This location is very busy. Staff is always friendly. They always make sure everyone is being taken care of in a timely manner. It is very refreshing to see hardworking individuals doing the best that they can, even when there are difficult customers. I advise you to make an appointment! If you have not planned to be here at least an hour, then don t even bother. Make an appointment, be patient. These guys will take care of you!

Went to this location this evening to repair a leak caused by a screw in the tire. I have 4,100 miles on the vehicle and have never used the key card. This is how my car was returned to me! The card looked like it was ran over by a truck and my rim was damaged. The car was done at 6:05 and the location and their customer service line was closed when I tried to contact them after discovering the damage. I shouldn t have left before inspecting the car with my flashlight in the dark. Big mistake.I ve been a customer at this location for several years and have never had an issue like this before.

just good service, . had a flat in our tesla, they knew how to fix that, (i know that sounds basic.. but .. it's different) and they didn't charge me, not sure why, maybe because we bought tires in the past, but that was a nice surprise. and if you're in the area, their complementary air station, a guy came out checked all the tires and sent me on my way. i know the object is to make a customer feel safe and comfortable, but he did. thank you.next tires for my fam will be from here

I was so happy with this visit, right till the end, then, kapow. A blowout.I needed snow tires rotated back onto our Audi and for my Vette, move a tire from a damaged rim onto a new rim. Very pleased to be told that it would be $30 total (no charge for the tire swap, all our tires come from this store) and done in 45 minutes!But the first thing I told the service writer when he came to me (I'll leave his name out) was, the rear left has a nail in it, leaks and needs repaired. Then I said rotate in the snow tires, swap the other tire/rim, etc.Car comes out right at 45 minutes, a different young man handed me the keys and told me that oh, by the way, one of those tires we removed has a nail it, you should get that fixed. Whaaaaat????? I was so blown away by the lunacy of that, I just took the keys and got in the car and drove away without comment.That they didn't a simple request right, ok, stuff happens. But a tire guy who just had your car for an hour tells you, by the way you have a nail in your tire you should get fixed?? Well at least they marked the nail in the tire. Nice.So, you're in surgery for hours, it's successful, you live, you wake up and the surgeon visits and says, "We replaced your aorta, you're gonna be fine. Oh but, you have a hole in your heart, you really ought to get that looked at".Fortunately they did ask if I wanted to keep the trashed Vette rim, yes, I did (the new one was $380.00 used). I get home and unload and notice they had not moved the center decorative '50th Anniversary' hub center from the old rim to the new one - had I not opted to keep the old rim, that would have cost me dearly.It's a great store, I'll keep doing business there but, wow. That's some f'd up work today.===========Back again for a tire swap and back to 5 star service. Good help is hard to find.Another top notch experience at this shop which for us has had a near (!) perfect record of good service. In for a winter snow tire swap ($80.00), I arrived early for my 1:15 appt and was assisted by Eric (Erik?) at the counter.What a pro. More on that later.They have an app that tells you the three step progress on the car - its' in the bay, it 's in progress, it's done. Took about an hour total. My summer tires were bagged and loaded in back.They were very busy with appointments and a LOT of walk-ins that apparently have no clue how busy tire stores are as winter begins. It took almost 2 weeks to get in with an appointment!Watching and listening to Eric as he dealt with customers of all kinds was a pleasure. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and a good salesman in the best sense of the word.And icing on the cake, the young man that brought me my car asked, 'how did we do today'? (or something to that effect)Five stars.

They were so nice and helpful! They helped me figure out how much air needed to be in my tires so the light would come off the dash. Then checked all my tires and found 2 of them needed to be replaced. Got it done fast, didn t try to sell me a full set, only what I needed.Excellent customer service, excellent prices. Couldn t ask for a better experience

Got my new Michelin Cross Climate 2 here and they offer free air checks and free tire rotations if you buy your tires with them. Haven't had any issues so far with the tires and would recommend everyone to get the Cross Climate 2 since it is severe weather rated and affordable. Staff is professional and friendly!

Couldn t have asked for a better experience to get a nail in the shoulder patched with a tire rotation. They were very busy when I dropped off and picked up but with how they handle the flow and getting me in and out at the time they stated was very nice to see. Will be coming back here for any future issues!

I had an issue with one of my tires. Turned out to be the valve stem. They fixed it with no charge. I didn't even buy the tires there. Great people. I am definately going there when I need tires.

Eric helped me find the right tires for my suv. He couldn't have helped any more! He showed me all my options and helped me pick a great set of tires at a good price. I was able to get my tires put on that same day even though I came an hour before closing. Highly recommend talking to eric!

I can t say enough about the team at this Discount Tire location! Shawn and Andrew went above and beyond for me today! They are always honest, never try and push you to buying something you don t need, but educate you on what may be needed soon. Bless you guys! Loyal customer forever!

You can't beat Discount Tire prices and this is another great location with a great team. I got wheels and tires for a great price. Make an appointment to avoid waiting because I was in and out in 50 minutes. Clean facility with a comfortable lobby. Brian and Robert helped me in the store and as always the garage team was looking sharp and focused. I seriously recommend this location with confidence. I will return.

Checked in here at 10:30am yesterday for a mount and balance. I specifically asked if this could be done within a couple of hours because I have to get to chemo. The guy said yes, it'll be done by 12:30pm. At 12:30, the tracker they sent stated they hadn't even started service on my car yet. So I called. 20 minutes later I was still waiting for someone to pick up. So, I walked over there, still ok hold the entire time. My car was still parked where I left it and it was nearly 1:30 at this point. Vehicles that weren't even in their lot when I dropped off were being serviced. The gentleman who gave me my refund was nice but his manager didn't even try to reconcile the situation or apologize and he had to come put his password in the kid's computer. He was probably the cranky man who answered the phone when I called earlier that morning. My family has used discount for a long time. We won't be anymore.

Discount tire provided me the best prices for the new tires that I got for my car. When I arrived for my appointment everything went smoothly and they added my new tires faster than I expected. Good experience and I will be heading back here for future tire needs.

Don't waste your money on the certificates for refund or replacement, they will not do you any good when you have a nail or leak in your tire. This location literally pulled a screw out of my tire and it wasn't leaking at the time so the technician said there was nothing else he could do. 2 weeks later and my tire won't hold air and they won't replace because the tread guard wore while being under inflated due to leaking from the screw.

Amazingly fast 4x truck ture install.....about 30 minutes. The secret? Buy tires and schedule appointment online.One criticism: Getting phone call amd counter service can take tens on minutes. It took me almost as long to check in to get my tires installed as it did to get them installed.

Took the car in due to a screw that must have been in there for some time, as the head looked like a nail (VERY slow leak).They do patch for free, if safe enough to do so, unfortunately this one was not, due to a sidewall heat ring and the inside being chewed up.Customer service was great. They got me in, same day (with 20 cars ahead of me at 4pm), and out the door at a a reasonable price.

I ve had to come in 3 separate times in the last 30 days for different random tire needs and Robert and the team are absolutely fantastic. Robert has helped me several times and made suggestions about what the best (and best value) decision was. This location especially has shown me such courtesy and the technicians are excellent and quick. This is a place I d send my friends and family if they needed tires or service. Thanks guys!

I had 4 tires replaced on my SUV. Did not take long to get tires in and installed. The reason for the lower review was that I paid to replace lugnuts on all 4 tires, and they did not replace one tire. I found this myself, and they fixed the problem but instilled a lack of trust. Still great quality tires for the price.

Staff was nice enough, but after making an appointment to get my tires rotated, inspected and balanced I got 20 minutes down the road only to have my tire pressure light come on. Luckily I was near another discount tire on my way back up to the mountains, but because I didn t have an appointment there I lost 2 hours of my day to a leaking valve stem that should have been noticed during the tire service. I even mentioned before they took the car that I had constantly been having to put air in the tires and thought it might have a slow leak. Pretty disappointing

Called this morning and spoke with Robert. Made 1:00 appointment for a protection plan replacement. I was greeted on arrival by Josiah. His service was prompt, car was on lift within 10 minutes of arrival. Lobby was clean and comfortable. Jason handled replacement. I was in and out within 35 minutes. Efficient, excellent operation.

I ordered tires from Tirerack to be delivered and mounted here. That process went smoothly. However, I strongly believe the staff here could be more friendly and less argumentative. I got my car back and quickly realized the tires were off balance, I looked at the tire and they were mounted incorrectly. There's a yellow dot marked on the tire where the tire weighs the least so you line it up with the heaviest part of the wheel which is where the valve stem is located. This makes balancing the tire much easier so you need to use less wheel weights. The advisor argued that yellow dot doesn't mean anything anymore, that there used to be a marking on the wheel where you would line it up with. I said yes, that "marking" is the valve stem. Every wheel has a valve stem. Maybe he wasn't paying attention to that part of the training video. On top of that, I noticed the old adhesive from the previous wheel weights was not cleaned off at all and new wheel weights were stuck on top of it AND my wheel is scratched and gouged from the technician prying the old wheel weights off. I called them back to make another appointment for them to correct these issues. Both advisors teamed up against me that day and did not want to correct their shoddy work. They took my car in, appointment was set for 4:30, my car didn't go in until 5 PM. I started to notice cars coming in after mine were getting done before mine even went in. It came back out in 10 minutes after 5 PM. That's a little quick for them to remount the tires correctly and balance them. I looked at their work and sure enough, just as I suspected, the tires were not remounted and the old adhesive was still not cleaned off. I mentioned this to the person who drove my car out and he said "everything looks good, I don't know what you're complaining about. Maybe you're not used to all terrain tires." I've had all terrain tires on that car since it was new. I have an old pickup truck with all terrain tires that rides smoother than this. I know what improperly balanced tires feel like, and I definitely don't want excessive and unnecessary wear on my suspension components due to poor customer service. In fact, on my way home, the tires felt nice for a bit, then when I got home, I saw that one of the wheel weights that was stuck on top of the old adhesive was on the verge of falling off. Additionally, there are way too many wheel weights stuck on that wheel. Gosh, if only they lined up the yellow dot with the valve stem. Don't people know you need a clean surface to adhere things to? Goodness. I taped it back on for now myself and trying a different Discount Tire location where they can give my car better attention to detail.

Just went by the other day for a rotation and coincidently had to go back today for a patch after picking up a screw. When looking at the damaged tire with the desk guy we noticed scratches on my wheel around the lug nuts, he pointed them out presumably to absolve them of any future damage.The scratches were new to me, definitely from the rotation the other day because they were flawless before the rotation. I said I was here last week for a rotation so that was your guys . I should have just gone somewhere else for the patch but I just told him I m documenting it so be extra careful. He didn t apologize or acknowledge that I asked them to be careful. I should have checked before leaving the other day, that s on me, but reading a couple reviews shows I m not the only one with this experience at this location.Discount is usually decent but I d avoid this location, the management isn t holding their workers to any standard of workmanship, pride, or care for customers vehicles.I ll be going to a different location when I buy new tires in a few weeks!

Had an 11:30 appt - not called up till 12 after waiting in line behind 3 people. Then wil take another hr to rotate tires.Other than that everything was fine. Staff is great and friendly. Work seems fine. Wait is the reason for the 3 rating

I ve been coming to this place for many years now. It has excellent customer service! If your low tire pressure comes on then you can go through the drive thru and have them fill up the tires for free. Today I came because there was a bulge in one of my tires. I accidentally made an appt at the wrong location and they weren t even annoyed and mentioned they could still get me new tires put on my car today (this was at 4:15 when I came and they close at 6:00). Plus I had to reapply for their credit card -Robert was super patient and spent all the 10 minutes needed to do that with me as well as make sure what tires I wanted. This place is super busy, but they are patient, professional, positive, and really do everything they can to help you. This is why I keep coming back and will continue do so in future.

Went to this location twice. First time they installed the tires in the incorrect orientation (directional tires). Second time I brought wheels in so they could mount snow tires on them (so I could have a summer/winter set of wheels tires). Instead of mounting the snow tires on the wheels I brought to the front counter, they mounted them on the wheels that were on the car.Called today to see how much it would cost to mount/balance tires on a set of wheels that I would bring in, this time they HAD to know what sort of car it was for before they could tell me a price. I told them there would be no car, just me bringing in wheels and tires. They refused to disclose price until I shared what car. It's a lowered Pontiac Solstice - they will not be able to lift it up with their tools, so that's why I'll do the work myself. I told them what type of car and I was quoted a total of $126. Called two other shops around town and they were a total of $80 - neither shop needed to know what car it was for.Shop around.

After shopping around quite a bit I decided these are the only guys I will ever get tires from. Free rotation and balance, free road hazard replacement warranty and low low prices. I am a discount customer for lifeI also recently discovered they do a free air check.....it is so nice to be able to just pull up get the tire pressure checked and set without even having to get out of the car. Another great service by discount tire and even comes with a smile too, thanks Alex for the great service!

I cannot remember the name of the young man who I had originally talked to. It is important I share my experience so future clients are weary. I came into discount for three new tires and I have a 2009 toyota yaris so apparently my tire size is strangly hard to find and therefore, they would be ordered from new mexico is what I was told. I had a flat and I had asked the man to put my spare on. I literally had an entire nail inside my tire and this man still left me to drive away on my flat tire because apparently my spare tire was "expired" and it would have been safer to drive on my flat for a couple more days before my appointment. what?? Come appointment day I am guided to pay and after I had been charged a little over 400 dollars they delivered to me that my tires were never ordered. GREAT! They can either put the bad tires back on or bigger wheels that are correct size and 100 dollars more. So much is going through my mind at this part and it is a shame how careless they have been with me. Luckily, they put on the bigger tires on and did not up charge me for the inconvenience. Thank you Sam for your efforts for helping me get situated.
