Jay in the service department has been phenomenal every single time we have visited the dealership for maintenance. We have owned our S5 for about a year (47k miles driven in one year) and we have had maintenance items come up. Jay was always on top of it when we needed repairs. He was diligent and very effective with his communication when following up with the warranty company s and always made sure they took care of the work. If you are looking for a service advisor that truly has your best interest Jay is your man!

Great experience when purchasing my RS 3. I worked with John Costello and Jorge Martinez. Both were helpful during and after the purchasing process. Both went above and beyond! Audi Denver has a great sales team and expert servicing department.

The sales representative, Josh Tuttle went above and beyond to have an Audi Q3 transported to Audi Denver from Audi McDonald so I could test drive the vehicle. Although I ended up purchasing Audi Allroad. Overall vehicle purchase experience was pleasant; they did not try to sell me cars that I wasn t interested in.When I had a question regarding car s title and registration the following week, Josh Tuttle and Marcus Decherd promptly responded to my inquiry.

As an automotive enthusiast I have interacted with many dealers over the years, and I can honestly say the team at Audi Denver is one of the best. Over the course of several years, and with each interaction, the entire team at Audi Denver has treated my family with respect and integrity. This is a dealer that is after long term business, and it shows. I'm happy to recommend Miles on the sales team who recently helped me to purchase an e-tron GT. Miles made the purchase super smooth and created a great experience. I'd be happy to recommend these guys to family/friends.

I had a pre-purchase inspection ordered on a used Suburban that I had test driven and wanted to purchase. The sales team at Audi coordinated a time for the inspection service to come. Then without so much as a call or text, the dealership sold the car out from under me, and let me know after the fact that they had sold the vehicle to an out of state buyer. I was out $250 from the inspection service because the inspector had already been dispatched. Worst of all, I lost out on the car I was ready to purchase.I would have been more understanding if I had been dragging my feet on getting the inspection ordered. However, I got things moving as quickly as possible. I test drove the vehicle on a Wednesday evening, and ordered the inspection early Thursday morning. The inspector was ready to get the inspection done on Thursday morning, but the salesperson delayed the inspection until Friday. Audi then sold the vehicle prior to the inspector arriving.I am super disappointed that I wasn t given the courtesy of seeing if I wanted to somehow secure the vehicle with a deposit while I awaited the results of the inspection.

Thanks goes out to Jasmine for helping us get our new to us 2015 Honda Odyssey. Living in the springs and dealing with these snow storms Jasmine made the process easy. I was impressed with all the items they fixed including new tires, brakes and getting out a bunch of the dents and scratches. Car looks great and we appreciate the help. I took my 2017 Audi in for full service in Sep of last year due to my vehicle sitting ideal for a year and a half while in business travel. I wanted them to check and replace anything that was wrong so my car would be road ready. I was told nothing was wrong with my brakes in the check to then have the breaks to go out on me a couple months later. I rarely drive the car so I shouldn t have had any break issues that were not seen in inspection. I called into the service department to check what could possible be wrong and to see if I could get some type of compensation since I have to now get my breaks fixed but was told it s nothing they could do. All the maintenance on my car was performed at this dealership since I bought my car in 2017.Update from my call with management. I was told to take my car into my local Audi for service and have them call him. If he sees that there was something incorrectly done from my Sep 2023 trip that caused my breaks to malfunction THEN he would seek some kind of compensation. A simple I ll give you 25% coupon to the new dealership would have sufficed. Just to put my car on the service machine is $250 and the labor along from break service is $450. All the money have spent with this location this would have been the least they could do. Just be aware of what you are getting for the money you are spending.

We worked with Jorge Martinez in the sales department who was fantastic throughout the entire process. We could reach out anytime I needed anything. Visiting this dealership was a refreshing experience. When I called the dealer, we spoke with Miles Malsam, who immediately assisted us with confirming that he had my wife s Audi selection in his inventory. He was transparent about pricing, financing options, and the features of each vehicle choice, making it easy for us to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Miles was an expert on the process of purchasing the Audi. Since we had an idea of what we wanted, he facilitated our visit to the dealer, by ensuring that we could complete about 80 percent of the documentation prior to our arrival. He and the financing section actions with our sale was super automated, allowing us to spend good time validating that the SQ7 is what we wanted. I look forward to repeating this action in a few years because Miles and the staff are experts at accommodating customers.

I have had 2 excellent buying experiences at this dealership all due to Jay Whittaker. His focus on customer needs and attention to detail are so refreshing in today's world. Found a car I was interested in online and it happened to be at Audi Denver. I went to check it out in person and was met by Jorge, one of the Audi Salesmen.It was about a three day process to drive the car off the lot as the car was initially in detailing, and I came in the evening before they were closing and had to come back next day.Jorge stayed in healthy and constant contact with me and was always on time with scheduling. All of my questions about the car were answered honestly and in above and beyond fashion.We all know the stress that car buying can bring - Jorge made it easy and wasn't satisfied until I was confident and happy too. Really enjoying my new wheels and glad to now have a salesmen I can refer people to at Audi Denver! Thx Jorge!

I cannot say enough good things about Audi Denver! I had phoned the dealership prior to coming and am so thankful that Tate Schluter answered. Over the phone, I told Tate, what vehicles I was looking at, and he had them pulled up and ready to go. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and valued. Tate was our salesperson, and he is phenomenal! He listened to what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. It was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. The manager John Francis was equally wonderful and kind. Tate personally ensured my car was detailed to my satisfaction and spent extra time with me before I drove off the lot to help me set up my phone and settings. Tate followed up the next day, to ensure that I was enjoying my new car; and sent a handwritten thank you note in the mail. Audi quality speaks for itself. The Audi customer service just puts the experience over the top. Thank you and well done Audi Denver!

Call it serendipitous, but I'd been test driving Hummers for days. We were on our way to another dealership and just happened to go by Audi Denver. My husband pulled in and we were immediately directed to Josh Tuttle, who almost instinctively knew what car to show us. I test drove it and we bought it. It all happened so fast but here's why:The dealership itself is beautifully designed, the showroom is gorgeous, you could literally eat off the garage floor --it's immaculate (and the manager of that department is phenomenal as well). Audi Denver goes above and beyond --catering to their clientele, offering you fair and honest pricing and will thoroughly explain any questions you might have. I imagine I'll have my vehicle for years to come, but I know where to come for my next upgrade. Thank you Josh and staff. I love my car!

I highly recommend steering clear of this place for repairs unless they must go through the dealership (key fob reprogramming).They did a comprehensive check as a courtesy after reprogramming my key to total almost $8k worth of work. I told my trusted mechanic and he laughed. I got it checked out by who has been servicing my car for 3 years and not one single $1100+ fix was necessary.On top of that, $226 for spark plugs?? $126 for an air filter ?? This place has me cracking up.These mechanics at Audi Denver are absolute scam artists. Avoid at all costs.

I tell you what since I've owned my TT. I've only taken it through a couple of shops and every time I take it to this specific dealership Audi of Denver. It's always been a pleasure like these guys cuz I know sometimes I could be idiotic and not know what I'm talking about or sometimes just need a little bit of help and these guys are always there for me. So honestly come visit Jared and the people that work at this great dealers. I promise you won't be disappointed and if you are don't be able to figure it out some way or another

Nothing but bad experiences here.SERVICE DEPTI brought in a car for a flat tire. THEY CHANGED THE WRONG TIRE. I noticed the next day and the service advisor told me, they didn't know which tire had a flat (even though I told him), and the y discovered a different flat tire so they changed it. They claim i had 2 flats. NOT TRUE. They claimed the second flat i was unaware of, had a razor blade lodge int he tire. The tire pressure sensor did not go off, and no way was there a flat razor blade could get into the tire, let alone without me noticing. I asked to see the tire and he said he would send photos. Nothing received. I asked again the next day and he said they can't find it. Total lie and FRAUD at Audi Denver.SALES DEPTI went to buy a car, and was told it was CPO. After driving it and reviewing paperwork, the sales person told me it was used and not CPO. When negotiating price, they said the best they can do is $500 off. I told them I would think about it. I inquired to my sales person about another car and 2 days later he responded that they could also do just $500 off on that one. They also offered me less on my trade-in than any other dealer in town.I said no thanks and am buying at another dealer. Less than a week later, they reduce the price on the car by $3000 after telling me they couldn't go more than $500 off.Either they are incompetent sales people or they didn't want to sell me this car for some other reason. Either way, I'm not buying a car from Audi Denver ever.The only somewhat positive is Audi Denver is not the worst Audi dealership in Colorado.

What a great all around experience. Called in and Miles answered - we were able to find the exact SQ5 match that was in transit. He made the entire process from reserving it to pick up day stress free. Super efficient on pick up day which I greatly appreciate. Audis are great. This dealership is not. After buying several cars from them over the years, and almost always being disappointed in service, we leased a car which was a new experience for us. We were serious about buying the car at lease end and selling it to a nephew, thinking it would be a great deal for him. The salesman told us that it's not worth it, the car has lower value than residual, that it can't be CPO because of an outstanding recall and that it was just going to go to auction. "You buying it makes no sense." We trusted and took his advice. The next day, the car was listed on the Audi Denver webstie, CPO, and for $7K more than the residual we could have paid for it. It appears to have been sold quickly. Call me an idiot. My mistake for trusting. I had just days earlier bought another McDonald car, this time a Volvo. It will be my last. Dealers should have to earn our trust, not just our money.

Working with Miles Keaton-Malsam with Audi Denver has been a master class in customer service. He's kept in touch since our last purchase about a year ago, never pushy just checking in. Finally we were ready for out next Audi and Miles was able to locate what's really been my dream car, and RS6 Avant. What made it really fun is that Miles' level of excitement really matched my own.The whole team at Audi Denver has been great.However, if you're really lucky you'll get to deal with Miles.

Great service at Audi Denver - Rob solved a pretty complex issue.We are from Austin and driving our SQ8 in the Colorado Mountains - when our front instrument panel died. This is a problem because you lose the speedometer, the Engine Temp, Headlight Status and about 50 other bits of info. We did not want to drive 1000 miles back to Austin with these limitations.We tried multiple reboots - and it did not come back to life.I called the Austin dealership - who said it was a known problem but that a replacement part would not be available for about 2 months. Called the Colorado Springs dealership - no answer from Service ( and no call back later ). Called the Denver dealership - got Rob the Service Manager. He figured out that it was a known problem with a known fix - upgraded parts which he could get in about 10 days.He also figured out that the Austin dealership had not performed one of the prepaid services - which was about to expire.So - I drag the SQ8 into the Denver dealership and Rob replaces the Instrument Cluster and the 40K Mile service and I'm out of there in about 6 hours.If I had waited for Austin - we would have had to drive over 1000 miles with no speedometer, etc. And the pre-paid service would have been lost.I'll figure out a way to by my next Audi in Denver.Thanks Rob!

Really disappointed in my most recent experience here. I've purchased 3 cars from Audi Denver but will be looking elsewhere in the future. I purchased a window tint treatment as part of the finance process only to learn that my windows were already tinted. I've been trying for over 2 months to get ahold of the Finance team member (Aaron Weiker), leaving multiple messages, sending multiple emails to no avail. They don't care about you once the ink dries on your purchase agreement.

By far the absolute best customer service we ve ever had at a dealer. Long story short, my vehicle needed a ton of work over many weeks, but our service advisor, Jay, and the entire service department took care of us the whole way through. They definitely set a high bar (pretty sure we won t be going anywhere else after this)! Highly recommend!
