The people are really nice. That being said I found that they adopt the typical mechanic stigmatism to its fullest. I brought my car in to get some new wheels installed. They said it would be a two and a half hour job. 3 hours went by and they were closed. So the next day I called them and asked if my car was done. They said they couldn't fit the wheels. All good I don't really care about that. I do care that they told me they would text or call me when it was done. They did not so I ended up waiting a lot longer than I should have. They also recommended I get an engine degrease to find an oil leak and replace my brake pads because they were very low. I got the engine degrease and went home. I was quoted just under 900 dollars to get the brake pads replaced. When I got home I checked my brake pads and they were pretty much brand new. Then there's the fact that brake pads only cost about 30 dollars. They charge you for problems that don't exist and charge way more than they should. I won't be visiting again and I would advise you go somewhere else to get your car repaired. Update. I went and confronted them about trying to rip me off of my money. This time the guy at the counter said it was going to be about 600 dollars. He also said that it would be important for me to get them changed asap. When I told him I checked them myself he kept trying to explain how they measured my pads at 4mm which isn't what they were at. Absolutely terrible shop. They'll try to sell anything they can to you.

Highly recommend this place! I especially appreciate Tony who remembers my name and is very friendly and helpful! Tony explained all of my options in a very clear way and made sure I was getting the best deal possible for my oil change and tire rotation. They did an inspection also and recommend some additional service items but I didn t feel any sales pressure from Tony he just laid out the facts and let me make my own decision. They are also very transparent on their pricing.Location is easy to get to and making an appointment is also easy. The option for a ride home was a nice touch but it wasn t needed as they have a very comfortable waiting room. I d recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Kevin, Chase, Christian, and John got my jeep in and out tonight in just a couple hours and helped me identify some other issues and concerns that I ve had without me even having to ask about them! Highly recommend. They also offer financing if the work you needed was unexpected and you re in a jam to fix your car! Really convenient! They also offer you a free ride if you need to drop your car off for the day and have somewhere else to be!!!Editing to add I brought my car back the following morning to take care of some of the issues that was addressed yesterday (oil leak, brakes, etc), and was offered a complimentary oil change by the GM Christian. Will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you guys for taking care of me and my new-to-me jeep!Quick turn around on getting your car done, might be a little pricey but the speed, quality of work and level of customer service will keep me coming back.

Where to start. I previously purchased the platinum oil change package. I dropped my car off this morning for my oil change, as normal, and asked to have my tires rotated as I always do when I get the oil changed. I have now used 4 of my 5 changes (3 on this car specifically). I received a call from the advisor to discuss the preventative maintenance inspection results and his recommendations. He advised that I needed two new tires and my brake pads were at 4mm and 5mm respectively. I explained that I just changed the pads 6 months ago, and I question his findings. He put me on hold and then advised that he was looking at the wrong worksheet and that my pads were actually just fine. I then get a call advising my vehicle was ready for pick up. As I walk by my vehicle in the parking lot, I notice that the tires were actually not rotated. Inside, I advised the advisor of this and he assured me they were rotated. I showed him the markings that prove he was mistaken. He went inside and spoke with the team member that worked on my car. Apparently they did not rotate the tires because they advised two of the tires needed replacing and I guess rotating them as I requested wasn't best practice (or some other reason that wasn't clear). Would have been nice if they mentioned that on the call and asked how I wanted to proceed. After pickup, I then took my vehicle to Discount Tire, where I purchased the tires two years prior (Jan 2022). They advised that based on their measurements, my tires have never been rotated. So for the previous oil changes in which I was told that the rotations occurred, apparently did not occur per Discount Tire and their measurements. To top it off, the oil change reminder sticker in the corner of my windshield tells me to change my full synthetic oil in 3,500 miles, even though we all know full synthetic oil lasts for upwards of 5,000-7,500 miles and the invoice states that the oil filter is warranted up to 5,000 miles. Maybe this is all explainable and I am an idiot, but it just didn't make me warm and fuzzy.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICALBought their pack of oil changes that is supposed to include tire rotations as well. Even though I requested the tire rotation it was NEVER done. Ended up having new tires eventually get worn down on one side. Service street just shrugs their shoulders and says "our paperwork shows they were rotated".With the last oil change I had in the pack, I requested the tire to be rotated 4 different times, 1. on the phone as I set up the appointment (they said they would), 2. when I dropped the car off (they confirmed they would), 3. when they called to say the service was completed (they said it was rotated), and 4. when I picked up the car (they confirmed the tired had been rotated). The tire AGAIN were NOT rotated. Gave an excuse that "the tread on the back tires was better to keep them there for better traction" So, but their logic, the tire should NEVER be rotated.Employees didn't care at all, all of them avoiding contact.

I will never use this place. I pulled in because my skid plate was hanging down. They offered to help me, he returned with a lot of things that were wrong with my car. He said my Back brakes were out and that I needed a new coolant tank because it was cracked. They propped up the skid plate, and I drove away with an appointment scheduled for a few days later. Over the weekend I took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion Surprise, the new estimate from the new mechanic was $700 cheaper. As I m pulling away from the new mechanic, my skid plate falls down. One of the things that was wrong with my car according to them was my coolant Reservoir. I checked it out with the mechanic, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it . There was a lot of add-ons expenses That made absolutely no sense.There are other mechanics out there, who will do it for cheaper, and the price Wasn t even the problem, It s the fact that they lied and tried to charge $660 for half of the brakes. That s an insane amount of moneyIf the car needs it, then there s nothing that can be said but You should be honest with people It s not nice to lie, also, we all have Google now, it s pretty easy to figure out when someone is lying.

Stopping to get your oil changed (even with an appointment) can often be inconvenient & time consuming. You may never know what you ll get from the employees. The guys at Service Street were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I trust the service here. I will definitely be a repeat customer. They have a great members program you can join. They were able to get to my vehicle quickly and get me back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend making this your one stop auto shop & trusting Service Street with your business.

This place is a scam! They didn't fix my battery issue. They quoted my friend for an insane amount of work and money. And her issue didn't work either. Service Street fixed my daughter's car and it also didn't work. I could tell you like three different stories. This place is a scam! I'll never go here and I'll always tell anybody I know that it's a scam!

Amazing customer service! They were extremely helpful for a pre inspection service and clearly explained what I needed to be aware of. My knowledge of cars isn t the best and they made me feel really comfortable with the next steps in my car buying process!

I get oil changes done here. Good value and good service. Best with a coupon, which I forgot and had to pay full price. Last time I was in, they gave a coupon to another customer in the same situation. Didn t offer that to me.Don t like the upsell stuff, but understand the necessity somewhat. Last time I was advised that my new car needed brakes, so I took it to the dealer and was told it didn t. This time it was new tires. Whatever. The oil change seems to be fine and that s why I was here. No leaks.I don t think I ll return though. There s something really important about trust. Watching all the upsell going on with myself and every other customer really undermines a great experience.

Awesome staff. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Life decided to kick me in the gut and my jeep was there for around 3 months in total. If anyone in Highlands ranch area needs work done definitely go to them.

The shop has performed an all-wheel alignment on our Audi Q5. I was pleased to get in at the last minute before the New Year. Although the price quoted over the phone ended up little higher as the car needed camber adjustment at the back, I received a significant discount to bring the total price down. I wish customers were informed about what is not included in the all-wheel alignment for their car before turning the vehicle in but other than that, I liked the service. Thank you Kevin!

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Service Street in Highlands Ranch. I feel like we always get honest suggestions for the work needed for our cars (we bring 4 of them to SS!), what needs to be done and what can wait. The quality of the work is great, we have not had any follow up issues that would require us to return the cars for the work that was done (we have had this issue with other shops). Christian is amazing, he is super communicative, and really works with us to make the best decisions regarding our cars. They also have a great experienced mechanic on staff that has clearly has been doing this a while and knows a lot. We have been taking our cars to SS for about 2 years now and have been very happy with the quality of the services, and the great customer service. I highly recommend Service Street in Highlands Ranch!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

These guys are awesome! I brought in a used car to have it evaluated before the purchase, and man were they thorough. It ended up being a solid car, but they found a few easily overlooked issues whose repair would ve cost around $1300 dollars. I brought their report back to the dealer and the dealer agreed to take care of those repairs at no cost.The rate for this service was very reasonable, and it feels amazing to have been able to know exactly the quality of car I was buying.Thank you!

I was hesitant to take my car in to an actual shop because I ve always been taken advantage of but this place, they communicated with me constantly! They re honest and efficient with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I highly recommend!

First off, you get $10 off to leave a 5 star review so understand their overall rating is extremely fabricated If you want a real sense of how they operate, read all of the 1 star reviews.I wouldn t trust these guys for anything more than an oil change and even that is a roll of the dice.If you re willing to roll the dice on an oil change, please understand they will do their best to sell you on some type of other repair that you don t need.When they do, take your vehicle to a quality mechanic and make sure those repairs are necessary.*Anytime they have tried to upsell me on something and I double checked with a more reputable mechanic, it s turned out those repairs haven t been needed. Can t imagine after using these guys for a couple years, how much unnecessary work was performed.DO YOUR RESEARCH, READ THE TRUE REVIEWS AND GO TO AN HONEST MECHANIC BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!

Fair Shop. Fully Staffed. Supported by three or four Certified Master Mechanics. They answer their own calls, take time (efficiently & effectively) to talk with you; hear you out, document your issues and make every effort to turn your repair around, back to you, as soon as possible. Saturday service which helped us! Ours was an older model BMW x5 with an electrical issue requiring a replacement of both alternator and battery and the required reprogramming, $$. Offered other services; maybe needed, but they were flexible and respectful. The repair is warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles. That s unheard of in my world. The Highlands Ranch Service Street location has taken care of me very well over the past year and a half. I went to them with my high mileage SUV and they did a full inspection and told me what I needed to do. I didn't have the money at the time to complete all repairs but I was able to wait a few months and do them little by little. They didn't judge me based on that and were always happy when I came in. I also had an issue with a replacement work they performed and had a part fail (no fault of their own), and they took my car in on a VERY BUSY Saturday and yet they still fit me in and took care of the problem. They will always get my business no matter what. Very friendly and easy going, however they did end up keeping my truck overnight when that wasn t the plan and then after telling me it d be done by noon the next day it wasn t ready for pick up until 5pm. Which made me go without a ride for a whole night and day when he told me it d be a drop off and pick up while I waited if I wanted.On top of that and the expensive total he forgot to put on my veterans discount and said he d get me next time but I ll already be getting my discount then too so I am basically robbed a couple hundreds!I ll see if their work lasts and if they stick to their warranty!!

I am a Mechanic who has never left a review before but this place needs to be avoided at all cost. This place forgot to even snug down my lug nuts and my wheel was hitting my brakes when I got new tires. On a different day I went in for a alignment on my corvette because it was the only place open late enough and they didn t do the alignment because my tires where too low however I was missing about 1/8 tank and my engine was almost overheated when I picked my car up 2 hours later, if I had to guess they went on a joy ride instead of a test drive. They are more of a hang out spot for the employees then a Business.

I purchased five-punch oil change / tire rotation cards for my kids. At face value, it would seem to be a good deal, but they told my daughter that her Honda CRV required full synthetic oil (not true), and pressured her to agree to using five punches for two oil changes. On an earlier visit, they told her she needed spark plugs, transmission fluid and differential fluid, even though that had been done at the dealer seven months earlier. They said they had the Car Fax pulled up, and it wasn t listed. I haven t verified that, but it seems unlikely. On another visit, they upcharged for additional quarts of oil, but should have notified us in advance. Also, twice they said they couldn t rotate the tires, which was supposed to be included with the punch card service, because the tires had wheel locks on them and we didn t have a key, but this also wasn t true. The lugs simply have six spline nuts, for which any tire change shop should have a socket. On another visit, they recommended a brake job for $988, which we got done elsewhere for $450. Buyer beware.
