to Rob my salesman went out of his way to get me the bike I wanted from another state and made sure I was happy with everything! Ask for Rob! Colleen in finances made it quick and easy! The parts guys Nate and and Jack also made sure I was taken care and if I had any questions. Josh the race tech in the service department made I was dialed in and was very knowledgeable as well with Ryan and Brenden in the service department. And heather in apparel was very nice and knowledgeable and made getting gear easy. Also the gm Johnathan was nice and made sure we were taken care of and has a very good crew.

This place is straight up - constant communication and 100% transparency. Their showroom is immaculate and they were all very friendly. Rob responded to my texts when he was off as well as late into the evening too. I flew in from Houston to look at the bike I wanted and they had it pulled out and ready, Jack in parts helped me buy some accessories for the bike and installed them on the spot. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience at Gran Prix.....if someone has a bad experience there, it must fall into the "can't please everybody" category

Neil and Grand Prix were very easy to deal with and very helpful. I searched all over the state for my bike and they called me two months ahead of schedule to tell me it was ready! The whole process was super smooth and easy. The guys working in the parts department were cool and helpful. Heather was also really nice! All around great operation and will be back for my next bike.

I have purchased multiple side by sides, ATVs and dirt bikes form them over the years and they have always taken good care of me. Recently I needed a couple parts for my side by side and I stopped in and they had the parts and got me in and out quickly and efficiently. I had a great experience. Keep it up guys! Thanks

Went in looking for my first bike. Vanden and Ken were amazing. Both were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. With all of their input. I walked out with an amazing bike! Can't thank all of the staff enough. Such a welcoming place to go. I highly recommend Grand Prix to anyone and everyone looking to get a motorcycle. Thank you all again.

I went into Grand Prix after being very disappointed by G-Force. I was able to purchase the bike I wanted without any problems. Even though I showed up about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday Night. Rob (the salesman) Turk (the sales manager) and Heather (the apparel queen) did a fantastic job. Not one of them made me feel rushed and wanted to make sure I was happy before I left. I would recommend them to anyone and if you decide to purchase from them after reading this, please feel free and drop my name. I promise you will not be disappointed.

What a joke. It takes 2 hrs to get a trade in value. No prices are posted online so it is a total pain to even THINK about getting a new machine. Then when you want pricing on 4 different machines they get you quotes that "stay in house" so wasted my time. How am I supposed to discuss what machine we would like when you can't take numbers home to compare. Absolutely will not be back. Also if you do buy a "NEW" Machine definitely check it over. These "new" machines should be sold as used. Dings and scratches galore, mis aligned doors, pre used rock sliders, and chipping powder coat. For what you pay for assembly they should have some better techs putting them together that actually care about the end result.

Awesome people at this place. Willing to work with you and explain in details. Always up for giving a test drive, no pressure and willing to answer questions. Everyone was so fun and cool to work with. I will be buying g my wife s bike from here as well!

What an amazing experience! I went to another Indian dealer and the sales person wanted nothing to do with selling a bike. Grand Prix Motorsports took care of me from the second I walked in the door! Rob ( my sales guy ) was amazing!!! Ordered the Indian Sport Chief in black smoke and it did not disappoint. WOW!! This bike just wants to go!!! From service, sales, to finance ( Jess was the bomb ) best experience I could have had! Grand Prix has a life long customer! Thanks again!!!

Julian was awesome, got me a much better deal on a much better bike than I came in for. Made the process really simple and straightforward. Colleen was also incredibly helpful and made financing so simple and straightforward. Will be going back when it s time to upgrade

Bought a Royal Enfield from here. Julian was very helpful in the decision and buying process. He gave me the space I needed to mull things over and was available for any questions I had. He also introduced me to similar bikes that matched my riding preferences, which gave me a good idea of what I might upgrade to later down the road.

Great experience buying an ATV. First Neil is the type of salesman that listened to my needs. He figured out an option that worked better for me instead of trying to push something that I didn t want. After picking out the ATV, I was introduced to the people in each department which made me feel like it was more a community that cared instead of individuals after their own agenda. All my questions have been answered. I highly recommend!

I bought a motorcycle from a friend and before I bought it he took it here and paid over $3,000 to have repairs done. They charged us to tune the motorcycle to an exhaust that has a huge crack in it and supposedly replaced all the gaskets. Less than one oil change later, the leak is still coming from the exact same place. I am definitely not a mechanic but this seems very uncommon to me and the fact that they would even tell us the motorcycle needed to be tuned knowing full well the exhaust was cracked and it would not have made a difference is clearly taking advantage and poor morals.

Josh and Tim over in service big bored my quad and added a turbo to my YXZ. I couldn't be happier with the performance. Brendan in service always works me in with my crazy schedule and keeps me up to date and Betty the dog is a great test ride companion! Jack over in parts always knows exactly what i need when i am looking for upgrades. Very responsive and very helpful crew!

sales people were nice markup wasn t. tried to charge 1k over kawasaki advertised msrp including freight fees etc and when asked for a full price breakdown responded with all dealers have fees. shop around! ended up finding the bike for $1548 less at another shop.

I recently brought my Yamaha Kodiak 700 in because the fuel pump was bad. It turns out it was a manufacturer defect. The customer service I received from both Josh and Brendan in the service department far exceeded my expectations. I was extremely happy with them and my experience!

Top notch customer service from Neil. I am a property manager, and needed a four wheeler for snow removal. It was easy to find exactly what I needed, and Neil was a huge help every step of the way. When I came in to finalize paperwork, Neil took the time to introduce me to service and parts teams, and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything we needed. Colleen was super friendly, and great to work with as well. Highly recommend Grand Prix! Neil is a rockstar.

I was able to get in this morning for a recall part on my motorcycle. I didn t have a ride so I was going to stay at the dealership while the repair was done. The Service Consultant Brendan said it could be several hours if the part was needed and in stock. I had no choice but to wait so I agreed. A short time later Brendan said the Technician Tim had already gotten it back and was taking a look at it. About an hour later the repair was done. Great service and a huge thank you to Brendan and Tim.

Everyone here is phenomenal, from the parts and service to sales and apparel. I waited 10 months for my R1 and they made it exceptionally painless. Vanden was my sales rep, and he was on point with every update, keeping me in the loop, the managers pulled serious strings to get my bike in. I cant remember the names as ive only spoken once to them. Excellent dudes though. Finance was fantastic, she got numbers and protection moved around to a price point which was affordable.( I didn't account for protection plans) Heather (apparel) is extremely knowledgeable on products, and can order just about anything for you and answer any questions. Brendan in service who is an advisor, definitely conducts himself as someone who gives a damn, I thought he was the manager because dude goes above and beyond, he had information on my bike and always got back with me. Definitely deserves a raise. Ive been to a few dealerships, You are in great hands here. In my experience with them, they are top tier.

Vanden, Turk and Heather were amazing to work with. They stayed after hours to finish up my loan. This is the 2nd bike I have purchased from Grand Prix Motorsports and the 2nd time I dealt with Vanden. I highly recommend this dealership and Vanden to purchase your next motorcycle, ATV or side-by-side.Also, Brendan and Betty (his beautiful doggy) in the service department are very helpful when that is needed for your ride. Betty loves the attention, but so does Brendan, lol.All the other staff there are very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend Grand Prix Motorsports and their wonderful staff, to anyone that is reading this and are trying where to go for their next purchase.

I have always and consistently received great service at Grand Prix from both the service and parts departments. Mark in service takes the time to make sure I understand the service details and answers any question I may have. He most recently assisted in an insurance claim process and reached out to the adjuster to ensure the repairs were done as quickly as possible. Just this week I needed new tires and Jack in the parts department spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me as I asked questions about the pros and cons of various tires and brake options. He took the time to verify stock status for and set the parts aside for me. Mark then ensured I got the tires mounted and balanced within the time frame promised. I bought my bike from Grand Prix in 2018, and through my experiences with them, I trust Grand Prix with my bike and service needs.

Julian and Sean were awesome! Really the whole staff, from Service, parts, and to finance! Helped me get me first bike and I'm so happy with the whole experience! They really make you feel apart of a community when you buy a bike here! Thanks again guys! Will definitely be back! :)

Grand Prix does a great job with service. I have a Zero FX. I ve taken it in twice for regular service. Have worked with Brendan, Mike, and Josh. They get it done quickly and go above and beyond to make sure the bike is dialed in how I like it. Highly recommend!

Talked with a sales guy over the phone prior to driving down from Brighton, Ken said I d be able to take a bike for a test ride. Drive all the way down and they say I can t. Very upsetting I ve been riding since I was a kid probably a better rider than all of them in there and have more than enough money to buy the bike all cash. Waste of time
