I have rented multiple units with Ace for over 7 years now. Bo the owner is very accommodating and helpful with my storage needs. Lot is well kept, secure, and maintained. I feel comfortable storing my business equipment there. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. And it's 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

Do not use this business. I paid for a year in advance (big mistake). They told me any portion of that advance payment would be refundable. I had to cancel due to change of plans. So I had about 8 months or so left on my account.I informed them that I need to cancel and get a refund for the remaining months. The lady in the office then informed me they don't do refunds, but she will ask her boss, since I paid all that in advance.I totally understand not refunding partial months. That's no problem. But $130/month x 8months = $1040.00 that's at stake.The lady told me to sign the cancellation form, and she would get back to me in a couple days. They decided not to refund me. So I asked if I can still store my trailer there. They said no since I signed the cancellation form, I would need to start over, and pay again.These guys are crooks. And I am planning to take them ti small claims court

Well-run operation. Clean, spacious facility, and the staff was very helpful. Had to coordinate everything over the phone, from 2000 miles away, and it all went off without a hitch!

Was able to rent out a spot here really quick. Marlene was super fun to work with, friendly and professional. The process was pretty simple and so far so good. Nice clear spots and just enough space. Price is very reasonable for what they have to offer, so would recommend.

To whomever this may concern the employees and owner at a storage are the most caring understanding in helping their customers in providing excellent storage and security to those who choose to store their personal belongings at their facility more than I have ever imagined any business could be. I 100% recommend storing your belongings there and from my personal experiences from which I have stored their many many times and still do you will find no other business or company such as Ace storage anywhere else. You can try the rest but they're the best.

Revised- 1 star- they continue to raise prices, and the price of my boat parking just increased from $70 a month to $90 a month, nearly a 30% increase year over year! This is why we are seeing inflation- it s corporate greed! Not a huge fan of this location either because there s no stop light at the intersection and with now 2 lanes of traffic on Santa Fe, it s going to be nearly impossible to pull out. Not to mention you could also get stopped by a train first. Just the motivation I needed to start searching elsewhere.

One review says they cant attest to price, however I just spent 7 hours driving around to locations that claimed they had a spot, only to get there (apparently calling me on my way would be too inconvenient..) and be told they were wrong.So not only did Ace have a spot, but they were completely friendly, very helpful, and the price is extremely competitive. It's actually among the lower end of what I could find quoted today.Just paid them for several weeks in advance, but I dont see why I wont be a customer of theirs for the next several years.

I've used Ace to store my work trailer for two years now. There is plenty of room to maneuver, the gate works well, it doesn't look like a junk yard, and Cindy in the office is very pleasant to work with. That's about all you can ask for. I can't attest to how the price compares with other nearby locations, but it seems reasonable.

We have rented a space from here for the last 6 or 7 yrs. can t remember. Their prices are comparable to other storage areas and it s a pull through. They always reach out if there is a problem...And will give us a heads up. ... hail storm, etc. Secure yard and coded gate allows them to track who goes in and out.

This was a great location for me to store my household goods until I was moved. The trailer was brought right to my house and it was much better than the PODS company to work with. They are locally owned and the staff was so nice to work with. They showed up on time and were very clean. When I was ready to have them come and pick up the trailer they were right there. I lived in a cul-de-sac and the area was very tight to put a large trailer into. The driver was very clean cut and did a great job of getting the trailer right up to my garage. I would recommend ACE Storage to anyone who needed to store anything.

1. The turn off of the main highway has virtually no room for you to fully get safely out of traffic before turning onto a very narrow road and crossing the train tracks (which are immediately adjacent to the main road) I was heading south and making a right hand turn, the only way I can possibly imagine this turn being doable with a large RV or trailer would be to drive a couple of miles down the road, turn around, and turn left heading north. Cars travel pretty fast down this road so it poses a lot of safety concerns. On top of that if there is a train going by, you're going to sit poking out into the highway while waiting 5 minutes for the freight train to pass and people flying by or possibly wrecking into your RV.2. The highway has a speed limit of 55 and most people go 70, so turning out of here (assuming you can even get in) pulling a trailer takes a good 5+ minutes to wait for an opening in traffic to safely pull out, there's no stop light.3. To call the place "modest," would be a stretch. There's junk everywhere and a muddy dirty parking lot with an office in an old run down house. There are places where the fences/gates are sagging or not standing up straight which doesn't exactly scream "high security," even with their claim of a well lit area and security cameras.4. They won't store anything older than a 2000, even if it's in great shape. which is pretty rich considering the shanty they are running their business out of.5. The service is terrible and the staff is rude.

Really convenient location if you live In Roxborough, Sterling Ranch, Ken Karyl, or Littleton. Secure, easy access, and family friendly company.
