Mark! He's the manager and is awesome. Let me tell ya. I went in for an installation for a dash cam as my car has been hit twice while parked! He didn't have a open slot that day as he was very busy. But he saw how distraught I was and decided to have his guys squeeze me in! What a guy. Super friendly and best manager you could ask for when looking for someone to help you. Highly recommend this location! Will only come here for car installs from now on telling all my friends and family about this place. Super service! The other guys were friendly and great as well. Clean inside quick installs what more can you ask for?

Check all fuses before releasing to owner!!I informed sales rep that my cars horn/alarm fuses had been removed so I could bring my car to Car Toys. When the new alarm/remote start was installed, the sales rep did not share that info with the installation tech.Had to bring my car back when, after returning home, discovered that my horn was not working.The installation tech discovered the horn fuse was removed. He put the fuse in and shared with me, that he was not informed about the fuse.My ONLY issue is the lack of communication between the sales reps and installation tech that resulted the car being returned. COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE!Otherwise, my experience with Car Toys was perfect. I am planning to have some window tinting and a dash camera installed this coming summer!Car Toys's after market items are of great quality. I had purchased the original alarm/remote start in May of 2014 when purchasing my car from Car Max.

Had a remote start installed by Car Toys in Littleton. Wasn't working properly and I returned a week later, with no appointment. One of their technician's followed me out to my vehicle and spent his time diagnosing the issue. Keep in mind, this was on a weekend day and they were very busy. Matt, the technician, located the issue and told me that it would take an hour or so to solve. I returned to the front desk with him and we scheduled for their next opening. When I returned, Matt met me up front and, personally took my vehicle and solved the problem. I am impressed with both Matt and this facility. Thank you.

Radio was under warranty and having issues. Set up an appointment and came to drop the car off expecting to be without it for the day. The tech did a radio swap in 15 minutes and had me back on the road and blasting tunes. Great and friendly people at this location. 10/10 will be coming back for future upgrades.

What an absolute joke. First of all, NOT free install regardless of their advertising. Do not let that fool you. There's "other install fees". Looking past that, I came in and was originally quoted over $1000. All that was needed was cd, Bluetooth. But Corbin continued to try and upsell me beyond what I needed and asked for. I appreciated the options but it was a waste of time.Then, after picking what I needed and asked for out, and within a reasonable price range; I getting checked out and booking an appointment and was told it would be at least a 4 hour wait the day of the appointment. $50 to hold the "appointment". The absolute joke of a manager comes up to contradict everything the associate was telling me.In the middle of all of this, another gentleman came in and was upset his car wasn't finished and apparently a lot was wrong with it, and they didn't think to call him. Huge red flags.EDIT: Best buy is TRULY free install. And I got a touch screen for cheaper than what it would have been for a non touch screen at cartoys. They quoted install to be an hour an a half max, not 4 hours. GO TO BEST BUY.

Would give a 5 star review, associate Devin was extremely rude to me though when I called to enquire about how long the installation would take. Literally cussed at me over the phone and I was consciously not being rude or pushy just asking for some information. Other than that- 5 stars all the way from quote to installation. Everything is installed very nice and stereo sounds great!

Long story short....I had a unique situation with my nav/radio that might have left my car useless. These guys gave me great advisce and did the work fast and perfectly.

Purchased a new radio with car play for my daughter s Jeep. Found out we need a different bracket to install correctly so went back following day and was helped by Cesar. He was so knowledgeable and very personable and kind/sweet. Clearly knew what he was doing and provided information on installation cost if we did in fact need Car Toys to instal. Called back today and got a self proclaimed newbie .. Should have completed entire transaction with Cesar. He truly ROCKS. I wanted to set a appt to instal and confirm price I was quoted by Cesar.The person on the phone tried to tell me that the cost to install was actually going to cost me more than $300 more than what I was quoted the previous night.. The old after market radio was already removed and we didn t need any programming and with some units, install is even FREE, so I didn t understand this massive discrepancy? Will go back in person when Cedar is working and get this figured out. Car Toys does have a great sale right now and a price match as well. Just be careful about who you speak to regarding installation. Irritating that install was going to be almost double the cost of the unit. Will YouTube it and do it myself before I pay those ridiculously prices . Think the kid made a mistake. Thanks again Cesar if you read this!!!

I had a sub and amp installed in my car. we had some hiccups due to some features of the car but had everything figured out and sent me on my way. They had my car for 5 hours, reasonable timeframe. My car was also put back together properly and as it was when i came in

Had speakers installed. The speakers and the workmanship is great. However, I dropped my car off Friday night to get speakers installed. Showed up at 6:30pm and they had just started the installation. Took till 8pm

Several years ago, I wanted to take advantage of their free installation. I was getting a touch screen. They quoted $300 for the install. I asked about the free install promotion, and their response was that it required "extra setup for the touch screen". Asked crutchfield about it. They said their wasn't anything with my vehicle that would indicate this. I ordered from crutchfield, installed it myself and guess what? It was exactly the same as any non-touchscreen I installed previously.Fast forward to today. I see they have a black Friday deal. $219 for remote start installed. Went it and it was over $530. Bait and switch. I have 2 other quotes for a remote start installed. One for $403.90 and the other for $325 plus tax. One of these quotes was from ANOTHER CAR TOYS! Probably best to stay away from this specific Car Toys. It seems like this location is shady. Do not trust them.

Took way longer then it should have, and not super pleased with the results. I ll have to go back in to get some things reprogrammed. Sales person very knowledgeable and helpful but not there on day of install. The installer was less then friendly and not interested in being helpful.

They had a Black Friday sale that had an offering of buy a $400 car radio and display and you get free installation. I was then told installation is not actually free because they will have to take some extra steps with my audio system and he brought me back a quote that was $1200. It seems like false advertising to me. Just straight up dishonest

I left my car an entire day fixing a beep in My speakers after a radio install they did.I was told it was fixed and came and gotMy car, when it was actually not fixed at all. Now I have to come back and make arrangements and schedule shuffling to leave my truck all day yet again. Extremely disappointed. It seemed they didn t even look at my truck for hours after I dropped it off and they only time to check one thing. Why did I have to drop for the entire day and be without a vehicle????

Jordan detailed his first Slingshot! He did a great job and the rest of the staff were able to answer other technical questions for us. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely go back.

I love these guys. They know their stuff and they always take such good care me. I've had them do all the stereos and remote starts in my vehicles and have been very satisfied with their work. And the also do amazing detail jobs as well!If you need audio or security for your car... this is the place to go

Product and install are good. Sales guy was nice enough. I get annoyed with all the little fees on the free install. Somehow a $500 head unit becomes a $1300 ordeal.

My favorite place to go for my car stereo goodies. Colt and the guys are always helpful and they have all the cool toys to help my Nissan sound awesome. Thanks guys!! I'll see you next month for my new radar detector.Bought more stuff for my car. Saved money with the Tent Sale.Going to Car Toys for Christmas present for my daughter. Remote Start in her 4Runner. Perfect for the early morning school run.

You have got to see these pictures before you buy! I would give it a zero, yes it is that bad. We bought an interior detail off Groupon for about $ 70 and basically got straight up ripped off. They were exceedingly rude to my wife as she brought it back the second time after the already had the truck for 10 hours the days before. Here are the photos after the bringing back a second time. It still has crumbs in the doors, cupholders, dust all over, dirt on the the ceilings and under the visor, dog hair, the rubber floor mats still have dirt all over them etc. Please share these photos with anybody and everybody as I do not want anybody else to spend their hard earn money on this place.

I only had a new deck installed, but they did an amazing job, having a 2000 Toyota they fixed the 10 year old hack job from previous owner of car. New life has been brought into my car! Thanks guys!!

I went here because I need to get a new radio and navigation system. They did a great job by reorganizing everything and with really good affordable price. Just call and make an appointment and they ll be ready to help with any type of car installations.
