You understood our working hours and you did your magic to make this dream happen. You even got our windows tinted before showing up to sign for the finance! The sales manager James Ayres was very helpful with the add -ons and information on warranties, GAP and maintenance options. Thank you to all the staff for the easy process and transition to making new memories with our new toy 2024 Nissan Frontier. We highly recommend this dealer for a great experience.

A great car buying experience. I initially went to another dealer and felt like I was being raked over the coals. I went to Larry H. Miller and the experience was exponentially better. The sales folks are knowledgeable and the management team is sincere. Seems like a rarity that dealerships want to actively try and sell you a vehicle these days Larry H Miller was more than happy to work with my situation and made sure that I was leaving happy. Definitely would recommend and will happily refer friends and family to them in the future

The best buying experience that I've had buying a car, start to finish. The salespeople I worked with, Jeff and Jeannine found me the perfect car for my budget, and Todd in the finance office got me setup with as good of an interest rate as one can get in this environment. The whole experience was smooth, with no shady sales tactics. Will definitely come back for my next truck!

My husband and I visited on Saturday and were blown away by the customer service and overall experience. They found me the best deal and I walked away with a brand new Nissan Rogue. We showed up at the end of the day, yes we were those people lol, but at no point did they try to rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. Renaldo and Todd were amazing and I would highly recommend getting your next vehicle from them!!

I needed recall work done on my pathfinder. What a great experience! Easy to make appointment. I was treated like a paying customer. Lovely waiting room. Excellent customer service provided by Autumn. She retrieved my coat from my car when it started snowing. My car proved difficult to do necessary replacement ABS work. She walked me thru the entire process. Autumn even offered me a ride back to the dealership. She advised me of a tire special they are offering. She was quick to respond to my numerous text questions about the tires. Autumn is excellent. I highly recommend Larry Miller for service repairs. Be sure and ask for Autumn.

After having an incident while visiting Colorado the first week of February, I took my 2021 Nissan Rogue to the Larry H Miller Nissan dealership at Highlands Ranch. Autumn Williamson was the service advisor who was taking charge of my vehicle. She did an awesome job of keeping me informed about what was going on during the evaluation and estimate process. We authorized her to order the parts and start the work. We had to get a rental car to return home to the Kansas City area. Autumn informed us when the parts arrived and let us know when the work was completed so that we could make arrangements to return to pick up our vehicle. While they had the vehicle, they completed a recall repair on my car. When I got there to pick up my car, Autumn went over everything that they had been done. I was very happy with the service and the work that they did.

After a wasted Saturday at Woodmen Nissan where we only got the run around, we popped over to this location where they got us in and out in two hours and locked in 3.9% for me on the Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition! The whole team was great. Ask for Jeff in sales!

Well, it s never a fun day when you learn your tire has a nail in the side wall, unpatchable. Matt, the GM, and Samantha, in service, scrambled to help me find a tire in Boulder. Then sent a driver there and got me back on the road safely, after I was driving with only 10% PSI

Jim Lopez has been our go to auto sales person for several years. He is always honest and not pushy. He goes above and beyond constantly to find what we are looking for and then makes sure the process is quick and easy. He will continue to be our go to car guy as long as we reside in Colorado. New truck time! Went in for my 3rd Frontier, but first time at this dealership. Spent a good deal of time with Tara Welch (Highly Recommended) who did an amazing job of listening and getting all the ducks in a row and making it seamless. Absolutely zero complaints thus far and they have earned our business in the future for the next truck.

I wanted to wait to write this review until I finally paid off my vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. If you are going to read any review, please let us be this one as I have had many experiences with dealerships, but THIS dealership, STEER CLEAR OF.I m going to try and make a long story short, but this dealership is extremely unprofessional. I went in there asking for an opinion, as I understood I stood in a bad spot with my vehicle, but for the salesman to LITERALLY tell me that I should voluntarily repossess my car so I can get a new one, and proceed to show me other cars on the lot for his benefit and his own commission??? Anyways, this salesman was Dusty, who was just unprofessional with his unbuttoned shirt, showing his chest hair, and nothing less than 1 giant gold pump chain. Awesome.Went back an additional time to try and get a senior salesman, or the sales manager I had spoken with about the previous situation (he was very pleasant, and really tried to help, but in all didn t actually do anything about the situation). I wanted just an estimate on what my car would trade for, we SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SALESMAN NOT TO RUN OUR CREDIT. We prefaced by telling him that we are not committing to purchasing a car today, and let him know that we ONLY want to get an idea of what our options are. Anyways he ran our credit upwards of 30 times to 30 different banks. This happened about 2 years ago, and my husband and I STILL are getting backlash on our credit from this. We BOTH dropped over 100 points on our credit because of this neglectful salesman.UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLECTFUL, AND HORRIBLE. Avoid this dealership because I had to learn the hard way personally. I wanted to warn others of the experience I have had with not only Nissan, but this dealership in Highlands Ranch specifically.

I recently purchased a vehicle from LHM Nissan and Tara was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for at the price point I set. Misty is the best service advisor I have ever had. She knows my priorities of service and respects and understands what actually needs attention ASAP. It is refreshing to finally deal with someone who understands your budget, but wants you to be safe. Very caring and always, always a pleasure to be recognized! Excellent customer service!

Wonderful experience with Jim Lopez last night while purchasing our new car. He was very helpful, VERY patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products Nissan offers. He listened to all of our needs and features we wanted. He then helped us sift through all the options that met that criteria and narrowed it down to 2 that fit the bill. We test drove both cars and he showed us the great features we didn t know we had available in them. After we decided which one we wanted, he introduced us to the parts and service staff for when the car needs maintenance or repairs. He explained the benefits of using Nissan approved mechanics and parts to keep our new car in tip top shape for a long time. Overall a 10 star experience but this will only let me give 5 stars unfortunately. Highly recommend seeing Jim Lopez and his team at Nissan, you won t be disappointed.

This review pertains to the service department only. I made an appointment for my first service, 5000 miles. They quickly provided me with a date three days from when I called. The appointment was on a Saturday at 1 pm. When I arrived, the service liaison was very nice and immediately apologized that it would take around 3 hours to complete. She then returned around the 1.5-hour mark and said they were looking at more like 5 hours. You can see the garage from the waiting area. For the entire 3 hours, I was there, I didn't see a single technician working any vehicle in the bays. I didn't notice a single car move into or out of the bays, so I'm wondering where the work was being performed. When it comes down to buying a car, the only thing that matters from a dealership perspective is the level of service you get once you own said car. I wouldn't suggest buying from Larry Miller. 5+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable.

I received a call on January 1st from this dealership saying my new 2024 Nissan Leaf S was ready for me to pick up. Although this dealership is in Highlands Ranch and I live 23.miles away in Aurora, I went with them because they are the only authorized Costco dealership in the metro area. The COSTCO membership discount is $500.Only when I arrived, and not when they called me, was I told they had prepped the wrong car, that service wasn't open that day and I would have to come back the next day. The sales manager told me that they are supposed to make sure the vehicle is ready before calling the customer and this wasn't the first time this happened.They were terrible at returning phone calls and at communicating with their customers and co-workers. My sales rep .was going to get me a video to watch discussing the features of the car. He left me sitting for an hour before coming back without me video. He then did a rush job on showing me how to operate the vehicle and disappeared again. I spoke with the general manager and the sales manager. They gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience. I am going to inform Costco of the poor customer service I received from this dealership to see if they can't find another Nissan dealership that is willing to work with Costco.

Had a fantastic experience here!Bought a Nissan from a different dealership last year that didn t have a service center. Needed repairs on my 2019 Armada. Paying for repairs is already painful enough. But, they went above and beyond to minimize my stress. From the calls, to the text message updates, the nice service lounge and most important the amazing staff, I was beyond impressed. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here from now on.

We purchased a 2017 Rogue and Altima in 2017. Both on the same day. We Paid both vehicles off in less than a year. Traded the Rogue in for a 2022 model and the dealership refused to give us floor mats for it, wanted to charge us an insane amount for them. Now the Rogue has a problem with the volume control for the radio and Nissan customer affairs has been jerking us around for the past 2 months. The dealership has the part, we even dropped off the Rogue for repairs, they called a couple of hours later stating a mistake was made and it would be corrected the following week. Come get your car. So sorry blah blah blah...Still nothing. We are loyal customers and we feel like we have been treated unfairly.We will NEVER purchase another Nissan, major regrets.
