If ZERO stars were an option....Had a service appointment for Monday. Dropped the car off. No communication from service department. After a number of attempts to get status on car, by end of day Friday, they still had not yet even looked at the car. When I finally got someone on the phone, they defended their process and conveyed they thought this was acceptable.This is the single worst dealer experience I have had in my 40+ years of buying and servicing cars.I received an automated email from the general manager as a follow up to my service appointment. I left him a voice mail and asked for a return call so I could share my experience. As a business owner, I like to inform businesses of both the positive and negative when I am the consumer. I understand that Owners and management don't always know what is going on and cannot fix something if they don't know it is broken. It has been several days and no return call. Appears lack of communication, attentiveness and sense of urgency to deliver customer service starts at the top at this dealership.

Received great service today when I got my oil changed. Service rep was very knowledgeable about my extended warranty and what was recommended with my current mileage. The technician also provided a video of my engine filter, tires, etc.! Very quick in and out the door.

These guys know how to treat customers! First class service the whole way through. Emily, Justin and Bobby were fun and easy to work with. They walked me through the new technology on the app and in the car. I have my sale person s cell number and we have communicated after the sale to meet my needs.

Ask for Brandon! He is incredibly efficient and was able to narrow down my must haves to options on the lot. He didn t waste any time and was able to speak to all models, options, and pros/cons. Warranties and services were thoroughly explained. Brandon located a newly delivered vehicle that was perfect. Brandon delivered my vehicle to my house that evening and patiently went through every dash display and button. This was my BEST car buying experience. Best repair facility I've ever been to. Chris H in particular treated me with such kindness and respect, and was extremely quick to respond to any of my concerns even when it was his day off. Can't say enough good things about how helpful he was, it made a pretty stressful experience into a very manageable one. Will definitely be back to this dealership for the rest of my Jeep driving days. 5 stars.

Bought a used vehicle. Found something on line we liked while sitting in waiting area. Sales person was able to pull it up and start the purchase while sales manager contacted the dealership in Arizona to get the car sent to Denver. Process felt a bit slow, but thorough, and the people are great. Very friendly and helpful. I ve since had occasion to call the dealership about a question and was delighted with the customer service. Will return for any future car buying needs.

Terrific experience buying the most beautiful Rubicon. Tim went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the whole process. He continues to answer my messages, even after purchase, which makes me feel very supported as someone who is brand new to Jeeps. (And to cars, in general!) Ron, a certified Jeep expert, took me through every single detail of the vehicle on site. The general manager, Danny, personally reached out and was extremely attentive, as well. It s a whole village of top-notch professionals here! Looking forward to connecting with the service department to continue my AutoNation relationship.

We arrived at a price via text and email before I even visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle. This made the front end of the transaction super easy. The discussions over my trade and its value were short and sweet - and I took the night to think about the transaction before coming back 24 hours later and signing, the finance team had me in and out in less than an hour. Overall a simple process that didn't consume my day and that arrived at a very attractive price without much haggling.

The GM Danny, salesman Max, and finance guy Kam were all incredibly amazing. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me get into the vehicle that best fit my needs. I. Always dread getting new cars because every dealership I have ever gone to has screwed me over in some capacity. This dealership is different, Danny cares about doing what makes the most financial sense for his clients. Max made sure that the vehicle I bought was a perfect for my family, and it was detailed when I arrived. Kam didn't try to add on a bunch of warranty packages of hidden fees in my contract he. Max greeted us on the lot listened to our needs and printed out a list of inventory based off of what we told him. He gave us a layout of the lot invited us inside while he brought a car up that was a great value and under what asked for. We wound up stepping up to a great vehicle and getting in and out painlessly. Kevin in Financing took less than 30 min to get us out the door. Great job guys! We worked with Mark Collester on selling our Jeep Cherokee. We were initially going to go through Carvana but decided to stop by the local Jeep dealership first. They exceeded the offer getting almost close to market value. The entire transaction was smooth and efficient. We were very pleased with Mark and the experience here.

I believe that may have been one of my best car repair experience I've ever had with a dealership. Bre, The service writer, could not have been more helpful and courteous. She not only was able to work me in, in a pinch, she was able to supply me with a loaner vehicle, which I wasn't expecting. Jesse, the mechanic that did the work, is amazing. He not only came out and listened to my engine before we started anything, his diagnosis was spot on. It was at that time that I knew I had the right guy to do the work, and felt confident in turning my car over to your shop. He started working on it that afternoon, and had the job done, at the promised time, the next day. You folks rock! Sincerely, Rick

People should know that when you make an appointment for repairs your car most likely won t be ready for a few days to a week or longer. They do not tell you this when you make your appointment.There are few if any loaners. If you will need one you should discuss this when you call.You should inquire about how your car will be secured if you leave it. Denver has a very high rate of auto theft. I have heard there have been issues at the dealerships with theft and vandalism.There is a shuttle service. However, they use an old junky mini van. No idea why they can t use a nicer Jeep! I didn t feel confident riding in it in the snow as it was sliding on the ice. However, the drivers are very nice.I emailed the GM about these concerns and did not get a response.

Had a pretty bad experience today in the service shop, just needed an oil change. Wasn t taken very seriously by the guy who checked me in, he barely spoke to me and gave me a bill for 164 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked him if I could use my coverage plan and he told me I ve never seen before who even is that when I showed him my membership card for the coverage policy. He then said he would simply call the claims number before they got started. I appreciate that as I wouldn t pay that much for an oil change without a coverage plan. To my delight He passed off the work to the next guy beside him. The next employee I talked to was pretty gifted in customer service. He made me feel important and understood and even tho I didn t get what I needed I m glad he took over . I wasn t in long enough to get anyone s name, I do wish that the first person to help me would have shown better customer service, I simply didn t feel important when talking to him. I m not likely to return to purchase another vehicle in the future and unsure on where I should have my vehicle serviced now.

I scheduled my service with Jack. Of course, with the cold weather my battery went dead. Jack got me in right away and come to find out my battery was under warranty. They quickly got my battery changed and I was on my way. Jack also helped me when I arrived and was very pleasant to work with. Nice guy. They ve redone their waiting area, and there were snacks and warm beverages on this cold day. Very good experience

I was first time car buyer and inspite of getting rejected and getting a bad rate at other dealership Jeep Broadway got me the best deal possible and they made my car buying process so amazing and hassle free and they delivered more than they promised. So I like that under commit and over deliver. Good Job Guys!!! Behrooz was the sales rep and he was very good at his job.

This dealership has a great team! I went to several other automation stores, Audi, ford, etc in the Denver area. Most other places are not active listeners but Emily the sales manager listened to my needs during and after the sales process, requested the car I wanted from another dealership, and was willing to work with my limited situation. Life always had complications and unfortunately I had a few after purchasing, but it was a pleasure to work with Emily during those times and I m a very satisfied customer and Jeep 4XE owner!! Also had a positive experience with Mason in the service department and Alyssa in the parts department to help me during cold weather season. I feel great that my jeep and I will be safe, warm, and going on some adventures this winter.

Went into the dealership to buy a used car. Was a bad overall experience from the dealership felt like they were more worried about selling the car and not worried about the customer. I was asked multiple times when I can I come in and sign and when they should expect the money. Then once they received the money and the car was under contract little to no contact about things. Asked multiple times for my contract or my finance company from the finance manager Bobby and no response. Had to call and ask specifically for the manager to call me back and finally was able to receive it after multiple days of being told they ll send with no avail. Love the car but would not buy another from them

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. Jason Bird was great to work with. I highly recommend. The vehicle itself could have been cleaned much better on the inside. The interior was dirty and sticky. I got it cleaned up at home. Overall everything was good. Thanks!

I had a great experience at AutoNation. The salesman Joel Lara was awesome. He was attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful with any and all questions that I had pertaining to the 2021 ford explorer I purchased. If myself, my lady, or any of my friends need a new and or used vehicle I would definitely send them to Joel with the confidence that he would take care of them as well. 5 stars for Joel Lara and all his hard work-

0/5 stars. I leased a Jeep through AutoNation, and after a very dangerous mechanical failure, I had it towed to this location because it was the closest. Apparently they re privately owned, so maybe this doesn t apply to all locations, but this one lied to me about what was wrong with my car to avoid having to fix it under the factory warranty. At this point I m out thousands of dollars and 2 months without my vehicle. According to all of the mechanics who have looked at it now (aside from this dealership), this issue should have been covered under warranty. I suppose this review is doing them a favor if they can avoid taking care of a customer post sale. Their service advisor Breanna was extremely rude and seemed very bothered my concerns. I don t usually leave bad reviews, but after several emails requesting a review, here you go. Top worst experiences I ve had with a business. Done with Jeep, definitely done with AutoNation.

Service advisor-Travis. Great! Kept me informed on everything. Technician didn't mention his name in the video but was great and sent a video of the replacement of the oil and undercarriage. Overall very satisfied with my experience at Autonation Jeep Broadway.

So brought my car in early December of 23 for service and was told it would be a at least a month for some warranty work and my service advisor bre would not keep me informed on what was happening with my vehicle and then lied to me saying the car was ready for pick up I spent $60 on a bus and an Uber to the shop and then was told the mirror switch had not been installed yet the window switch was wrong and the head rest wouldn t be in until late march, I asked for the car back and drove about 3 weeks went to do an oil change and found that they left my airbox disconnected, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this location

Great dealer that stands behind there cars. Drove off the lot and the check engine light came on. They had us bring back the car and they fixed the ignition switch that got wet while they were detailing the engine bay. They always have 5 day 250 mile return on all used cars.

This place was awesome to work with! Brandon is an awesome salesman and very handsome so that s a plus! He was very helpful and not in a way where he was just trying to make a sale. Most of everything was negotiated before I got to the dealership. From when I got there to when I left the process took not more than 2 hours and I love my vehicle! They detailed it and had it ready upon mh arrival! This was the best car buying experience I ve had so far ever!

3/28/24 Took my 2018 Grand Cherokee into AutoNation ChryslerJeep Broadway, Littleton, Co. for an oil change. First time at theirdealership. Excellent service including a brief video of the undercarriage detailing the condition of brakes, tires. etc. Much appreciated the detailed care of their service. I will certainly return for future needs. My technician was Travis. Thanks Travis
