This is the place to take your vehicle if you re looking for great work and transparent pricing. I didn t have my car worked on, but I needed a bearing hub and bearings pressed into a steering knuckle. I called 5-6 different places, most of whom wanted to charge me several hundred dollars. This place on the other hand gave me one heck of a deal and did it in a day. Additionally, instead of just doing what I asked (being I m less than a novice mechanic), one of the mechanics called me before pressing them together to let me know I was missing a part that needed to be put on the steering knuckle beforehand or I wouldn t be able to get it on after.If ever I need work done I can t do myself, I m being my vehicle here, no question. I highly recommend these guys for any of your automotive needs.

Mike is super knowledgeable and has very fair pricing. He won t sell you on things you don t need and gets the job done quick. I will 100% be coming back for my next repair.

I have taken my car here for years, every car I owned, and have always been utterly pleased with the service. I like to tinker on my cars and often do repairs myself, and the guys at automotive associates have zero issue being there for me when needed.

These guys to good work at reasonable prices. My explorer need cv joints, they were $1000 less than a competitor. They are busy though, appointment Highly recommended.

Took my 06 Grand Cherokee in to have upper and lower control arms installed. They were able to get 3 out of 4 installed and had issues with the bolts being seized on the drivers side. Went to pick up my jeep and Mitch explained what was going on and said to bring it back in a week. A week later I took my jeep back in and they were still unable to get seized bolts out (after soaking bolts for a week with pb blaster) so had to cut and get new bolts.I can honestly say I am very pleased with the work they did and the price was way better than what most shops quoted me. I will definitely be back when I need work done.

Excellent and honest mechanic. I take all my vehicles to Mike. He has never misled me and always takes care of my problem at a reasonable price.. If your looking for a reliable and experienced mechanic, take all your cars to them.

They have done all kinds of repairs on several different cars and trucks I ve had over probably 20 plus years. Used them in Aurora when there were out there. Could have begun around 1994. Do good work and don t charge for things that don t need attention. Honest

The owner is straight forward and honest. I typically do my own maintenance but on occasion don t have the time needed to complete a project. I take my cars here when that happens and they have never failed to get the job done correctly and for a reasonable price. I recently had my auto door latch replaced, other shops wanted to charge diagnostic fees and wouldn t trust me when I had already diagnosed the failure. This shop was able to order the part, replace and also let an auto glass repair happen at the same time the latch was replaced in their shop. Thank you!

Use to be a good place for auto repair but, not anymoreI have brought my car in for the same repair every couple of months and the mechanics can t seem to fix it permanently.They bandaid there repairs then you come back with the same problem and they charge you again because now it s out of warranty.Automotive associates need to fix cars right the first time . And not keep band-aiding the problem instead of fixing it right the first time.I really thought this place was a genuine place to have your car repaired but after all we been threw it s not a genuine place at all.We will not return or recommend automotive associates ever again. I will do my own repair or have a reputable place fix it , Not Automotive associates.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Have had my vehicles serviced there twice. Both experiences Mike has been knowledgeable, up front and honest. Today they repaired a seal on the differential they had replaced several months ago. The seals weren't included in the warranty and I fully expected to pay but when I picked up my vehicle they said "No charge"! They have all my business from here on and I will refer them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I had the best experience with this group! So friendly, helpful, quick, and thorough! My car runs just as well at 129,000 miles as it did at 60,000. Mitch was able to help me on the phone and follow up every step of the way. Not only did they go the extra mile and double check everything, but it was so much more affordable than the other shops that gave me quotes. I will recommend this place for sure!

Looking for an honest mechanic? You found the right shop!I'm picky. I rarely write reviews unless I feel very strongly about something. Mike is VERY honest! He really wants to do his best for his customers. He will take good care of you and charge you a reasonable price! I can't imagine every going anywhere else!

Had a bad experience both times I brought my vehicle here. They did a bad install on a cv joint and now the cv went bad. Not to mention they took 4 days to get a 3 hour job done. They told me my vehicle would be done at a certain time and I ended up waiting 2 hours for them to finish. Right when I left the shop my car was squealing from the cv making contact on knuckle. They looked at it, did a temp fix, and told me everything was fine. Called them back a week later because it still didn't feel right. They told me if the cv was defective, it wasn't on their end because I personally bought and brought cv joint to save money. I usually don't make a fuss, but felt swindled. Been driving on a bad CV for awhile now and I finally took it into another shop and they told me the joint had too much play and that's why it went bad so fast.

They have repaired my truck twice. Dependable, quality work. Charge $125/hour. Parking lot is always full of vehicles.

They have Awesome customer service. They're not getting nickel-and-dime you to death, like those those commercialized mechanic shops. One day I went to Brakes Plus and they told me I had $2,000 worth of repairs that need to be done on my car. I'm so glad I went and got a second opinion Automotive associates they told me was a $20 sensor that was throwing my car off. There might be a little bit of a wait for them to get your car it's, because they are such a reliable mechanic shop. Honestly it's worth the wait if you don't want to be taken to the cleaners with your car.

This place is wonderful! I ve been going to Mike for years! He is a trust worthy and honest mechanic! He has never ripped me off and has always being 100% honest with me. He never tries to sell me on stuff my car doesn t need! Would 200% recommend this place!

Had appointment, dropped off car the night before as instructed. called at noon next day and they didn't even know my car was there! Didn't look at my car until 4 and said it wouldn't be worked on until the next morning. No thanks. Went to get my keys and 3 guys who clearly worked there chatting up the front desk.. now I see how they spend their time. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

Hidden gem. Great service and a honest crew. Have done great work on both my 4Runner and Subaru Legacy. Anything from engine work to transfer case (lots of small stuff too). Usually pretty packed, so take that into account when you get work done. These guys have helped me so many times I can not recommend enough.

Always professional and very helpful. We take all 4 cars there, and cost is usually $200 when every other place want $800 to $1500. Christian Brothers and Dakota ridge are more like criminals than auto repair.

I took my truck in for running rough. The assistant Jose had it for several weeks (I told them no rush) and he tried a few things new cat, timing etc. and never figured it out. I picked it up $500 later and could barely drive it to the next shop. they had it a couple days and rebuilt the throttle body and it ran like a charm. I'm sure the boss might have done a better job but a chain is only as strong as the weakest link..

I never review anything, ever. But this business has THE best customer service and goes above and beyond to service their clients in THE best way possible. No delays, no over charges, just simple, down-to-it service men. Thanks for the best experience at any auto shop EVER.

I brought my 200 Durango in because the heat wasn t working very well. I expected a bill around 1500 to 1800 dollars. When I picked up my car Dave explained to me that my radiator was cracked and when it got hot the antifreeze was simply escaping as steam, my final bill was just over $600, these guys are honest and extremely concerned about customer satisfaction

We decided to try this place because it had decent reviews. I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment to drop it off Friday. I dropped it off first thing Friday morning. They said they would give me a call that afternoon. Well, come Saturday morning I hadn't heard anything and they were CLOSED all weekend! I had to scramble to find a way to get my husband to work on Sunday and be able to take my kids to school on Monday. My husband has to work 48 hour shifts and I needed a car to put carseats in. I called first thing Monday and they said they were going to try to get to it that day. I said no thank you and went to get my car after getting my kids to school. They were not very apologetic and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me. They couldn't even look me in the eye to apologise. What horrible customer service. I would tell everyone to stay away from this place!
