My name is Dan Fink and I am the proud owner of Blu Sky Property Services. I m a small business with only my one truck. When my truck has issues, it means a halt of my business and my income. I ve been to several Ram stores and it is usually a struggle between the service department and my warranty.Let me tell you that was NOT my experience with these amazing men and women. They went to battle after I dropped my truck off Monday knowing I was stressed about having it back to plow the biggest storm of the year. I wasn t even expecting a repair, just a diagnosis. Not only did they diagnose the issue but they also did the repair!! Absolutely amazing to do these days in that amount of time. When the part didn t arrive, they sent someone to pick it up and ensured I had it back, ready to go! The GSM Kameron, Alexander in the express service department, service advisor Clay, service manager Travis, and technician Cody are my heroes!They didn t just fix a truck, they saved a small business, myself, and my clients!!!I recommend highly, seeing these outstanding folks for your sales and service needs! What an amazing experience! I can t thank them enough!

Had an absolutely great experience with AutoNation specifically Liam and his team Scott from finance and I believe also Scott from management.I went in there with a very particular situation that had to work it out just perfectly and they were able to do what they had to do. Squeeze numbers around move things around worked till late at night to make this happen and delivered me the truck that day.I highly recommend Liam and his team at AutoNation Dodge!!!

Overall experience was great. Liam helped and was a top notch employee. All options on purchasing a vehicle were put on the table. It was a lengthy process taking hours. Please allow time and make sure you eat something before traveling down the new vehicle road. Shorter staffing also made for butt-numbing waits. I have patience however. So no big deal.Last minute inspection took a day and a half, and they told me to come at a specific time to pick it up. I arrived a little early via a Lyft to find out it would take another hour. I had to wait in an overheated customer lounge wiping sweats from my brow. A phone call would have saved me the precious time. But I won't ding them on the review due to that. Just wanted to mention to please call if delays are happening. Thanks.They optioned to swing me through a drive-thru as I waited but I declined because Red Lobster doesn't have a drive-thru.I am very pleased at the customer service and all the hand shaking by different members of the team. Get a car here. You'll be glad you did.

+ Clean+ Nice Salesmen- Pushy- No Negotiation on RepairWent in for a test drive and ended up staying for an hour answering questions and talking financing, which was not the worst thing in the world, but there was damage all over the vehicle that wasn't clearly noted on the listing. The sales manager wasn't willing to take off anything from the listing price even given the damage, stating that they were well below carfax value and that they would fix the damage on their own. I tried negotiating for a lower price for them to leave the damage as is, but there was absolutely no budge.I was willing to make a deal on the car right then, but the unwillingness to move from their starting position in the slightest told me that this deal was going to bite me in the back sooner rather than later if I did make a deal.Went back online to check the carfax value with the VIN and turns out that the car was almost 2k overvalued so I'm not sure where they got the previous figure.There's no scam going here as far as I'm concerned, but it should be known that this is a pushy dealership (as most are) and they are dead set on doing deals their way or no way.

I actually came here looking at a different vehicle. It was sold so I checked out used vehicles on the lot. There were a lot of nice vehicles. I selected a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Accident free . Paperwork was quick and easy. John Cobb was very informative and great salesperson to work with. I highly recommend him

The best place to go when you're in trouble with a tire going flat on a Friday at 5pm. They were very attentive to my problem and they kept 2 people late to help me out. Polite and friendly. They fixed my flat and rotated my tires too, as they were overdue. Great place and I am very glad that I didn't have to change the tire on my Ram truck by myself in the dark. Thank-you very much for such an outstanding service department.

UPDATE: Michael did some research and found out that we were sold a car that had major repairs that were never disclosed. We are now getting a replacement vehicle and no cost. THANK YOU!I had a repair that was not done correctly and resulted in a near accident. When I called some guy named Michael (supposedly a manager) tried to make up a story about someone getting under my hood and ruining the car. These guys are a joke. Be careful bringing your car to these guys as you may not make it.

Being able to make my appointment online made it so easy to choose the time and date that fit my schedule and during the visit, they were quick and friendly with everything and made it hassle free. It was also great to receive an email to approve or deny additional services the tech recommended.

The men and women of Autonation Dodge Ram on Broadway have my absolute respect. Two years, multiple visits to different dealerships and technicians is what I went through to solve my vehicle's issues. I was at the point of hating my truck and the decision to downgrade was my next step. I brought it in Monday for one last shot. On Wednesday the 13th at 4:30pm it was returned to me and I was told it was fixed and ready to go. At 9pm that same day it started a non stop 101 hour shift as my one and only plow truck. It went through an absolute battle. With ease, it cleared 2-5ft of wet, heavy snow off of 100's of acres from Lakewood , to Morrison, around the foothills, and through Denver; multiple times non stop. It climbed steep driveways and mountain roads with amazing traction, and even pulled a semi tuck out of a muddy ranch driveway! I've never felt safer, confident, and more capable to perform my duties as necessary!Well done Clark, Cody, Travis, and Kameron! Well done to the whole staff!

Really appreciate the experience of Jason the mechanic. Mike Vargas (Service Manager)was very helpful until Alex arrived on the scene. Alex was also helpful in resolving a bill issue. Ron's shuttle service was awesome and much appreciated.They performed the Express routine maintenance in a timely manner and even worked in a brake job that wasn t scheduled. They got the rotors and brake pads from another source in a timely fashion. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My experience with the Auto Nation service writer/department was the worst I've ever experienced in the last 13 years of using this Dodge location!! I waited nearly 3 months for this appointment. I have 3 recalls to repair; trouble shoot rough shifting at ~60 mph and a broken rear seatbelt buckle. I was told I would get a phone call with a status update however my truck sat for 13 days without a phone call - until I called. On day 13 nothing had been done - no parts for the recall work, no seat belt buckle and the truck had not been test driven to diagnose the rough shifting. Yesterday afternoon, I went to the dealership and picked up my truck.

We had a great experience buying from Javier. He was able to answer all of our questions, give us a lot of useful information, and ultimately helped us purchase a great Tacoma. I would recommend anyone looking for a truck to check this place out. Lots of options and competitive prices. The financing process did take a while to complete so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to work through everything. Overall a good experience

We brought the car in for the timing belt and a few other issues the car has had since we bought it. We are very happy to hear the timing belt looked fine. Really happy. However we were told to even look at the electric would be days of holding the car. When my car turns on the screen doesn t. So I have no AC, no heat, no radio, no black up screen camera. They offered no solution and again couldn t even them to diagnose for days!!! We set this appointment weeks ago. Then I get the car and 3 out of 4 tires are deflated with the light on. Just frustrating. If the dealer service center isn t good it make me not want to buy future cars from here. I think if you sell me a car you should stand by it and be able to fix the issues that arrive. Again I do appreciate that the timing belt looked good but that was an expensive trip just have oil changed and not even get air in my tires or have a working screen.

I was very surprised how efficient they were. Always dealt with the previous company Dodge ram, took the time to explain the procedures what needed to be done very reasonable charge quite happy. Adam who performed what needed to be done took the time to explain things to me answer my questions very polite and I'll be coming back it's a good company, thank you Adam I enjoyed getting my car serviced.

Amy Krutsinger is the best and deserves 5 stars plus. Amy is very passionate about her job and taking care of customers and loyal to the dealership. All dealerships could use a person like Amy working for them. Alex Myskiw did a great job taking care of my service needs on my truck. Purchasing a vehicle as much as they are these days it is a difficult decision so going to a dealer where you think you been respected and got a good deal means everything. I feel like I got that.

On a 1-5, this dealership is a -15.Before leaving this review, I ve called and left messages for the GM and event tried to reached AutoNation corporate with no luck.Go to Larry H Miller or Brandon Dodge instead for better service. The full story is below.My dad purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. My dad is 70 and in cancer remission.To make a long story short, the vehicle is unsafe to drive, as exhaust is blowing into the cab of the truck. We ve purchased a CO2 meter to verify this statement.He has to drive with the windows down or cracked, as the smell of exhaust is so bad. When I'm in the vehicle, I get a headache within 10 minutes. The same is for other unbiased people who have been in the truck.The truck was taken to 2 independent diesel mechanics in the Denver area (Key Diesel and one other) - both confirmed that some gaskets or bolts are loose and causing the issue. The dealership denies there s an issue and maintains that there s no smell.It's so disappointing after waiting 8+ months to get the truck to be having these issues. It sounds like the service department at the dealership is overwhelmed and busy.... I can appreciate the constraints on their time. However, it's hard to accept paying $60k++ for a truck that is not functioning properly.

Buyers beware. I purchased two 2021 Ram 1500 in August. I've had to tow the Limited with eTorque to the dealership twice because the computer system shut down and the vehicle won't shift out of park. The vehicle has 18k miles on it.The entire team (Service, Sales, etc.) couldn't care less. They don't have enough certified techs, so I've been waiting 3 weeks and they still haven't looked at the car yet. The service department is booked months out. On top of that, I paid $6k for the extended warranty, and it never even occurred to me that they don't have enough technicians to service the cars. I basically set that money on fire. I will never purchase from Autonation again.

If you purchase a vehicle and need their service Department, good luck. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment over a month and half ago. When I picked up the vehicle, NOTHING had been done. They provided a lacluster excuse for needing to reorder damaged parts provided by RAM. Overall, buy a different brand and take your business elsewhere.

we negotiated over the phone before I ever went in. We agreed on a price. And they said it would only take 30 minutes. It took nearly 3 hours. They repeatedly tried to lowball me. And I had to threaten to take my truck elsewhere before they gave me. What was the minimum I was willing to take for my vehicle. I am grateful that they will buy my vehicle, but I didn t like their approach, nor did I like being held captive for several hours for something that should ve been so simple.
