My husband had his brakes and rotors done at this location and it came with a 24,000 mile warranty. At 15,000 miles the rotors were shuddering so bad that he brought it back in for warranty replacement. We don t use this location any longer, but because it was a warranty issue, we brought it back. They replaced the rotors but refused to replace the pads saying the pads were fine. Even our current mechanic said that was bad practice and no one he knows in the industry would replace worn rotors without the brake pads. Buyer be ware. I m sure we will be replacing it all again soon and it sure won t be here.

We got a flat tire right outside of the store, and they were able to fix it immediately. It's difficult to find good service these days, but everyone there was professional, friendly, and willing to help. It was a nice change from the usual experience.

"Always" was stated, and Im not surprised at all! Ong!! Thomas and his teams performance today was just. Exemplary... They deserve no less than my second TEN out of five star rating ever. I won't get into specifics but let's just say what started out as a 'simple' day quickly spiraled into an absolute nightmare for me. After two hours and ten calls, they got me in immediately, no questions asked. And also went above and beyond. I, truly don't even have the words to express my thanks to you and your team for your top notch service, over the top professionalism, and for helping me in a time of grave need. Your shop is a true example on how a business model should strive to ever be. Outstanding. And your tires are obviously the very best you could ever put on any vehicle.. Thank you so, so much for everything today, it was so appreciated. & we will most definitely be returning

This place is my go to! Reed always takes care of me, makes sure everything gets taken care of correctly, and the biggest thing for me: They stand behind their work! They don't offer every service a car could need, but if it's something they do offer, I'm taking it here and nowhere else. Thanks yall!

Always great service. My honda is a 2012 and never had one problem. These guys at goodyear have always taken care of my car. I was just in and happy with service again. Such a rare find for car service. Thanks guys.

I am totally disappointed with the professionalism of this location. The reception staff didn't schedule my appointment, or act like they remembered speaking to me on the phone only hours before then. When I showed up they immediately told me they couldn't work on my particular vehicle. This would have been great to know before I waited for hours for my 'scheduled appointment'. While I was there the reception staff were dismissive and impolite. Clearly, the people that answer their phones don't know their trade or have good customer service. Take your business elsewhere, folks.

My car was given back to me with oily grimy finger prints on the ceiling above the driver's seat. I am unclear why they were touching the ceiling and the moon roof for a tire replacement...

We were out in the pouring rain when our alarm was going off and the car was overheating, we stopped and put in coolant ourselves, but when we got back on the road it started overheating again. My husband called several shops in the area and service manager Bill Lyman was the only one able and willing to help us. Bill and staff were extremely friendly and kind. He kept us informed about what the problem was and what we were looking at price wise. We will gladly take our vehicles back here if anything else should arise.

Had a nail in the tire, they fixed it, leaked, then took it back and they said that they couldn't repair it again. Took it to Costco and they repaired with no issues. Waist of 3 hours but they did up-sale me on bolts for $100

After struggling to get quality and prompt help over 3ish hours with multiple tire replacement shops. It wasn't until getting help from Goodyear and specificially Bill, that me, my brother, and my dog Achilles felt like we were in good hands and could continue to make the most of our trip to Colorado. They were friendly and professional I couldn't have asked for better service when in a time of need.

horrible service. first the guy wanted to argue with me about how my tire rotation on was supposed to be no charge but wanted to charged me 20$.. then i paid 80$ for an oil change and didn t even get a quart or oil out in.. so i took it back and the guy topped it off but said he was right in the first place..when he wasn t. i paid 80 DOLLARS!! the manager also argued with me about my seat being broken. quoted me 2400$, for a 400$ problem..

Ryan did a fantastic job. Explained the service and presented the results very clearly. Treated my car like it was his own. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car to this Goodyear facility.

Came in thinking I'd need to make future appointment for tires, oil change, and alignment. Ryan and Rob were on it immediately! They got my car in and out of the bay with amazing efficiency and excellent customer service! Thanks guys! They are why I continue to use this location!

They were able to repair my undercarriage splash guard and replace my tire quickly even though they were swamped. Earlier that day Schomp Honda was unable to fix the splash guard in 90 minutes.

Long story short: they used my car for an errand and they do not use the website so the appointment time and cost of services are different.UPDATE: I left a one star review two weeks ago (see below). Goodyear Corporate and this individual store followed up. It was nice to see their concern. They offered a coupon for a free oil change in the future and insisted that using customer cars for errands was against the rules...I scheduled my appointment online. At that time, I had selected free engine light check. I called the store the next day to make sure they had received my appointment. Monty told me they did not use the online service so I would have to reschedule. That was fine, but obnoxious. Monty then told me the engine light check would cost $140 as the technician had to be paid. This was disappointing. Why even have the website when they do not use it?But the worst was when I brought my car in. I have done many oil changes at this location and they have always been prompt, helpful, and nice. This experience was opposite. Monty and I had scheduled our appointment for 10 am and I left my car there while walking to Dunkin' Donuts nearby to do some work. I came back to Goodyear at 11:30 and set up shop there. Monty asked what car was mine and told me they would start working on it soon. Why set an appointment if they do not start working on it until an hour and a half later?But the worst part was when they finished the work (for which I had to ask for the price quoted online), I noticed they had zeroed out my trip meter and there was evidence of a fast food run in my car. I keep my car clean and the fast food trash was not there when I left my car there. I asked Monty about this and he adamantly denied that his technicians use our cars to do errands. Unfortunately, he could not account for the zeroed meter, the trash, and the long wait to work on the car. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the service I received here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Scheduled an oil change online. Came in on time and got turned away. Nobody called me to tell me they double booked and needed to reschedule .also told me this happens all the time and they have no solution for it, sorry. I ve been in customer service for more than a decade and have never experienced such a lack of customer service to solve a problem.

I've been long time customer of Goodyear, and have always trusted them. Until my wife and I moved and we started going to this store. To start it all off, I had purchased and three year alignment deal with Goodyear. I made an appointment to get an oil change, tires rotated and an alignment. After being called and informed that my trick was ready to go they informed me after I paid the bill that the could not do an alignment on my truck because the rack and pinion was leaking and that the front driver side inner tie rod was bad, and also quoted me 1200 dollar to fix it. I than took it to another shop to find out that the front end was worn but in perfectly good shape. More recently I had scheduled online for a routine oil change and tire rotation before a up coming high milage camping trip. This online appointment was made online and for last Sunday at noon (07/16/2017). I received a call roughly thirty minutes before hand and was informed that my appointment was canceled and would need to be rescheduled. I was than rescheduled for the following Wednesday night at five pm. So I figured it out at work and luckily was able to take an extended lunch break since the manager or so I think informed me this would only take a half and hour. How ever when I arrived ten minutes before my appointment I was shocked to hear that a simple previously scheduled oil change and tire rotation was going to make me wait at least an hour half. This right here proved to me that this establishment does not care about it return customers, all this company cares about is getting people out the door for good.

Made an appointment online to this location for today at 1pm. We get there and they tell me we are not in there computer and can't do our oil change for another 4 hours. This is the second time this has happened. Fix your dam online appointment system or get rid of it.

Two days ago I took my car in for an oil change and routine service and was VERY pleased at the service I received. The employees were very friendly, respectful, and made sure I knew what was going on with my car at all times. When we came back to pick up our car, they greeted us by name - I thought it was nice they remembered us from all the other customers that had been in. They brought the old parts out for me to see, so I knew that the services I paid for needed to be done and I wasn't being scammed. Thank you Good Year, we will definitely be back!

This place is a great little garage. The employees are super nice and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Had an oil change and somehow my oil filter housing was cracked after I had got the change. Wasnt any leaks previously on my car. They replaced it with no problem and only charged me for their cost for the part. Not knowing If it was already cracked or the guy who changed my oil had it crack, nonetheless I was pleased with the service! Monty was very helpful!

I am so impressed with the stellar service I received at this location. I got quotes from several other places and they all far exceeded this location s quote for the same work. Mechanical work can often involve a lot of diagnostics and trial and error however the bill Rob quoted me before drop off was identical to the bill I paid when my vehicle was delivered. I m grateful because the same work at the dealership would have costs thousands. Rob had an estimate worked up the same day I towed my vehicle over and the work was completed and my car delivered several days ahead of schedule (which is unheard of in the auto industry). I work in auto repair and Rob showed complete transparency by putting the vehicle on the lift and allowing me to inspect the undercarriage and their work during the process. Nobody wants to have to see their mechanic but I m happy to know if I must, my vehicle will be in good hands. Rob and his team did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody who wants to strike a balance between high quality, expeditious and cost effective repairs.

Love this place! They have competitive pricing/price match on tires & the service is exceptional. I have taken my VW s here for years now & they offer free flat repairs (under right circumstance-of course if u blow a tire or the tire is beyond repair they offer alternate solutions). They always have helped me when in a bind. Thank you all for great service.

This shop is unbelievable. No one knows what is going on or how to do their job. Charged me for wipers but didn't put them on. Put on new tires but didn't think to inform me of needing brakes. Even told them to check back brakes because they were making a slight noise. Claimed it was dust and just needed cleaning. Asked for a sensor replaced but didn't reset it. Paid for an alignment recieved no alignment done. Basically needed my car fully checked and maintenance for my long drive to California and I got the exact opposite of that.

Ryan helped me today. Stopped to get air in my tire very polite & thorough. Filled my tire. Gave me a new cap, apparently mine was missing. Told me why my tire was losing air & told me why I need a new tire. Nail, close to the sidewall: cant be patched bcuz patch has to sit flat. Very nice, polite, friendly. He deserves something special. Please reward him or better yet promote him. Not sure you have trainers here if so, he's your guy. Thank You Ryan!

This place is awesome! I I ve taken my car there twice recently because of tire issues. Both times I have been in and out within 30 minutes. They are also very nice. I am so thankful for their service.
