Can't say enough about the integrity, expertise, and honesty at this shop! Jeff, Devin, and Art the Mechanic did a marvelous job on my 2002 Tundra! It rides likes a new vehicle! Thanks guys! Try this shop, you will not be disappointed!

My Subaru needed a head gasket replacement which is a comprehensive repair job and costly. From making the appointment and going ahead with all of the repairs I felt very taken care of by this EAS location. I ve been to many mechanics on the all along the front range and they felt the most honest and straightforward with what options I had and how they could help me get what I needed done, and what I didn t need done quite yet too. Very useful to have a mechanic shop that I can finally trust! They kept me updated of what was going on and we re always very transparent about what was happening. Not once was I concerned that they would try to charge me for something extra or that I didn t need, quite the opposite really. I ll certainly be servicing my vehicles here for the years to come because of the quality service they provide in the work and customer service. The shop itself was clean and had available seating if I ever had to spend time there waiting for the repair and couldn t take a ride service which is a bonus to me. Way over priced. About 35% MORE than the dealer. Plus they added a $200 diagnostic cost if I did not do the work with them. Said it was in the paperwork I signed when I left the car but they did not even mention it when I dropped the car off. Very deceptive. They quoted me a price to replace the timing belt on my Honda Pilot. They quoted $2300! The dealer quoted $1600. I'm going to the dealer in the future to get the exact required parts and service at 35% less!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. EAS Tire & Auto prepared my car for my upcoming expedition across the country. I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to fix the handful of issues with my Jeep. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They were able to talk through each problem with me and offer solutions to ensure I was back on the road as soon as possible. I felt that they were mindful and had my best interests at heart, which is difficult to find at an auto shop. My car is now driving better than it has in years. Thank you to Jimmy, Derek, and all the other wonderful staff at EAS for making me feel safe on the road again!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

My experience at EAS Tire and Auto was fantastic. They were extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. The communication every step of the way was greatly appreciated. I was pleased to learn that EAS offers 24-hour roadside assistance, Nationwide Warranty, Rewards incentives, Referral Rewards incentives, and Family Account benefits. They are now my permanents go-to auto shop.

Best mechanic I ve been to. Have a Ram 1500 which needed everything you can dream of changed from transmission to lifters when I brought her in, and these guys where the best hands down. I used to go to LHM, and this will be the only place I go to from now on for all of my servicing. LHM quoted me triple the cost of what I was charged here, and even though I had an extended warranty this was the place my warranty company recommended, and boy where they right. I Would recommend Eagle 300 out of 10 times. (Very particular on my truck, and who works on it, so I don t give this review lightly! Best guys in the Biz) will be taking my partners Honda here and future truck here as well in the future from now on.

This is a great Place to take your vehicle for service. Devin was a pleasure to work with and explained everything that my SUV needed. The work was completed in a timely fashion with no surprises. Their communication was fantastic, and I felt like I was completely informed of what was going on in every step of the process. I will definitely use them again.

Had my transmission fail the day after Christmas. Took it here because of previous positive experiences. Working with extended warranties can come with some complication; however, Devin did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Took roughly a month to get my truck fixed. There were several roadblocks with the TCM that needed special programming; otherwise, I would of got my truck back sooner. Overall, Jeff, the store manager, made things right with me in terms of completing the transmission correctly and by walking out with some satisfaction in the end.

To be fair this is a good mechanic shop. They keep you up to date and do good work. Couple of issues a diagnostic will run you 500 bucks the price is outrageous. I had work performed to get my vehicle to pass emissions spent $1600 out the door took it for a test and the car failed. Called mechanic back letting them know. The guy that answered said I had to drive my car 500 miles before a re test. Which left me puzzled because when I picked the car up I was never told this would be the process. Now I m stuck driving an unregistered vehicle for a duration before next re test. They replaced 3 oxygen sensors and messed around with on board programming I checked the price you can buy all 4 for around 100 bucks and take 20 min to replace not sure why labor and parts cost 800+ dollars. The prices are insane. You can go in, tell them what exactly the problem is and what part needs to be replaced and still get slapped with a 500 dollar diagnostic fee. So I looked in to an emission waiver. Had to submit receipt for repairs. After discussion with the emission tech, he had some issues with the invoice. No part numbers were listed which is not the norm for most mechanics shops. So now all said and done I m out 1600+ not including emissions that failed and an unregistered vehicle I have to drive 500mi fingers crossed it passes the 4th time. Will get work done elsewhere going forward.

Cannot recommend this place enough. They go above and beyond with their services. I needed my car back by 1:30 so the mechanic worked during his lunch hour. They are thorough, honest and kind! They have a wonderful deal on 4 pack oil changes as well.

Polite and courteous. Listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally. I took my vehicle in for some of the major concerns and I am so pleased with the service I received. I was notified when the parts etc arrived and had the service to my car done quickly and efficiently.

I had really high hopes but they charged me $150 labor the switch out one single stud in rotor. I left extremely disappointed the part was 12 dollars. Just be very careful about what you get fixed and get prices up front.

Had a few problems with my car this year. Eagle's crew notified me and gave great explanations with pictures. The lobby was neat and tidy, and the Service was amazing.

One of my radiator hoses came off as I was on my way to school for my final exams! I am so grateful to the staff at the Chatfield location as they were able to get my car worked on and fixed that same day! Thank you so much!

I was very happy with the service and professionalism here at Eagle.I had an oil change and tire rotation.I ended up purchasing an oil change package and will have them do any needed work in the future.

Not psyched about my last repair. I recently went in for an oil change and inspection and they told me I needed several items that they had already replaced in the recent past. They're work is sloppy and inconsistent and the parts they use are suspect at best; way too expensive for what you get. I'll be going somewhere else with my business...

awful experience . Gave one of our cars back with no fluids in it. The other had the tire changed and they never reset the tire gauges. Paid way too much to get my snow tires on. One guy took 30 min to try and reset the tire pressure . Had to get another guy. Don t go

Excellent, friendly service. Our SUV needed an oil change and diagnoses of some minor electrical issues. They were able to figure it out quickly and without charging extra for unnecessary parts. Highly recommend!

Horrible!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not just some angry customer, I was mislead. And after I spoke to Deven, the manager, he had the opportunity to resolve it and he DID NOT. Shame on you. This feels like predatory auto repair tactics. BUYER BEWARE! Joshua (If anyone wants to reach out to me, I am willing.)

We have been taking our older vehicle here for about a year and a half now. It is a second vehicle that we don't put many miles on, but still want to keep it running right. After some bad experiences at other shops we tried Eagle. It was great to find a shop that does a good job stands behind their work, (they replaced a part that was under warranty)explains things and is straightforward.The last time we needed a repair they even towed our car to the shop and added it to the bil so we didn't have to deal with a separate tow bill and finding a tow service. The manager Jeff goes above and beyond and seems to really understand how stressful it can be when your vehicle needs major repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was just recently there. They know their stuff for sure. Best inspection prior to service ever. They even had a video with one of the issues. They walk you through with photos of the issues. These guys also mentioned what could wait on repairs. Yes they helped me come to a decision on services that could wait, saving me money!! They definitely do not want to do work just to charge you. This is different than ANY mechanic I've been to previously. It's a true honest conversation about the vehicle and the age and what to expect. They got it in earlier than expected. They also got it fixed earlier than expected with less work than expected. Saving me 2k in what was thought to be needing done. I recommend everyone take their vehicle here. I own a 2011 chevy impala. We're already looking at taking our jeep here asap.

My experience with EAS Tire & Auto Chatfield has been wonderful, and I am thankful for Oscar and Jeff being very accommodating with my schedule. They were professional, kind, and just all-around helpful. They were clear with the pricing of services, and I did not feel cheated at all. They were a great help to me, and for that, I am thankful.

I brought in my truck for just an oil change, but they did an extensive inspection also! The 6-page inspection report rated the status as Green, Yellow, and recommended repairs. I knew that my truck needed a few things, but they outlined all of the work, and which items needed to be performed together (in case I wanted to do the work in phases). They took photos of the areas of concern, and those photos came printed in the report.I was so satisfied that we brought our car there the next day, and can't really see going anywhere else now. It's also great to support a neighborhood business.
