I worked with Jake to purchase a new 2024 Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and him and his wife even owned one themselves. Took it for a test drive and was sold. He even followed me to the rental place to drop of my rental car and drive back to the dealership to drive the bronco off the lot. Great experience and good team. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience working with Dan Price and the management team here. We purchased a vehicle initially and they made the sales process easy and very fast. Unfortunately, after a couple of days we realized it wasn't going to be the right car for us. We told them and they took the car back with no push back and gave us a refund. They are true to their word on the 5-day guarantee. I've never had such a good experience working with a dealer and I would highly recommend them to others.

Scheduling my Mustang s service was easy and timely and Adam was ready for me when I arrived and ensured my preferred mechanic, Christian, worked on my vehicle. On pickup, they both discussed the service and even threw in an extra quart of oil in case I need it before my next service. Great experience!

I needed an oil change and found Auto Nation Ford Littleton. I scheduled an appointment online and got right in. The service dock was easy to find and everyone was helpful and friendly. Once they were finished I received a text with a detailed inspection report along with pictures. Great experience! I will be back for my next service.

Beware! Dishonest and purposely withholding issues with cars. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. I bought a Ram 1500 and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck and that there was a warranty anyway if there was something wrong offered by the dealership. Halfway through the paperwork after talking to the manager, my sales rep Jacob came back and told me that they couldn t offer the warranty. Bait and switch? After getting it off the lot the truck had electrical issues, leaking water pump, leaking transmission lines, bad heater core. We live in Colorado and need heat and there is no heat!! Worst experience ever, they will not tell you what is wrong so that you sign on the dotted line. Proof of purchase in photos.

This is my second truck purchase at this dealership. Both times have been amazing. Jake in sales was great. He helped me find the right truck for me The managers checked in to be sure I was happy. It felt like a cohesive team working together. Overall an excellent experience. And I love my new truck!!

I was nervous to go back. I had my 2016 Escape there for warranty service in 2017, only to find out it wasn't covered under warranty. About 6 months ago, my 2022 Escape had some issues that are covered under warranty. A part was ordered and I was quoted 3-6 months for the backordered part to arrive. I waited but didn't hear anything. I followed up with the dealership (after 6 months of waiting) and never got a call back. I finally emailed the service manager who was responsible for my file and was told "We currently do not have loaner cars and Ford will only cover up to 5 days of rental. I would see if any other dealerships have loaners so your not out of pocket with the cost of the rental and without a vehicle to drive." He says that he made several attempts to contact me regarding the part, but there are no missed calls or messages from him. My best guess is that the part was never ordered and I've waited 6 months for literally nothing. My gut told me not to go back. I should have listened. I would never recommend having your Ford serviced here and I will never be back - for service or a purchase. This has been thoroughly disappointing.update: I reached out to the manager after the response from them and have not heard back. I've contacted the dealership again, this time just to get the diagnostics so I can have the part ordered by a different dealership and have been given the "run-around".

I took my truck in for a noise. They were able to diagnose and fix my truck in the same day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. My service advisor John was extremely helpful. I would definitely refer them to a family member or friend.

Drove 4 hours To buy a truck 60,000$ truck.Was promised the truck was in perfect condition on the outside and mechanically. Got in late at night and wasn t able to see the truck in the daylight. Next day noticed body damage on the hood, a run in the paint from a repair. Oil leak from the engine. Was supposed to have a full tank and ready to go. Tank was half empty, key fob battery s dead, washer fluid empty. They had 2 days to have the truck ready to go. Was told I d be compensated and then was ignored. Take your business elsewhere

We have been coming to AutoNation Ford for service on our vehicle for years and when it was time to make a change, Brody and Kirk were so helpful and helped us have a fantastic experience trading in our old Ford vehicle for a new one. We were very impressed with the pricing compared to our dealerships in South Metro Denver and look forward to continuing to visit AutoNation in the future!

It took a while. LOTS of warranty work done plus a 90,000 mile service and complete brake job done on our 2017 F150 4X4. They were very informative about what was being repaired. Even as doing repairs finding more to be done under warranty. Great service dept. Adam did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was happening and work completed well as what still needed repairs. Thanks to Adam in service and all the guys that worked on our truck. Awesome job guys!!!

If you have transmission issues go anywhere else. Car had a known issue that with transmission module that I've seen before. Tech said I had to replace the entire clutch and that I had a coolant leak. Didn't do that, but prepared to sell my car instead. Turns out all I needed was to run the car more to keep the battery charged. No coolant leak upon inspection. Transmission Tech isn't looking at your car to fix it, just looking for anything he can charge to replace instead of diagnosing.

Purchased my 16yr old daughter s first truck and could have not had a better experience. Jake was amazing sales person for so many different reasons. First, you d never know he was a sales person. He is definitely Ford knowledgeable and, his only care was making sure you every question, concern, etc was addressed. He never once mentioned anything about the purchase aspect, it just came naturally! Dee, the sales manager was just as amazing and accommodating. The customer service from the two of them was first class and I will be back in a few months to purchase a new Expedition from these two!

I am 100 % satisfied with the service my car and I both recieved . The entire staff was very personable and respectful, went the extra mile to make sure my family vehicle was ready and safe to get back on the road . They made sure transportation was available as my car was in the shop for a week, I was able to continue daily life and maintain schedules thank you guys!

ELVA IS AMAZING!!! I went to another dealership and they found nothing. My car broke down two days later and I called Autonation Ford. They worked fast and fixed everything. Elva is very kind and one of the best service representatives I ve met. She helped me through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of. This dealership is 100/10!!

Worst service ever they kept my car for 4 months then made of some false repairs. Do not take your car to be service there. They scam you for every dollar. They replied to me like they care, but yet the general Manger gave me the number in the reply as their general number, call it and see its not the number to the general manager. Lies is all they do. They let this beautiful car sit for months and it's literally making the same noise it made when I brought it in. They charge the insurance company over 3200 and then said it's something not covered by the insurance. It's a scam. They even said the service manager left and went to Florida and did something to the car.

Setting up the appointment was extremely easy on my phone. I was able to pull straight in to the service area, meet Adam and get started. I waited for my oil change in the service lounge and it was a quick appointment. I m very satisfied with the entire experience.

Made an appointment in the morning to look at a vehicle in the afternoon. Showed up after a 2 hour drive and the vehicle wasn t at their location and no one I talked with during the day mentioned that. The general manager, Dewy, called very briefly to confirm appointment and to inform that our sales person would be Kevin. Didn t hear from Kevin. Called on the way and spoke to someone to let them know that we d be late. Got to the dealership and that s when they informed it wasn t there. Felt bad for the guy, Dan, who had to tell us, he seemed nice and felt bad. Bummer that no one else here could communicate this beforehand and that we were able to make the appointment in the first place. Service needs improvement. Bought from the Autonation dealership in Lone Tree instead. Suggest working with that location instead even if you re looking at vehicles at Littleton location.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Todd and the rest of the AutoNation team. The process was smooth and they communicated as much information as they could before the truck arrived. When it did arrive the process was relatively smooth given all the paperwork. The only thing I'd say (and it's typical of most dealers from what I can tell) is they don't always have the most information about upcoming vehicles like the forums do but that didn't take away from the experience. I've also taken my work truck here and had an easy process from drop off to pick up.

My experience at Autonation buying my Ford Bronco, was great overall! From holding it overnight so my son could inspect it, to delivery. However, during our second test drive in 4 of snow on Saturday morning, the car did skid and slide substantially, indicating tire traction was not optimal. Considering that I live in the mountains on a steep hill, I wish my attempt at negotiating new tires had been better received and successful. Unfortunately, their offer of tires at cost was approximately 30% higher than the retail price at other tire centers.Besides that, I love my Bronco!

Mark Adams was the Service Advisor for a factory recall on the engine of our 2018 Escape. The recall replaced the engine with a new one. It took a week longer than expected because of some seals that didn't arrive on time but the work was done. Excellent job by the Service Technician(s).My thank to Mark for his notifications and taking the time to be sure the job was done.
