I've been looking for an auto shop that I can actually trust for over 15 years. I've been through so many awful experiences with auto shops, even had one leave my radiator cap off which totalled my vehicle, i received no compensation or apology. So im very weary about mechanics. I know John personally and decided to give tri valley a shot after getting a coupon in the mail with his face on it. I was so impressed!!!! I think I finally found a shop I can trust and exclusively bring my car to. They've fixed things that other auto shops couldn't even do. The prices are great. They fixed more than I asked for, and didn't try to sell me any thing I didn't need. As a young woman, this is important to me. Ive had so many men in this industry treat me like crap and try to drain my bank account... NOT HERE!!! They work quick, and they double check their work.Highly highly recommend!!! Worth the drive to Limon!!!!

Great experience here. They call to update needed repairs found during the original scheduled repair. Greatly appreciated the heads up and friendly staff. Glad I took vehicle in for repairs, will be back if more repairs are needed.

They treated me well, car run s perfect now. I thought my shocks were bad but weren t, could have charged me for a new pair. Did the work in a short timeframe, brought in Friday afternoon, picked up Monday afternoon.

I was driving on I-70 passing Limon, CO when my oil light came on. I stopped into Tri Valley minutes before closing time. They were so kind and stayed after hours to help me out. They were courteous and professional (even thought I was THAT annoying person who showed up as they're trying to leave!) I can't thank them enough and HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you!!

Headed from KC to Denver when it hit the fan for our van, charging system went into limp in mode. Stopped at the local Napa who tested out battery ( not being charged) they referred us to Tri Valley. Even though we didn't have an appointment and we're a bit desperate, they graciously worked us in , confirmed that our alternator did fail, and got us back up and running! Great people and extremely competent! Thank you!

These guys have gone above and beyond with both of my cars. They've found every issue big and small, discussed the issues and prices with me and stood behind their service. I won't go anywhere else for my mechanical or maintenance needs!

Oil change good. $70 to diagnosis the headlight issue $30 for another bulb. Yanked my drivers side bulb out and left it in my cup holder. Not returning.

I had a little problem while driving into Limon on the I-70,I found Tri Valley Auto Repair, they got me in and fixed the problem in a Short time. Vehicle has run smooth since.Will definitely return when having issues when back through Limon, Co.Everyone was real helpful and very Professional.

We were traveling and had a small issue but wasn't sure what the problem was and had a dead line to make it home to Missouri...Thank y'all so much for the honesty and being able to help us and get us back on the road .I would highly recommend this shop for anyone needed work done on their vehicles...once again thank y'all for all the help in getting us back on the road.

This shop tried stealing money from me. $1,750 quote for a bad alternator which was a complete lie! It was a bad battery and thank god for Napa Auto down the street, they seem to have a better diagnostic team than Tri Valley. These thieves wouldn t even look me in the eye when I questioned them about the legitimacy behind their quote. STAY FAR AWAY!! They will take advantage of you which is a shame in such a small town. They even told me my van wouldn t make it a few more miles down the road. Well I changed the battery for $150 and drove 1,700 miles to NC that same day. These mechanics are sad and pathetic if they can t diagnose a simple bad battery.

Fixed up my pickup in record time. Extremely nice folks. I was stuck in Limon and they went above and beyond for customer service. Even drove me to my motel. Everything worked out really great. Truck is back to running good!

This is one of those rare shops that not only does good work, but goes above and beyond for their customers. I got trapped on my way to OK from UT in a BMW that needed an entire new coolent system. Supposedly this car (granted I got it for free and knew it had working issues) was ready to go the whole distance according to a shop in UT that was a BMW special shop. Well it did not make it in one shot and I am very grateful that Tri Valley does work on BMW's as I know not everyone does. Considering the amount that needed to be done they were very fast and even took me to a hotel that I need to book and wait for parts that were coming in the next day. I could have easily been trapped there for a week or more but was in and out with only one night. Saved me tons of money and a bunch of time including time in the future as I will not need to replace all that coolent system on my own now.

Found this place so close to home in Limon Colorado and the people there are so friendly and get work done super fast. I ve had an oil change there multiple times and they are done pretty fast. Just recently had an alignment done and they have super good prices and also it only took them a couple hours to complete. I m now having my rear shocks and struts done and they have the best prices around plus really good people to explain any issues you have with your vehicle. Wouldn t want to go anywhere else! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

They were efficient but would not give me an itemized sheet for part cost or labor. Also they drained my ac and wanted 200 to put it back in. That's called theft. They did a great job and are friendly but because I'm out of town I think they are being crooked. Really no itemized sheet and I now have no ac now. Edit!!! They acted right. Took me in and fixed the problem. So that is good!

On our way home from the mountains, hot on i70 at Bennett. Had transmission trouble. Tri Valley got me in to run a diagnostic. Turned out in need a new transmission. My vehicle is under warranty. So we re taking it back were we purchased the vehicle. TriValley is very up front and honest. Too bad I don t live here. I d have them service my vehicles all the time!!

Not so Excellent work on two vehicles.Edited 2/24. Just discovered after nearly a year that the serpentine belt that was replaced without touching base first (I had a replacement behind the seat) was installed incorrectly. The incorrect tracking has led to rubbing on the inside edge and destruction of a belt in less than a year. This is pretty basic stuff. I called at 8:00 to tell them that my battery light had come on in my new pickup after plowing through a mile of 2 and 3 ft deep snow. I told him I needed the car by 3:00 that afternoon and asked if they could check it out. They told me to immediately bring it in and that they would work it into their schedule. The car was done before 2:00. They went over it with a fine-tooth comb. Cleared everything out. Unpacked the snow. It's run fine since then. They are amazing. Reasonable price. Disappointment in a small town shop, to sum up this review. Long story short, I had ball joints replaced, and was quoted a number that seemed a bit high. Labor seemed reasonable and I got the bill with a bit of shock. Though it was the same as the original quote. I was charged 131.22 for each of the two ball joints with a part number K500063. I went online thinking this price was high and found some very nice lifetime warranty Moog ball joints for 65 a piece at retail. Advance Auto often runs specials for 25% Off which would make them under 50 each. This is a difference of about 160 dollars. I went back in and spoke to John directly, he said that the list price showed 95 and that they should have charged 115 each and he would be happy to credit back 30 dollars. I said no thank you and decided to cut my losses and be sure to spread the word of the shadiness I encountered here in every way I can. Not to mention an additional $101 to tell me I needed spark plugs and wires on a different vehicle. $49 to do a full inspection on one vehicle and 98 to replace both ball joints but yet 101 to look at the wires. Very disappointing when I was expecting an experience more like the small towns I grew up around. Looking for a lifelong shop and will be going back to strasburg for my next visits.

I have used Tri Valley performance since they opened doors. I have continued to use them for all my trucks needs and my wife s car needs. They are well informed and efficient with all our services and repairs. They stand by all their work, and will even help you out on the side of the road. I have sent family members, my company vehicles, and have recommended them time and time again. I have never heard a single bad thing about of them. John will do all that he can to help you out. They have replaced motors, transmissions and done all kinds of service work for me. I cannot recommend the guys down at Tri-Valley enough!!! They ve done a lot of work for us here recently and I don t have a single complaint. Good work, done in good timing without cutting corners or overcharging! They ll work with you from beginning to end and they are good people you can trust.We also help a lot of stranded travelers in the area and they all say the same thing about the work they receive here. There is no better repair shop on the planet! I drive two hours each way for appointments because I can TRUST these rock stars with my little ride. They always do an amazing job and I know when I leave that everything will be properly fixed. The prices are more than fair and they are very detailed and precise. Cannot recommend this place more!
