They did a diagnostic on my F350 and found the front wheel bearings were bad. They installed new hubs and bearings on both front wheels. Tom did a great job finding affordable parts and installing them quickly for me. They do good work at a fair price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic shop.

Rob at Branch Automotive was so understanding for my need of a quick repair as this was my work truck. They had the parts in stock and had me back on the road in 4 days. They are now working on another company diesel truck for me.I highly recommend them for all of your diesel repairs.

Every part of my experience with the Branch Automotive team was exceptionally positive. Dropping off the vehicle, I was impressed with my conversation with Dan. Thoughtful, aware and courteous. After running diagnostics, I received a report that afternoon. Better yet, all work was completed within thirty-six hours of dropping off my truck. When I picked up the vehicle, it was cleaned inside and out, as a part of their servicing my truck.I m delighted in every way. Pricing was far better than the dealership, speed of repair, cleanliness, just the atmosphere of the service team was better than I ve ever experienced anywhere else. Thanks again everyone,Bill

The guys at Branch are just the best. They are on time, fair and really know their job. In addition to performing the emissions test, they checked the vehicle over and let me know a couple of other items that I should address in the next few months, even though they don't perform these jobs. Also, they gave me references for work I asked about on my Sprinter van. I absolutely trust them and wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks

Took my 2002 Duramax in for smoking at idle. Confirmed it was bad injectors. Parker, the owner, performed the repairs and also added a lift pump to the system. All I can say is WOW, what a difference. Truck has never run this good in the 10 years I have owned it. Also cleaned the radiator core and coolers up front. AC now works as it should. One marker light up front was out. He replaced all bulbs and the cabin filters for parts only, no labor.Parker is a expert on Duramax engines and a pleasure to work with. I own a equipment repair company myself and I can tell you this guy knows his stuff! The entire job from communication to the work performed could not have been done any better.Best diesel shop in town, highly recommend.Jim Hawkins

This was my first time ever coming into Branch auto. Took in my 6.7 Powerstroke for a turbo lag issue. They found that my exhaust manifold gaskets and egr pipe gaskets were leaking heavily. The inspection platform is very easy to navigate through and was able to get great pictures of service items around the vehicle. Had the job preformed and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. Tom my service writer was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and had great communication every step of the way. My pickup came out of that shop driving and sounding better than what it did before. Highly recommend Branch auto for any diesel repairs or diagnostics.

I've known Parker for a really long time and he himself along with Tom, Zack and Bryce are awesome. I don't take my trucks anywhere else. These guys have helped me out a bunch and they know what they're doing.

Branch Automotive does excellent quality work. Our vehicle, which has a Mercedes diesel engine, has been running the best it has since our original purchase of the vehicle since being serviced by Branch. You can count on Branch being upfront and clear as to what needs to be repaired and the related cost thereof. You can trust Branch to do what your vehicle needs to function well.

Branch Automotive did a great job on my GMC Dually Duramax. Matt had great communication setting up the appointment. I was in and out in a morning which is important as I live in the mountains. Listening to the staff talk and interact with their customers shows that they have a vast knowledge of vehicles and a very loyal following. When I need service I'll be back.

This is my new shop, hands down! Tom was professional and very thorough. I went in for emissions, and they inspected all of the leak points. I had no questions after they were done and feel really good about my new F-250. Thank you to the friendly Branch staff for a great experience.

I don't normally do this, but. I wanted people to know. I caught this company in a straight lied about stuff and tried selling me repairs I did not need. I took my vehicle into this shop and spent $9000.00 to repair multiple stuff. I brought vehicle back home and noticed it was leaking oil worse then before the repair. The technician left bolts loose on the valve cover and it was puking oil. Also, the temperature gauge was not working properly. They then told me the thermostat was bad, but they charged me for a coolant flush and said nothing about the thermostat the first time. I had only put 50 miles on the truck since I brought it back to them. It's amazaing how much more repairs were needed within 50 miles of driving after leaving their shop. When I brought vehicle back they tried to sell my another 4k worth of repairs. They told me I needed to replace all 4 ball joints, thermostat, and a steering stabilizer shock. After asking how my ball joints, thermostat, and steering stabilizer were ok 50 miles ago but now they need replaced, the service writer called me back and said they were ok, but I still needed a thermostat. If I didn't call him out they would have sold me ball joints and a steering stabilizer. After speaking with the store manager he did confirm that the ball joints DID NOT need replaced at this time and the steering stabilizer shock WAS NOT leaking. And, somehow the thermostat went bad in 50 miles to. Be cautious of this company. Very very bad experience. They sell stuff that does not need to be replaced.

One of a kind!It is very hard to find a 4wheel drive / all wheel drive diesel emissions place in the South Denver area. They were super efficient & if was easy to get an appointment.I think the only negative thing I noticed is that there is not online way to get an appointment.Everything was excellent!

Simply amazing! Customer service such as this is unheard of today. We were consistently called and updated without having to pound their door down to get information. A pleasure to work with every day they had our truck they even sent us photos while our truck was being repaired. Branch Auto knew this was my husband s work vehicle, they worked as fast as they could on it and dealt with our insurance like a professional to get it back in our hands. I cannot begin to sing their praises enough. Our experience was simply amazing!

BEWARE. We brought our truck in for an oil change, and to look at the brakes, which have had a problem ever since they worked on them a couple of years ago. We expected that they would warranty the work they had previously done on the brakes. Instead, they gave us an estimate for a couple thousand dollars to replace pads, calipers rotors, brake hoses. They also indicated that the truck had exhaust leaks and a power steering hose leak and that we needed to come up with another couple thousand dollars.I took the truck home. Did the brakes myself. Bottom line - instead of admitting they made a mistake and doing a warranty repair, they used their mistake (likely the wrong grease on a caliper pin) as an excuse to sell us a bunch of repairs we didn't need. Then we took the truck to the Ford dealer to look at the exhaust leaks and such. Their opinion - all these problems were very minor and they would be robbing us if we paid them to fix them.Reflecting on the past couple of years. Did we REALLY need that new turbo? The fuel injectors? About $10K worth of repairs over the past few years. Only they know whether we really needed all that or not.

Everyone is so helpful and nice, but I mostly talk with Tom. He is always so kind, helpful, and understanding. Lord knows we have talked to him ALOT over the years. He is never frustrated, and always so kind and understanding. Thank you for the amazing service you give us, not only with fixing our truck, but with the way you treat us.

This establishment has the most comprehensive diagnostic explanation ever for their customers. Never before have I been emailed detailed photos of the work needed. Estimated above final cost. Problem solvers. Dodge diesel friendly. A+++ highly recommended to us by another shop with rating.

I worked with Frank Padilla at Branch Automotive and his communication/explanations were exceptional in servicing our 2001 Roadtrek (Dodge Ram 3500). Branch Automotive was actually recommended to me by Jeno's Auto and Dakota Ridge Auto as neither has the facilities to handle the size of our RV on their hydraulic lifts.Branch Auto also made recommendations for other maintenance issues (and I followed most of them) and sent me pictures with annotations as to why it was recommending the services. It took away any anxiety that I had in making decisions. I unequivocallyrecommend this company for auto repair and maintenance.

Called Branch to see if I can get an emissions done on my truck that day. Everybody else I called were booked until after the weekend. Tom at Branch suggested I drop off my truck off and he'll get it in, in between appointments somehow, and they did! Very impressed with they're attitude to help as where the others I called sounded like the everyday working drone!! Nice job, and my thanks to Tom and the team at Branch Automotive!

Branch Automotive is by far one of the best diesel mechanics, for your everyday driver, here in the metro Denver area. They are thoughtful and careful and always taking the extra step to make sure to fix one thing but not tell if it will be something that has to be done again because another issue was ignored. Mechanic work is sometimes like dominos, one thing leads to another and many mechanics will fix what is wrong and ignore what caused the problem, so it could cost you double out of pocket dollars and time. Branch takes the time to explain a problem and give you proper advice. I highly recommend them for all you diesel owners out there! Tellem' Dax sent you!

Can't recommend this place. Brought a 5.9 Cummins in for a strange engine noise that follows rpm. They acknowledged the noise, but did not find the cause of the problem. The only reason I brought it to them was to find the cause of the problem. So not only am I out the time, Ubers, and $250 for their "diagnosis" but now I have to bring it to another shop to have it properly diagnosed.

The service at Branch has always been top notch! I ve had many trips and spent many dollars with them. Over the past 3-4 years since I ve been coming here, they always shoot you straight and are very professional. I was recently in a bind, and needed my truck over the weekend. A last minute alternator install at 5:30p on a Friday is unheard of. Thanks to everyone at Branch for going the extra mile!
