Jeff and his techs do great work on my audi and look out for there customers too. These cars are not cheap but they saved me more than the dealership. I will continue to go to them!

Mark and his team took care of my beautiful 944 Porsche for years. They the job right the first time and maintained my vehicle on a regular basis. They are true Porsche enthusiasts and treated my Porsche as if it were theirs... and their prices for services are great. The maintenance completed on my 944 really paid off as it gave me many years of worry free enjoyable driving and allowed me to get top dollar for it when it was time to sell it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I have used Autoworks for both a Porsche and BMW over the last several years. Up until recently, I would have highly recommended them, however, my recent experience and the total lack of accountability has altered my view.Last July, during the hottest days of the year, I dropped my M6 off for a transmission issue and a battery replacement. The transmission issue was resolved, however, when I went to pick up my car the windshield had a gigantic crack all the way across. There had been a chip in the windshield for over 5 years without issue, so the crack clearly was the result of the technician starting the car in 100 degree weather and turning on the A/C at full blast. What happens when you introduce ice cold to burning hot or vice-versa?The manager and technician basically told me "too bad, so sad, not our fault." Disappointed with their response, I called and left a message for the owner Mark. Seven months later and I am still waiting for a response. While not pleased, I could probably live with a cracked windshield without submitting a poor review, but what makes matters worse is that this professional automotive repair shop, supposedly well versed in the German cars it services, replaced the quite expensive battery yet, inexplicably, failed to register it meaning all fault codes and engine failure warnings never re-set and the car was not drivable as the engine would go into a protection due to the low voltage reading.Tremendously disappointed in Autoworks Colorado. Perhaps a poor review will finally encourage Mark to be a hands-on and reputable owner willing to take responsibility for the actions and negligence of his employees. Or, maybe not, but at least the public will be aware of his practices.Services: Auto battery replacement, Transmission repair

I've been bringing my Audis to Mark for service since the early 2000s, and have had nothing but great service at reasonable prices. Before that, I had taken my car to the dealership, and felt ripped off every step of the way with them. Mark offered much lower labor rates and much more optimistic and sensible solutions. Mark kept my 1997 A4 in top running condition through 267k miles - in a way that was affordable, and the car was always reliable. I now have a 2013 A4, and Mark & his staff at Autoworks keep it updated with regular service appointments that are always far less costly than any services I've ever had done by a dealership. Once, when my 1997 A4 had an issue, I took it to a repair shop closer to my home out of expediency. Big mistake. I ended up back with Mark and never looked back. With Autoworks, I know I'll never be subjected to the high pressure up-sell spiel that the dealerships just love to do. Great service, reasonable prices, always reliable and friendly.

I have taken my 2004 Audi A4 to Autoworks several times and have always been impressed by the friendly, courteous, and professional service I receive each time I come in. Last week my car needed a Crank Position Sensor which was repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price and now my car runs great!! Courtney Harris the Front Office Manager was extremely helpful. She kept me informed on the status of my repair and went above and beyond to give me a quote on additional repairs that I was most likely not even going to have done. I will continue to have my Audi serviced at Autoworks and would recommend them to anyone needing repair on their German Import.

I came in for an oil change and new brake pads and rotors for my Mercedes. I was told the wait would be 60 to 90 min. About 60 minutes in, I realized that there would be problems. They couldn't figure out the type of rotors I needed and went back and forth trying a variety of rotors, calling suppliers, and Mercedes. After nearly three hours of waiting, they put my old rotors back on with new brake pads. What a waste of time and money. The owner offered me a free oil change next time-- not realizing I was already paying for an oil change in addition to the time and labor for brake pads and discs. The worst part was when I drove off, the car was making a terrible squeaking sound-- not the brakes, but the car itself every time I accelerated. Went back immediately to find the owner having a beer with his buddies (during work hours). They fixed, the squeaking sound, but no explanation.I called back a week later and said I was very unhappy with my experience and the fact that I would need to go to a different place for rotors (and most likely new pads at this point, too). Got no where with the manager and asked that the owner please call me. More than a week later- still no call. This place has no accountability or pride in ownership. They are messy, irresponsible, and incompetent from my experience.*Update: Still no word from this company and no attempt to contact me. My car is still making an awful squeaking sound (it's not the brakes because it happens when I'm accelerating).

Mark and team are the most knowledgeable European car experts in the Rockies. I've had my M3, S4, TT, Porsche all serviced by Autoworks CO. I once brought my M3 and it was carbon deposit on the pressure sensor. The dealer quoted me "another car" whilst Mark just cleaned the sensor and charged me for the exact labor. He won a lifelong customer there. From performance upgrades to periodic maintenance and any critical work, I'd recommend Autoworks CO.

Don t take your car here!! I ve had nothing but problems with them. I ve spent thousands of dollars on my 08 Mercedes here and had to take it back in multiple times. Cars still not fixed and won t start. Car was fine when I brought it in. I Just needed a new ac compressor. Now I have electrical issues!! A new belt drive kit they convinced me I should replace yet it sounds worse now then it did before!

I've been taking my Audi here for years. It's always a great thing to be able to trust your mechanic. Great work, fair prices, and they won't push anything you don't need.

Went here to have the timing belt changed on my A3, as it cost several hundred less than the dealerships. The whole experience was very easy, I dropped the car off before a weekend trip, and received a ride to and from my house on the far north end of the metro area so I didn't need to find alternate transportation while the car was in the shop.

I bought a used VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, for which I had a 4 day "try-out" period. I bought this car on extremely short notice because I had been in an accident and needed another car. As such, I wasn't really able to do the appropriate due diligence. The day after buying it, I was wondering if I had made too hasty of a decision (I'm pretty particular and thorough with big money decisions, and I felt a bit rushed with this car purchase). I decided I needed a mechanic to inspect the car immediately, since I still had the ability to return it. I explained my situation to Mark, and even though his shop was busy, he made sure to get me in that day. And he had the inspection done before noon! I felt the amount he charged for the inspection was completely reasonable for the peace of mind. Luckily, he gave the car clean bill of health.Mark and Autoworks Colorado has my business going forward. Their shop is also very clean, which I appreciate. Highly recommended.

In preparation for a first-time track day with my car, I requested a safety check. Mark waived the fee with a brake fluid change and bearing repack. They plugged a leak in my tire for free also. Beautiful Shop!

Total bait and switch. Estimate was $700. And they overcharged on labor by 2 times. Ended up costing twice as much and definitely did not take the hours they charged. Invoiced amount did not match. This WAS a good shop, now Mark milks every customer for all he can. SAD.

Take my car 3 times because is making a noise, they charge me more than $800 each time and the noise still there, worst place ever. Don't take your car there.

They fixed the problem so that made me happy. My engine light has been on so I was surprised they didn't offer to check that out. Other than that, will likely return.
