OUTSTANDING shop with exceptional customer service. They are extremely fast, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me out. I rented a 20ft GeoPro camper but my vehicle would not turn on the trailer lights. I had a trip scheduled for the Grand Canyon and it was on the verge of being cancelled. No other shop in the area would give me the time of day and the two Jeep, Ram, Chrysler dealerships that I went to told me that they couldn't see me until August. Mind you this was the end of June. Long story short, they diagnosed the issue in about 30 minutes. They couldn't fix it as my vehicle computer needed to be reflashed from the dealer but atleast they took the time to get me in and out knowing that I was in a bind. I wound up getting the computer flashed later in the day but I would have been dead in the water without the help of All Stars RV.

My motorhome was damaged in a recent hail storm. Took it here to have insurance look it over. Will see what happens from here.Took All Stars a couple of months to get parts and work on my rig. But let me say right up front, they have a LOT of vehicles to work on. They interior of my rig was clean when I gave it to them and it was just as clean when I got it back. The work they did was above excellent, my motor homeis gorgeous. Their charges are honest and I want to stress that. My neighbor took his to a different shop and was charged for labor and supplies for work they didn't do. All Stars RV is family run and my motor home will go to them when ever I need work done.

Is there any reason to go anywhere else when you ve got the best close by? Nope! We had our 07 Dynamax there last year with great results. Extremely honest evaluation and certainly fair charges for the work. So we took it back this year for electrical problems and solar install. Super folks, great communication, honest evaluation again and it all makes for super satisfied customer. We even called with a quick question about water heater that they didn t even work on and they helped with troubleshooting. So we won t take our rig anywhere else. Thanks All Stars ! Call Coulton, you won t be disappointed.

We found a Motorhome online and reached out to Colton. His response time was amazing. He was always quick to answer all of our questions. We drove from out of state to look at it and in the end it wasn't the Motorhome for us. However, it was an absolute pleasure to meet Colton in person. We appreciate his no pressure approach to sales. We highly recommend Colton and All Star RV's.

These folks are great! Stopped in with a weird part that fell to floor while driving through Denver. Looked like some kind of roller.They walked with me to a tech who immediately knew what it was and took the time to show it to me on google and discuss how it works and how it might be fixed even though they knew I had to leave town in the morning. Service like this is rare.

My family and I are full-time RVers who had warranty and insurance issues to fix in January 2023. All Stars RV did a wonderful job communicating and completing our projects in a timely fashion so we could return home to our RV. I want to especially thank Katlynn for her help throughout the process. She provided a calm and professional voice. Our family is forever grateful for All Stars RV and their amazing team.

All Stars has recently performed some warranty work on my class C and my experience was amazing. Colton was great at making sure things went according to plan and getting work approved through the manufacturer. They even went out of there way and put a temporary fix together after the manufacturer sent the wrong part so my family could get on the road for our spring break trip. This place won't let you down, thanks for the great service!

Excellent Experience! We're a mobile pet grooming company and rely on working equipment for our business to operate. When our power went out suddenly we were referred to All Stars RV by a fellow business owner. They were very accommodating and helpful in our time of need. We were back up and running to finish the rest of the day's appointments. This is now our primary go-to RV repair business when we need our grooming vans worked on, and we officially recommend All Stars RV to fellow professionals.

My husband and I have been using All Stars RV to take care of the servicing and the occasional repairs + winterizing our very precious RV for many years and a few months ago we decided that we wanted to sell our RV since we are planning to upgrade and get a bigger rig so we did put it in consignment at All Stars and they sold it for us fairly fast! We love these people because they are honest and extremely knowledgeable! We will be back soon !

I was in a difficult position as someone had broken off the macerator on my van and we had the van sold as soon as I could get a new one installed. I had a new macerator, but was looking at two months to get the van in for repairs.Eric Hagan (service manager) installed a new one in the cold snowy parking lot for me.Thank you Eric! Everyone at All Stars RV was so nice and very helpful.I am definitely going to recommend All Stars RV to the new owners of the van.

Very friendly and nice team in my experience. We returned a Class C Motorhome from El Monte and had some issues with it during our stay. But the team took care of everything very friendly and without any issues and was very cooperative when it came to solving the issues. Keep on going! I will be back!

This was the best experience for RV repair that I ve had in 3 years - by far!! Katlynn in the office was outstanding - communicated, listened to me, got the correct things ordered and scheduled. I can t say enough about what a good job she did. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and completed when promised. Thank you Katlynn, Colton and Eric for a job well done.

Happy with All Star RV. We had taken our 2002 Class A there in October 2020 to get several items looked at. Of course this was the height of Covid and so getting parts was challenging. It took almost another year for those repairs to be completed. But they kept the MH and didn t have to pay for storage. During that time we actually moved out of Colorado. Because they have storage, they were able to get our MH setup for that and a reasonable rate. Once we we ready to head back to CO to get the MH they did a checkout of the coach. Not surprisingly, the batteries were all toast due to being dead for so long. They got those replaced, did a dewinterization and checked out a couple other things. It was there almost 1 1/2 years from when I dropped it off until I was able to pick it up. Colton is great at returning my emails and I feel like they take pride in doing the best they can with repairs. Working on a 20 year old house on wheels isn t easy and I appreciate everything they did while our MH was with them.

Called in today and spoke with the lead mechanic. Been trying to convert my generator into my new camper and been puzzled over the wiring for a few days. He answered all my wiring questions in 2 minutes and knew exactly what I was trying to do and my new camper is rocking with new generator. Thanks guys you are awesome!

I needed some fiberglass body repair, and All Stars RV Repair was recommended by a reputable body shop in Castle Rock. I made an appointment for the body work and requested 2 additional repair items plus generator service when I delivered the coach for repair. I had a hard need-date for a planned trip at the end of June and was assured by Colton that they could meet that date. Note that my, almost universal, experience with RV repair places is they forget you exist once they have your RV. My last two experiences were 12 months and 4 months respectively for simple repairs. Needless to say I appreciated, but did not necessarily agree with Colton s confidence that the unit would be ready. Wrong! They beat their own promise date by a week. Additionally, Colton called me twice to keep me informed about progress. The body work was exceptional. My WIFI amplifier didn t work. They could have told me I needed a new amplifier. Instead, they told me they found a wiring issue and gave me the option of upgrading my now operational unit. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade, but I was given the pertinent information to aid my decision process. I chose to wait. For me, that was a powerful demonstration of their business' integrity. Blown away might be a good descriptive term of my reaction when I reviewed the invoice. I've been RVing for 4 decades and have never before seen as comprehensive invoice as the one provided by All Stars. The pricing was easy to follow and understand. The explanation of service provided was detailed and included a chronology of each repair. I have not seen that before. By the time I picked up the coach, I was definitely far more than a satisfied customer. I was a loyal one as well. All Stars will be my go-to business for all my future RV needs when I am in Colorado. One more thing that I almost neglected to mention: This is a family-owned and operated business. I think you get a personal touch with family-owned businesses. I sure did!UPDATE: I am in AL and needed an engine code checked (a 15 min job that dealers charge an hour of labor for). The local dealer not only wouldn't do the work. I was told to make an appointment for February (6 mo out). Not helpful when you are traveling and have an urgent issue. Comparatively, I used All Stars now four times in the last year and continue to be awed by the quality and timeliness of their work. One should keep in mind that, on any given day, they might have 70 or more RVs in the hopper. Add to that, staffing issues, I think they do a pretty darned good job with turn-around. As customers we should exhibit some patience and kindness. It's been my experience I get the same in return. If you are not happy, I invite you to try somewhere else. You likely will be equally or more dissatisfied.

I will go nowhere else other than All Stars RV. They are great and do what they say they will. Colton and Katlyn are great and understand all the issues. Colton is one who says, "Use your RV. If we have to wait for parts and you want to go on a trip go ahead and we will call when the parts come in." They gave me estimates before they started the work and to my delight they beat every estimate saving me lots. These guys are great.

Great customer service and friendly staff. When a business remembers you by name you know they care. Katlynn is very attentive and customer centric, Colton is extremely knowledgable and approachable and the guys outback are very professional as well. They deserve the 5 stars and the kudos. My awning arm was damaged while getting my air bag recall done. I called around Denver to at least get an idea of what would need to be done. Several places told me I could get an appointment in 2 months; I just wanted a diagnosis. Rob invited me out for a quick look, & ended up replacing the damaged awning arm 2 days later!!! He worked me in for what was a quick fix.While that was fortunate, the real issue is that I found a shop where the idea of customer service actually means something. Rob, the owner, told me that his rule is that an actual human answers his phone. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about this business. My gratitude to Rob, his son Colton, & Eric, the service manager. Not just for the quick fix, but for maintaining an old fashion business modelDavid Gray MD

The service members here are very professional and provided excellent customer service. I was able to get my travel trailer de-winterized. And they fixed a minor electrical issue in addition to patching a few weak spots in the roof caulking while I waited. One of the few places around town that allows you to bring in your trailer for de-winterizing without an appointment. In particular, Eric did a thorough job and made me feel like a valued customer. Additionally, their pricing is reasonable. I am incredibly happy with the service here.

I had an issue with a brand new Lance travel trailer that the original dealer could not resolve and All Stars was able to help me fix the issue and my fridge is now working. Since neither Dometic or Lance stood behind their warrantiesx-even though the coach was under the original 12 month full warranty, I had to pay for the fix myself and they were reasonable on the repair cost. Ronda was great about spending a lot of time trying to get Dometic and Lance to step up, and I appreciate the extra effort.

I ve been an RV owner for over 10 years, and have used 20+ RV maintenance/repair shops in Colorado and other places throughout the USA. Without question, All Stars RV is the best overall service I ve ever experienced. They promptly diagnosed my RV issue, and quickly solved the problem. It truly was incredible how fast they zeroed in on my (electrical) issue. I met 5 of their staff including the owner (Rob), and they were all personable, knowledgeable, and focused on giving me excellent customer service. My only regret is that I wished I found them earlier.

This place has great storage spots for the RVs with enough room between spaces to make it easy to park.Having the ability to work on the coaches at the same place as they are stored is an absolute bonus!They do fine work and the receipt from the work they do is well-organized and descriptive.We are so pleased to have found this business!

Came to buy two new roof vent covers and Eric was very helpful with helping me find the correct ones and on how to reinstall them on a Saturday. Definitely will be returning for any other small items I may need in the future for my camper. Great service keep it up.

This is undoubtedly the best RV service company I ever came across. I started using them recently and they did replace all my batteries but most importantly they fixed a huge issue i had with my refrigerator that had been poorly installed by the manufacturer and poorly replaced by the dealer that sold me the brand new RV and kept on blowing continuously Thermofuses due to ventilation obstruction around the refrigerator casing. All Stars RV has a great staff and they are truly knowledgeable and I will keep on using them when any issue arises and soon I will let them install some solar panels!! While I was waiting to pick up my rig I was chatting with some other customers that were also waiting and they told me that they had been coming to this place for a long time and they have been always happy and very pleased with the service !! I also find the owner Rob to be extremely knowledgeable and professional and knows how to run a successful business! Good Job All Stars RV

I had All Star RV Repair work on my camper recently and could not have been more pleased. Yes, they may not be able to get your RV in immediately but it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT to have professionals that know what they're doing and are HONEST! When I told them what my concerns were, they estimated the cost to be about 2 1/2 hours of labor plus parts. I was fine with that but guess what. It only took them less than an hour and the total bills was only about 1/3 of what they had quoted and I had authorized. THESE FOLKS ROCK.....THANK YOU COLTON and TOM. I will definitely use you again when I need service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE needing a honest and professional Repair Company for the RV's!!!!!Jim Minter

We purchased a custom RV last year. Unfortunately 'Custom' is not a synonym for 'Quality'. To shorten a long story, All Stars was able to diagnose and repair an item that was mangled during our 'build' rendering our rear furnace inoperable. They even apologized for having to charge us $200 for the repair! We live in our new trailer full time and they were able to fit us into their busy schedule without an overnight stay somewhere. When I look for someone to give my hard earned cash to, I look for 'Honesty', 'Integrity', 'Knowledgeable', 'Straight talking' people. FOUND IT!

7 months later....We found our camper after being told repairs were complete with a flat tire because they ran over the chalks. I could swear the dude put a nail in it because I know it didn t have a nail prior then they told us the tires were just too old. The work wasn t done it had to be finished while we waited and it was done sloppy. The people who work there are not able to recognize the frustration in all of this and hardly adept in the area of people skills, trying to avoid responsibility...Then they tell us we should think about selling it and buying a new one. Its a depreciating asset. It s 20 years old but we have done a lot to keep it clean and maintained. we just put almost 3k in to it having them do some maintence. We won t be back and I won t recommend them. We had to head right to Parker RV for new tires and INC Auto was able to put them on the same day! They were awesome.

We had a great experience with Ronda there. We were in need of a part for an RV and called probably 10 different parts counters. Ronda was the only one who offered to find it for me - and she did! Delivered next day and we were able to pick the part up this afternoon.Thanks so much for a pleasant experience!
