I lost my old vehicle due to an unfortunate accident and I swear it was tough these past few weeks but on my first visit here Dylan showed me a couple of options and it was way above my price range we kept in touch afterwards and he still showed me vehicles that fitted what I was looking for. Yesterday I went to another dealership and was disappointed with the outcome so I decided to come back here and I must say this 2nd visit was a much more better experience usman and Dylan went above and beyond for me they wanted to make sure I was comfortable on what I was buying to see what s affordable in my budget and also working to see what vehicle is more suitable and also gave me financial advice. So I left with a nice 2020 jeep Cherokee and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Usman and Dylan for the fantastic service and being patient with me and not being one of those other salesman that pressure you. I highly recommend this dealership and those gentlemen they ll get you right in no time! I always have a better experience with enterprise car sales and this was my 2nd time using their services!

I just recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from this dealership and they were amazing. Lanre was my sales consultant and he and his team did everything they could to get me exaclty what I was looking for. I would say Lanre went above and beyond to make this purchase easy and everything move along smoothly. Two years ago, I started using Enterprise. I was having trouble finding a service van. I contacted them and got a salesman by the name of Usman.He took my information and within a day he found me a Chevy express van with 9000 miles on it and I purchased it.I was so pleased with the experience and when I was walking out I noticed a very nice Nissan truck and I purchased it as well. You could say the rest is history. I ve been using them ever since and I think I m up to 15 vehicles now, maybe more .He s always found me everything that I needed.One of the best salesmen I ve ever dealt with.And I can t leave out Lindsay. I believe she s the sales manager, by far the best sales manager I ve ever worked with.

I have to be honest & say, this was the best, fastest, and easiest experience I ever had with purchasing an automobile! Working with Lanre, Rebecca, Devin, and the entire Enterprise team, was a true pleasure! I'm so glad Lanre was persistent enough to reach out, a few times, and assure me that he would make the process easy...HE DID! I can't recommend Lanre enough. Getting financed was quick and painless. I've purchased a lot of cars in my time and this was by far the worst experience. Gilani Usman was the worst. I had an approval 4 days ago that he drug his feet on now the truck I was applying for they sold.He told me twice I'll call you right back and didn't here from him until the next day. Then all of the sudden he wasn't in today and had a co-worker call me to give me the bad news...

I've never considered buying from Enterprise until there was a vehicle that I was interested in. The experience was absolutely great. TJ was the car sales that helped me at Highlands Ranch. I also had an issue with the vehicle when I brought it home and I was able to bring it back and have them service the problem, which was a coding error. It was reseted and I've had no issues since. The sales manager also got involved and suggested they do diagnostic. They really want to make your buying experience with ease and they proved it to me. Thanks.

Talk about regrets!I bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Highlands Ranch, CO on 8/5/2023 for around $18,000. It had 60,000 miles, and currently has 66,000 miles 4 months later. It came with a 12 month, 12,000 mile powertrain warranty that stated engine components are covered. Nissan's manufacturer warranty stopped at 60,000 miles which is probably why they sell at that mileage.The car developed a coolant leak that my wife noticed, we brought it to a qualified Nissan shop in Colorado for diagnostic who report the head gasket is bad and needs to be replaced, but this is an uncommon scenario they do not see often and were surprised as well as some other shops I contacted. Repair estimates are over $2,500 just to start diagnosis. Likely there could be an underlying issue that caused this gasket to go bad inside the engine, poor maintenance or bad treatment.The shop opened a case with Assurant Warranty who covers Enterprises claims, they declined the coverage with no option for dispute. Reason stated was it is not on a parts listed in their warranty, but their warranty includes engine components of which the head gasket is a major component, let alone underlying causes inside the engine. Reached out to Enterprise who said they would get back to me, and a week later they still have not provided any assistance.As of now, I am going to have to spend thousands of dollars to even find out the problem, with no support from Enterprise or Assurant on a new car that hasn't even been driven long enough to require it's first oil change.I regret going to Enterprise so much right now, please avoid this place and their vehicles if you can. Have someone look it over very carefully if you see a car you must have here.

This was my family s 18 th car purchased at Enterprise car sales. Kelly the office manger was very polite and accommodating with our test drives of several cars. She handed us off to a very capable sales rep, Ahmed was extremely helpful with all the on line loan filings and an asset to the great sales team. Great experience all around!!

My wife and I were renting through Enterprise and Usman from the Dealership reached out to us to see if we were in the market for a new car. We were indeed looking and struggling to find a good car and loan that worked for us, so we came into see Usman. He was awesome! He got to know my wife and I, got to know what our needs in a car are, and helped direct us to our new VW Atlas! The loan application process was very quick and easy and Usman was able to get a us a loan within out budget. Its been two weeks now and we absolutely love our new car! Thank you Usman and Enterprise Car Sales!

Purchased one car from them about six months ago. Overall great experience so much so that I went back again just a day ago and purchased a second car for my wife. Sales listened and was a true partner. Everyone else is including Lindsey sales Manger and Devon customer manager and TJ sales were the best. Highly recommend seeing them. Tell them Steven recommended them. I was impressed and I don't say that at all about car sales. You will be impressed as well.

Dealing with Highlands Ranch Enterprise has been hands down the best experience. Lindsay Knox went above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible for me! Their unethical and illegal practices have nearly led to multiple head on collisions. In order to unload their inventory they block a one lane street with their car carrier trucks. On multiple occasions I have personally almost been involved in head on collisions because of this unethical and illegal practice. I can only imagine if they are this unethical with their inventory practices how bad their sales practices would be.
