Brought the car in because two front tires indicated air leaks one tire especially. Jeremy had his tire man thoroughly check both tires. The culprit turned out to not be nail (s) but leaky beads.He spent a good deal of time making better seals. I really appreciate the effort.Additionally, Jeremy ran me off a full Carfax run of past repairs - so I now know of repair history prior to acquisition. Very useful to me.

I was able to go to the Littleton, Big O and Bryant and his team did an outstanding job on repairing my tires that had a nail in them!! His staff were super friendly and expedited the process as fast as they could. I am very thankful. Keep up the great work.

I have been coming to this Big O location on and off for 6 years but consistently in the last 2 years. Today, Briant took care of me well and my GMC Yukon XL. I came in for an oil change but it turned into a much larger project after inspection. Briant and his team took me back into the garage to show me all the items that needed my attention and which to prioritize if I couldn t get it all in this visit. I appreciated the transparency as he showed me all the items up close and then walked me through all the pricing for parts and labor. It was a big bill and he worked with me to get it at a great price since I ve been a repeat customer. I ended up taking care of all the items and the truck rides as smooth as when I first bought it. Great work and customer service today.

Briant made my day!!! We were on a business trip from Missouri. I had a terrible sound coming from one of my tires and we had a long trip planned driving in the mountains. He said I ve got you a few times and he did just that. He explained what was wrong and what I should have been told every time I get new tires. I ve never been told that before. Briant made me feel confident snd safe! I also got to see him interact with other customers and it s clear to see that he cares about his customers and is very passionate about what he does.

Made an appointment online and went in for an alignment check and left with an alignment warranty and 4 new tires! Tread was low and the old tires were the ones that came with the car. Briant was a huge help - he greeted me & was very friendly, respectful and nice. When my car was on the rack, he took me to the garage to show me the tread and then gave me choices of tires and prices. He ordered the tires but then found a similar tire for a better price and saved me $200. He ordered the tires and helped me get to my daughter so that I didn't have to wait for 3 hours. They notified me when my tires were ready and Ben was at the desk when I went back and he was very friendly, respectful and nice and got all the paperwork ready. He explained about the warranty on the tires and stressed that they HAD to be rotated every 3,000 - 5,000 miles which is something I didn't know about. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and quiet which I liked. My husband had specifically told to go to Big O on Bowles and Kipling because he had been there and was happy with the service and the way he was treated. Lots of people coming in for lots of help. I would definitely recommend this place for alignment and new tires, and, if you get Briant or Ben, they will make the experience a good one. Thanks, guys! I plan to see you for tire rotation in less than 5,000 miles!

Ben was very friendly and informed me of the options of repair that my vehicle needed. He was very transparent and let me look at my van while it was on the lift to get a better understanding of the repairs. This was my first experience with the Big O team and I will definitely be going back in the future.

I went to Big O Tires to take care of a flat tire. Joe Cimino at the front desk was the best! So friendly, professional, kind, and attentive. He made me feel very confident that my car was in good hands. Ben and Jeremy were amazing too! They fixed the issue right away (I was surprised how fast they were), and were also incredibly kind. Best customer service experience I ve ever had related to automotive services. Will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place!

The customer service here was absolutely amazing! Had a bob cat tire get debeaded and needed it reseeded and they did that with no hesitation! I highly recommend coming here for all your tire needs!

Came in to get a tire and balance rotation after an oil change, but it was brought to my attention. My tires were old and tread was uneven, balancing and rotating them would ve made them worse so it was suggested to not get the service done and get new tires and an alignment I am borrowing the truck at the moment, but I will be telling the owner what I experienced here today They even topped off the windshield washer fluid, and made sure the trucks tire pressure were correct before I left. I didn t even ask for that and it was still done. Even though I didn t get any services done, I like the technicians honesty and recommendation's for the vehicle

Jeremy Dusho gave me excellent service during my visit for a flat tire repair. My tire was replaced quickly and the service was explained thoroughly so I knew what was going on. He also took the time to inspect the vehicle for other repairs which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

DO NOT trust your car in these guys' hands. This location single handedly totaled my car. I took my car in for 4 new tires and was also sold on they called a "tune-up". The customer-facing employee was great, but it ended up all being a huge lie. A couple months after my appointment, my car turned off while I was driving- we come to find out that the oil had not been changed, and apparently a tune-up had not been performed at all. I walked away from the appointment under the impression that my car had been fully serviced. DO NOT go to these big chains! Suing Big O would be too expensive for us, but they owe us $15,000 for a new engine. This was a horrifying situation I never thought I'd be in.

I had a great experience at Big O Tires, thanks to Ben Roppo. He helped me thoroughly on the issues on my vehicle and did an excellent job on explaining them in a way I could understand. He was very courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Ben is very knowledgeable and a credit to Big O Tires. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. Thank you, Ben, for taking good care of me and my vehicle!

I needed a basic safety inspection for my son to participate in a teen Crash Avoidance class. Joe C. was very accommodating and said he would get my son s car in to be looked at that same day. He was very helpful and informative, even though they were doing the inspection for free and I did not have an appointment. Very happy. Good for the community!

These guys were great! I brought in a pickup on a steering concern and they looked into not just the basics of the issue but took a deep dive into finding out what was going on and making sure my vehicle was operating normally. I cannot recommend their service enough and I will definitely bring my vehicles back.

I went to this Big O Tires location and found out we had a mix-up on an appointment. Briant helped straighten it out and got my vehicle in for all the needed services without any delay. The staff was courteous, efficient, and pleasant. I recommend anyone needing the services that this company provides to give them an opportunity to earn your business. You will be happy!

Awesome experience ! I called at 7 a.m asking if they can look at my front tires that seemed low. They said they could get me right in and were inspecting my car by 7:25.They were honest about the conditions of my tires and didn t try to sell me things I don t need.Highly recommend and huge shout out to Jeremy who has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about tires.

Big O has been a trusted name for me for many years and across three states. The service is consistent and I have always been treated with respect. My most recent visit on 11/15 is just one example of the courtesy and care that I can expect when I go in. I had been anticipating and dreading the you need new tires conversation but Ben R at Big O Littleton put me at ease with his honesty and recommendations for what would be best for my car. He was super helpful in answering all of my questions and did not pressure me into having to make an immediate decision. Now that I have made a decision, I ll be heading back in to see Ben.

I ve been going to this Big O for several years. Always the best customer service! Today I had a protective fabric plate hanging under my F150. I stopped by w/o an appt and asked if they could take a look at it. Jeremy Dusho got me right in and removed the shield for me at no charge. Thanks again Guys!!

I had an appointment at 7 AM and they were open at least five minutes early. Jeremy greeted me and told me one of my headlights was out so it was replaced, no charge. He also told me one of my tie rods was so I had them replace it. I feel the price was comparable to any other place. Thanks guys I certainly will return

I have been treated very fairly and honestly by this store. Joe is especially great. He and all the other employees are friendly and I genuinely feel like I have a car shop I can trust. Once, in the past, they made a mistake and they owned it and made it right in the moment. Also, they have checked out things for me and patched a tire for free. I recommend this location! Awesome

Every time I've been to this location I've always had great Customer service techs are very attentive car is serviced to the best quality and they go that extra mile to give you updates on what your car may need next. Way to go, Big O! Shout outs to all the staff here the true heroes!

Joe Cimino is on top when it comes to his knowledge and customer service. I had my car scheduled originally on Tuesday. He calls me Monday and lets me know he can get my car in early. Ended up being a better day for me. Called with recommendations on other items needing attention. Then the next day Joe makes a follow up call making sure I was a satisfied customer. Highly recommend calling Joe!

Got a flat tire right before a weekend trip to telluride. Never had been to big-o tire or had previous experience at this store but it was the closest tire place, so went here immediately after. I m so glad, because the service was excellent. Joseph took such great care of us! Got us in and out even though they were super busy. All of the other staff was kind and courteous as well! I will continue to go here exclusively for all my tire needs. This place was top notch and could not be happier with my experience.

Jeremy @ Big O in Littleton squeezed me in on a Sunday and helped get me back on the road by the end of the day. I had a HUGE screw in my tire and he hooked me up/fixed my tire FOR FREE (I did purchase my tires from the Big O in Evergreen)....and on a Sunday, when everyone else in the tire biz is closed! I was really happy with the friendly service.

Had an amazing experience with these guys- had a mild emergency down the road from Big O over Christmas weekend, and the guys at the shop went above and beyond to help get my car up and running in a pinch. Everybody was extremely kind, and service was efficient. Will be back for future services. Thanks, once again!
