The shop was great to work with. good communication and detailed quote. They worked with Statefarm which was great and easy for me. There was a small delay but was no fault of Fix Auto, the previous company that tried to repair the back window of my car did it incorrectly requiring Fix Auto to order replacement parts to clean up the previous company's work. So I don't hold that against Fix Auto. Once the car was complete the car looked great and was clean and ready to go! Overall it was a pretty good experience given getting a car repaired is usually never under fun or good circumstances- they made it bearable, I would 100% recommend!

Fix Auto Highlands Ranch repairs were clearly done my experts. My car looks like new again. Everyone at Fix Auto have exceptional customer service and were very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone needing body work on their vehicle . Thank you to everyone there.

I really, really wanted to give Fix Auto a chance, but my business clearly does not matter to them. I conclude with some confidence they are only interested large insurance claims. In their defense, there was a gal working in the front office who I believe really wanted to connect me to the sales/estimate team, and was trying, but that team never bothered to respond after 3 interactions.I had a super-simple job. Estimate the cost to repaint the trunk lid on a car. I called and received an app where I could take pictures of the car and send them in, which I did. They did not respond. So I called some days later and was told they did not receive the info. (I completed all of the screens exactly and per the app, and it claimed success, but OK.) So we coordinated an email address where I could send the pictures and car information, which I sent, but I never received a reply. Finally, I drove over there with my son and the car and talked to the same person at the front desk. She showed me that she had passed along the information to a sales person, but the entire team was in a meeting, and no one could help me or look at the car while it was sitting there next to their door. I could hear the meeting. It was with State Farm who was telling them what they wanted from customer surveys, and that the most important thing was customer's responses to the question, "would you return to this shop?"I can emphatically answer that question. NO! Because the answers to a customer survey are definitely not the most important thing. Customer service and quality work is. Most businesses get that. I was told I would receive a response after my visit in person and never did. 3 strikes and you're out!

My car looks fantastic! You would never know someone swiped the bumper while parking. They were booked out so it took a while to get in. Needless to say, I was shocked when Joey said that they could start the work the day after my consultation due to a cancellation. Didn t have any updates or communication from the office while the work was being done. They also contacted my second contact when the work was done because they said they couldn t get ahold of me but I had zero missed calls or texts from them other than the initial text saying I would receive updates while the work was being done. But the work was completed with in the time frame they gave me, which was great! My car was nicely detailed when I picked it up from the shop. Joey and his teamIn the shop did a great job!

These guys painted my bumper, they got the color well. In my opinion, 640 for just painting is expensive. I recommend I don't know how they cook.

Our experience at Fix Auto Highlands Ranch far surpassed any of our previous experiences at other auto body repair shops over the years. The quality of the work was exceptional, as was the detailing after the work was completed. Bob Strader was great to work with, as was everyone that we interacted with during the process. Unlike past experiences, our phone calls and/or emails were always returned promptly.

Absolutely amazing customer service, Valerie went above and beyond not only when my mum was in an accident but also my daughter. She helped answer multiple questions, multiple calls and was patient, polite and extremely helpful in an already stressful situation. If you need auto body work, this is the best place in town!!

The entire staff, especially Dan (owner) and Joey, went above and beyond for me. Repair is flawless, car was washed upon return, handled all aspects of insurance claim, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone!

We got into an accident. And dropped our Volvo off at a different body shop. Long story short, the other shop did a horrible job repairing our suv. Dan the owner at Fix Auto totally took over when we brought the car in. Repairing the bad work from the other shop the right way. He went above and beyond for us. I m not use to being given that level of service from a shop. I would highly recommend Fix auto. I will always take my vehicles here for any of my auto body needs.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Car smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Took nearly 2 months to get done. Notified me the muffler shop was on a cruise for a week. Overall the work they did was good but the overall experience wasn t great. Please don t smoke in peoples car.

Just over all great if Insurance had educated people working it would have been better for shop. Very satisfied. I have used in the past for hail damage awesome then and for an unforgiving ice block now job was awesome. Will continue to use and refer people. As a shop manager of a BMW dealership I always used Fix Auto Highlands Ranch with customer vehicles because I could always trust their repairs, so with recent collision damage to my wife's vehicle and hail damage to my truck I knew the only place I would take them to was Fix Auto.It's not just the quality of the work performed but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff that makes a difficult situation easier.I always recommend Fix Auto to family, friends, and all acquaintances because I know they will be taken care of.Service: Painting

I have used Fix Auto for several minor body repairs and recently used them to repair my CRV after severe damage in an auto accident. They were very responsive and kept me informed of the work being done. The staff and owner are very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Fix Auto. The best auto repair experience I ve ever had. Personnel are polite, courteous, and professional. The technician called to let me know the estimate was incorrect after I accepted and reduced the cost (unheard of). Service was fully explained, timely, and excellent.
