Always fast, efficiant and faithful to their promises!!! Price is always as stated (possibly better) in ALL cases. Tim and Cody are very, very good at what they do. Loyd is a blessed man to have such an awesome shop! My brother needed a windshield... fast! It was on my recommendation to use Action for a second time. Ordered it on a Saturday, installed it by Monday. Of course the quoted pricing was clear and exact. He was in at 10am and out by 11am! Thank you Action team!

Extremely fast and quality service. My vehicle wasn't eligible for mobile service because sensor calibration was required. Their lobby had comfortable chairs and fast wifi. They worked directly with my insurance so no payment and/or reimbursement required.

My Experience was Amazing . I came in at 12 and I Left at 12:30 . Took no TIME . I m happy with my window Repair and the Customer Service Cody provided . I will definitely recommend and refer Action Auto Glass to Anyone that is looking for reasonable prices and awesome friendly customer service.

They got me scheduled for a replacement the next day after I submitted my insurance claim. I got a call in the morning that the replacement arrived with a chip but they were able to get a new one in to still get my appointment done by the end of the day. Everyone was very nice and the whole thing took just over an hour, I d highly recommend!

They were amazing. I easily filed an insurance claim for my broken driver's side window. Action called me within a day or two when the glass was in. I got on their schedule a short time later. They finished the job in about half the time they quoted. The waiting area had water, snacks, and wifi, plus it was clean and set up well. I was able to get some work done on my laptop while I waited. Friendly and helpful staff, too! Highly recommend them.

I will not use this service. One of the drivers made a dangerous and unnecessary merge in traffic and nearly hit me. The driver needs to do a better job representing the company on the road.

This shop was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! I love supporting local businesses. And these guys were great. They had my window replaced quickly, and it was easy to schedule. My insurance paid for it, and the whole process was seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was able to use my laptop and get some work done while I waited. They had a few snacks and water for clients, too. I highly recommend them!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are second to none and they go above and beyond for their customers. My total before i came in was $315. They dropped the price to &250 because of a scratch on the windshield they gave me. Best part is is it was a superficial scratch really! Got my windshield replaced. Excellent service. These guys were fast and did their jobs well. The first chip repair was free. Went to them without an appointment on getting as small chip. They got meet in within 10 mins as they had a slot open for no-show. Was all set within 30 mins. They got me in right away due to my Dad getting out of the hospital within the next couple of days and wanted to get his car fixed up for him (broken windshield for over 6 months) amazing staff and Tim is absolutely incredible. Around a year ago someone attempted to steal my vehicle. If it wasn't for the chip in my key - they would have succeeded.This of course lead to a costly replacement of my steering column and new chipped keys. Which in turn left little money to replace the driver side rear window - let alone repair the door frame which the thieves badly bent up to break in.Priorities. Right?I had called several big names in the auto glass industry to be quoted big sums of money. So I put it off. And off. And off....A few weeks ago someone got into my vehicle again (let's be honest, missing a window is close enough to an invitation to these kids)!So I resumed my search for a window. I got the same issue over and over. Big dollars and a week or two wait.As I was about to give up, I decided one last phone call. I called Action Auto Glass. Not only was the conversation pleasant (to be fair, I am a nice guy and often treated well because if that), he knew what he was talking about.If that wasn't good enough, their ask was substantially more reasonable!I pulled the trigger. Great customer service. Respectable price. It was worth a shot.The day has come. My window has been delivered. I arrive just before my appointment. They quickly got my jeep into the bay and started working on it.As I waited, the guy I originally spoke with over the phone is humoring me in idle chatter. But what really stood out was the fact he was just as pleasant and knowledgeable over the phone to multiple callers.Turns out it wasn't just because I'm a nice guy.While there I met the owner - he is a dedicated business owner with a work ethic that rivals my own.I occasionally watched the technicians work. Their skill was obvious by the ease of which they handled the job.I looked over the new window before driving away. They did a great job!All around great experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a glass repair.Next step. Finding someone just as amazing to do body work on the same point of entry.

Discussed our needs with the estimator/scheduler, set an appointment, my wife took time off to get the windshield replaced. Showed up, no record of appointment, employee was rude to her and the person that schedules was no where to be found. Have done business here in the past with great results but directly with the owner. Based on the new staff, we won't again.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had my windshield replaced and 3 hours after I left a rock hit it and it cracked. I called and they helped me out with a chip repair. Lloyd and his crew are super friendly, professional and do great work. I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, the service was fast (less than an hour), they coordinated very effectively with State Farm, and communicated well. I'd go back! I've had a lot of weird experiences with auto shops in the area, this was the best by far.

Had a 6-7 inch crack on my windshield that occurred early on a Tuesday morning.Called Action Auto Glass and spoke to KC after filing an insurance claim through State Farm.He was able to not only look up the information for the parts needed immediately but set up an appointment first thing the next morning to get me taken care of.The team was incredibly kind and welcoming and explained the breakdown of how long it would take to repair, some recommendations of things to do while I was waiting, and even got it done quicker than originally quoted.Two thumbs up for Action Auto Glass!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My husband and I had our rear window broken into overnight and we were worried we would be without a car for a while, but then we found these guys and I can t say enough how thankful we are that we did! Took it in and not even 30 mins later they had it fixed. Super affordable and really nice staff, definitely recommending them and using them in the future!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Update 2022: I went to get a second windshield replaced and the customer service was not very friendly. They claimed they didn't have any paperwork from my insurance company, and the insurance company said they sent it. The friendly staff may have left. Switched to another company no problems at all.Original review:Excellent service, the owner Lloyd was able to get me in and get the right glass installed. Previously tried a national chain which scheduled me and then had the wrong windshield, Action Auto Glass got it right and had great prices.

These people are amazing! I've been coming here for years and they have consistently impressed me every single time. They are friendly and professional and take exactly the time they quote. They charge a fair price for great work. They even transferred my state parks pass to my new windshield! I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service by Lloyd and his guys. It was an easy process to receive a quote for windshield replacement and they fit me in at the end of the day within a few hours of calling. I arrived a few minutes early (before my new glass had even been delivered), but they went ahead and started removing my cracked windshield to speed up the process once it arrived.

Loyd the owner was very professional and cool. What he quoted me was exactly what I paid, o be.I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield. Prices are the lowest in Denver. They had it done in under an half hour but you have to wait another half hour to let it cure. In and out in an hour. It was cool watching them replaced it so fast. Great job Loyd!
