My husband sent an email to the General Manager because we were in disbelief that this happened!Unfortunately, I had the most incredibly disrespectful experience ever at your dealership today. I am still sitting here in disbelief of what occurred. First of all Angel, my sales person was great and I feel really bad that he was put into this situation. I really wanted to buy the Gladiator today from him.My wife and I took the day off of work today to buy a Jeep Gladiator. After weeks of research, we had it narrowed down to two. Yours and one in Colorado Springs. This morning, we drove down to your dealership and my wife drove the truck. We then left to see the one in Colorado Springs. We decided we really liked yours so drove over an hour back to your dealership. I kept in contact with Angel and Carlos throughout the day. While on my way back they informed me that someone else was interested in it so I completed my credit application online to get the process going. When we got back to your dealership we drove the Gladiator again and went into Angel's office to finalize the deal. After running my credit they presented my payment options and during this discussion someone came in and took the keys to the Gladiator off of Angel's desk right in front of us. As Angel was talking to the finance guys about the possibility of getting a lower rate, if I put more money down, I looked outside and noticed the vehicle being taken out with someone else for a test drive! This was absolutely unfathomable to me! We were in the process of just deciding on the rate and if I wanted to put $5k or $7k as a down payment. The deal was basically done. At that point I expressed how disrespectful that was and in no way how a customer should be treated.Again, I was in the process of purchasing this vehicle and someone decided that I wasn't important enough to be treated with enough respect to let the other customers know that the truck was in the process of being purchased! This has never happened to me before. The worst part of it, is that this was the Gladiator I really wanted and though I could have demanded that they bring the truck back from the test drive, as we were were buying it, I decided to walk out. I made it known to the finance guys how disrespectful that was and only Angel walked out with me.I wanted to let you know because it was a great vehicle and maybe the second customers did in fact purchase it. If that is the case, I am sure your leadership team will brush this off like it never happened and you will never know.

Aaron was literally the best! I hate car shopping I don't trust sales people. But he was straight to the point made it fast and east and got me in a car same day. If you need a new car go to him he's wonderful! Thanks Aaron for all your help.

Jarrett Starr is the best! He is very good a explaining issues etc. Sometimes dealerships take advantage of females thinking they don t know anything but he made sure I understood how the process of how a wheel key lock works and since I could not find mine he ordered one for me. Trust me I would not know how or where to order one from. This is the reason why our family buys our vehicles from this dealership. We need more caring humans like him.

This is an outstanding service dept. Sarah and Jarrett both went out of their way to accommodate my needs, and Larry McBride is an unusually attentive and friendly supervisor who lives for excellence. I won t take my Jeep anywhere else.

I bought a certified pre-owned Ram 2500. It started leaking a fluid pretty much right away. I brought it here, which is a different AutoNation than where I purchased it. Sara did a great job communicating with me and pushing everything through under the warranty plan so I didn t have to pay for anything out of pocket. She did a great job reaching out and letting me know any updates. This is the way auto service should work.

Came in for a factory recall for my 2500 Cummins. Waited about 3 minutes and was greeted by Sarah who wrote up the truck. She rushed it over to the tech and the whole update took less than 30 minutes. Much better experience than I've had in the past. Keep Sarah happy, she's a real asset to your service department.

The service department does excellent work. They are very thorough, provide a video of inspection and provide an accurate estimate of the scope and cost of the work. They are a little difficult to get in touch with via the web and the phone, but do not let that discourage you. They will take good care of your vehicle.

Avoid this place at all cost, worst dealership service I ve experienced. This place will try to see how much they can get away with charging you. My jeep has been overheating at lower speeds the last few weeks, I left the car sitting for a week and my dead auxiliary battery had drained my main battery, unable to jump it I got the car towed here where I had already made an appointment for the following day for the overheating issue. Ryan told me it would be $1000 to replace and install both batteries. My main battery is still under warranty with Walmart and I can get an auxiliary battery for $110 elsewhere. I got my own batteries and asked them to just install them for me as I work as a paramedic and just didn t have the time or energy to do it myself on my 48 hour work-week. I then got quoted $450 just to install the batteries and an additional $500 as a diagnostic fee just to figure out why it s overheating. Ryan was extremely condescending to me throughout all my conversations with him. I ended up changing out the batteries myself and drove it to a different auto shop. I was taken advantage of for being a young female.

The service people are friendly. I did upsell myself on a few things. But that wasn t any fault of them. The waiting area is very clean and nice amenities. Overall it s a fine service department. And I usually wait there and get work done.I was between giving this 3-4 stars. Below is the reason why I was considering 3.My only frustration is that while I was there I asked three times (also submitted an online inquiry) for a quote to have some power deployable running boards installed. Seems odd that they would not want this business. So I ll be calling around to other delarships

I dropped my car off for an infotainment unit replacement under warranty. They-Jarrett and Colin- contacted me to let me know the part was in, I made an appointment and dropped the car off. I was told it would take 2 hours, and they finished early. The waiting area had coffee and waters. Lots of space to work or watch TV. This made things very comfortable and allowed me to not just sit, but get a few things done while waiting.I would definitely recommend getting your Dodge fixed at AutoNation Southwest.

We always prefer conducting service for our Jeep at this dealership. They have maintained it well throughout the years, their service is impeccable, the waiting room is large, quite, and comfortable, and they are pretty fast. 5 Stars for sure.

I was drawn in because of a coupon that I was targeted for on Facebook for an oil change. When I was checked in I alerted the specialist of my coupon and he asked me to email it to him no problem. So I did and I got the price. It made it the same price as Bjg O or other oil change places. Normally I would not go to a dealer for an oil change but the deal made it worth it. They were professional and timely. The waiting room was top notch and very comfortable the customer service reps in the waiting room were very nice and informative.

My husband bought a pickup from here about two months ago. Never received the contract he signed, nor the warranty information that hes paying for. Dealership still has yet to send the title work over to the DMV. We have left three voicemails and never get a call back. Absolutely worst experience we have had with a dealership.

I took my car here based on a recall the dealership texted me about. I used their hyperlink to book the service appointment and in the process it showed there would alternate transportation provided. I brought my car in and was the first appointment of the day. I asked about the transportation and everyone looked at me like I had 4 heads. The lady helping me was very kind, but the man in the desk right in front of hers was so rude. Maybe consider the night shift if you're not a morning person bud. The lady helping me asked him a question and he didn't even bother to look up. He just mumbled and grumbled under his breath. Super helpful! I really hope for everyone's sake that he's not the supervisor. So anyway, I had to pay for my own uber to and from work for a RECALL. It's not like it was an oil change of my choice. My car was literally rolling down my freakin driveway! After work, I uber back down to pick Molly(my car) up. I show the lady and another nice young man the screenshot of THEIR site falsely advertising the alternate transportation to which they respond that my appointment was too early for that. Huh? Make it make sense! This entire experience was such a shame. When this same car was in a lease here, the people were the bees knees! They were all so helpful and kind. I don't know where they are now, but I'd pay for an uber to have them service my vehicle. I'll tell ya that much! Friends, don't waste your good mood or uber money on this place!

My car was in shop and I was told I could take the for several days and I did get my car to use until parts arrived which would be 3 to 5 days and I would be contacted, to date no contact so I am led to believe it will be 3 to 5 weeks before this comes in. I don't understand why the part cannot be "cannonballed" from another Jeep Renegade that is is proper working condition and used to address the issue with my car - I am sure my warranty plan would make allowance for "used parts" if they fall within the wear and mileage of my present vehicle. Not a fan right now.

We took our son's Patriot here to have some major repairs made; all seems OK, and our son shared that the Jeep is driving much better. They communicated very well all through the process, from the diagnostics to proposals to repairs. We will use this location again in the future.

Granted this was the weekend before Christmas... had a scheduled oil change which didn't go quite as planned... overall quick (45-60 minute) visit.. 3/4 of the way home i noticed smoke from my engine... pulled off to find oil pumping out of my engine and pouring on the ground... tried calling them multiple times with no luck, so decided I'd risk the drive back.. on the way back, service engine soon light came on as oil pressure continued to drop to almost 0... was given a temporary vehicle to drive for rest of the day.... they did find and fix the problem by the end of the day... (was told could have been human error by over tightening or perhaps they used a bad O ring gasket)..also had cleaned engine and underneath as far as I could see... once I got home, realized my bumper and tailgate/lights had been covered in a fine mist of oil, from the 1st trip home as oil poured from my vehicle going 65mph... spent the next hour + trying to clean up this mess... I realize no one is perfect, and mistakes are made... but seeing my relatively new vehicle go through all this was not what I had imagined the experience to be... asked the technician for a jeep duck (which I saw in their gift shop) for my inconvenience... he responded, " we don't have any of those, but I'll try and get you a free oil change "

I ve only had bad experiences here. The most recent case, I scheduled a service appointment for 60k miles, oil change, and recall fix to get my truck in shape for a road trip. The appointment was three weeks out from when I scheduled and a week or two before my trip. Two days before the appointment, they called to say they won t fix the recall (which I don t think Ram would allow?) and I need to reschedule for just an oil change . I scheduled it that day to avoid missing work and having enough time before my trip, so this is ridiculous. I ll reach out to corporate about the recall because they gave no alternative. The time before I brought my truck in for oil change and to fix an issue with my wiper fluid system. They completely ignored the problem, told me it was fixed, and I tried it in front of them and it hadn t been touched. They at least fixed it that day, but I wasn t happy with the lying about the problem.

The gentlemen I worked with at AutoNation were polite, professional and did not push or influence me into a purchase. I made all the decisions with there support of course but by no means did I feel pressured. Great personalities, great people, helpful finaince agients....would highly recommend.

They serviced my vehicle on time and were very thorough in doing the multi-point inspection. They went over everything that was done and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Autonation Southwest is awesome! I've bought 2 Jeeps from them over the years and their professionalism is top notch. The service team is outstanding! Everytime I bring my Rubicon in for routine maintenance the techs are super friendly and they get it done really fast which is greatly appreciated on my part. I highly reccomend Autonation Southwest!

Did not feel confident in the information given for repair. Cost to diagnose was exorbitant. Dealer did not show a caring attitude and I felt taken advantage of.

The repair work was done correctly but I was disappointed that they could not break down part of the cost of the repair work for an estimate needed for insurance purposes. I will simply take any future insurance work to another facility.
