Check engine light came on in my van while I was driving back to North Carolina and CHRIS diagnosed my issue and sold me a new battery and saved my entire trip. The shop down the road (Tri Valley Performance) quoted me $1,750 for what they said was a shot alternator and van could not be driven. I just want to say thank you Chris from Napa, people like you are why I have faith in humanity! Very professional and knowledgeable guy who took the time to help me get the right fix when he knew it wasn t an alternator problem and that shop was trying to take my money. Well, bought a new battery and my engine light went off and I made it to NC in one straight shot without a single issue. Chris you deserve a raise without a doubt! Always get a second opinion don t trust greedy shops!

I blew out my tire and my spare while heading east on the I70 to Tulsa from Denver, but this little shop in Limon was able to help me out. It was an hour before they closed and they were so nice about helping me out and worked very quickly, getting me back on the road no problem, and the new tire I got worked great! If it wasn't for this shop I would not have been able to make it home in time. I am so grateful for them. Highly recommend!

Had a tire go bad on the Hwy. Get it to Napa in Limon Colorado and the service guy that did the two new tires was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Had me back on the road in less than two hours. Highly recommend. Go to me back on the road safe to Kansas City!!!

We were passing through Limon, CO, on our way to New Mexico. The tire on our camper trailer had a leak around the stem. Even though they were short-staffed, they fixed it right away and had us back on the road quickly. Grateful!

Had a blow out tire on my fifth wheel coming thru limon. NAPA was closing up for christmas but still fixed it promptly. Fantastic customer service.

Driving down the 70, our car started making funny noises. We called NAPA auto parts with next to no notice to see if someone could check it out. Upon arrival David helped us out, he was very professional and thorough, on a test drive we could not hear the sound, and after checking it out we couldn t locate the problem. He pointed out that our break pads were very low though, the cost to replace them was reasonable, I would have replaced them there but they did not have the right parts on hand. David was kind enough to write the part number down for me. Overall these guys were honest, straight forward and helpful. I would recommend stopping in if you have any car issues.

I was traveling and broke down in Lyman on a Saturday and these guys change my tire in 15 minutes when they were about to close. Excellent service and excellent humans. Also was very price efficient.

We were returning home to Hutchinson KS from Colorado and we found we had a flat inside dual at the gas station in Limon. They recommended this shop to me and luckily they got us right in and had it repaired within 30 min. Very friendly and caring group of folks! Can't thank them enough for saving our trip home!

I typically don t like to give reviews unless I mGiving good ones, I never want to hurt someone s business. But customer service is a must for me.I am a person that likes to try and find stuff myself so I don t have to bother anyone. I was looking for a new plastic site cap for my 12k axle trailer. Looked everywhere. Couldn t find one. Went up to the counter - 1 gentleman was helping someone and another 2 was chatting behind the counter. I asked - Do y all happen to sell these here? One gentleman says. Idk. I don t work here, I said oh okay - ur behind the counter so I thought you did. The other one said, I ll be with you in a minute. So I watched the man go to the bathroom, wash his hands, help 2 other people that walked in after me. And after I went to the other guy working - and said can you just tell me if you sell this. Bc I ve been waiting on the other guy to help me but he s helped 2 other people in front of me. He says yes I can. As I m standing there waiting for the person to come back from finding my part. The other guy wouldn t even look at me, didn t even say - he getting you fixed up? Nothing! Might sound petty, I might sound like a Karen. But if you have no good customer skills DON T work in customer service!!!

Highly recommend if you get a chance to support this business to do so, amazing customer service and great prices. We were passing through and needed a couple trailer tires. They had what we needed, got us in and out in record time instead of taking a lunch break so we could get back on the road. Thank you so much for making what could have been a disaster of a trip a great experience.

In our time of need, NAPA was there for us. We had a flat and we're over 4 hours away from home. We called around and NAPA was the only one that had the tire size we needed. Not only did they have the tire, but were able to replace it very efficiently. All at a reasonable cost. Thank you, NAPA and your great team!

They were amazing. We live in Missouri and are on our way home from Colorado Springs. Our tire pressure was going down about 30 miles away from Limon. We get there they were short handed but took the time to get is up and running. We are now on our way home. They are very courteous, friendly and would recommend them always!

Awesome service, knowledgeable and informative technicians, honest, helpful, and friendly staff.I stopped here being used to service in the city so I was pleasantly surprised to find friendly staff that took time to explain issues and solutions at dare I say half price of my home. They could have up sold me or gouged me several times but steered me into cost, and time effective solutions that were better for the situation.Great to know there are shops that still care about the customer I just wish I lived closer.I encourage everyone to take your dollars here. They most definitely deserve it.Thank you for your great work.

I came to this location due to my check engine light coming on only 1 hour into my 10 hour road trip. The associate that helped me was so nice, he explained the error codes as well as gave me print outs of all the information I needed. I left a little flustered since my daughter had started crying and I wasn t sure what steps I was going to take for repairs but I was so grateful for all of his help and kind assuring words to my daughter. I m not sure if I said thank you but THANK YOU. Keep being awesome.

Going to my daughters wedding and got aSimple message that my turn light was out. Pulled into drive asked if they had the bulb and if I could borrow a torx driver to replace it. They said we can replace it for you. Did it in less than 10 minutes. When I asked how much they were like $3.96. The cost of the bulb. I know it wasn t a bid deal but the way they handled it was super. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am just thoroughly impressed with how quick they answered my questions and got me in. I was on my way from Denver to Wichita for a couple funerals when my tire went flat. I searched and called them and they were like, "come on in." I had my cat with me too. This place is amazing. They replaced my tire in record time! If I didn't live an hour and a half from Limon, I would switch to this place from the place I have gone forever. I am just thoroughly grateful and impressed and am able to make my first funeral which is one of the things I was worried about. Thank you guys.

While traveling on I 70 to Denver we encountered a light on our truck on a Saturday. We just received excellent customer service from Matt who assured us it was just a sensor light, That did not require immediate attention. I wanted to give him a tip but he wouldn t accept it from me and sent us on our way wishing us safe travels I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the customer service thank you so much.

Not the best prices for most parts, but typically if they don't have what you need in stock, they can get whatever you happen to need reasonably quickly. Chris Witt (owner) is a very knowledgeable and friendly business man with a pleasant manor and it's very hard to find a nicer guy in automotive parts supply than him, in my experience dealing with auto parts stores anywhere I've been in the United states people like him are very rare which makes doing business at this location very pleasant regardless of having or not having the best prices, as sometimes it's worth paying a little more for quality of service. Although I haven't always had the same experience with everyone at this location.. if I have a need for any technically advanced help I would prefer dealing with Chris Witt 100% of the time at this location. I would trust his depth of knowledge for almost any application a person would likely ever encounter for mechanical purposes. As he has never given me personally a single word of bad or incorrect information (which is also somewhat rare dealing with auto parts stores in my experience) he is very helpful and has never steered me in the wrong direction.. Including when I'm ordering parts that don't cross-reference directly to the specific vehicle application I'm ordering for which is unfortunately sometimes necessary due to parts not always being catalogued individually in the Napa auto parts computer system for reasons I would assume to be due to at some level, intentionally not being listed in their computer system at the corporate level to up-sell complete assemblies for a much higher price than the core components alone in many cases..

I had a nail in my tire and was in between home and my destination. I was helped within 1.5 hours. (From phone call to finish) This was on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. My only complaint is that the building itself had no air circulation. The weather outside was 100 degrees. Everyone was professional.

The NICEST people work here. We had a tire blow on the freeway. I called ahead to see if they had a tire that would fit my SUV. They pulled the tire before we got there and we were back on the road within 45 minutes. Great prices too! Thank you!!!! You guys rock.
