John and Andrew did an excellent job figuring out what the issues were and fixing them. Their communication throughout the process was timely and clear. I was a loyal customer at a different Big O for 5+ years to come here and I m so happy I did. I feel like I have a solid and dependable car for the next few years now. Thank you John and Andrew!

Justin at Big-O took great care of me on a Sunday afternoon!On a Sunday afternoon I discovered that I had a huge piece of broken chain lodged in my brand new winter tires (Purchased from the dealer, not Big-O). I was surprised when I called Big-O at 3:00 to see if they could squeeze me in to look at the tire and they said come on down we should be able to get you taken care of by 5:00.I was shocked and impressed that the guys repaired my tire for no charge given that I didn't even get the tires from them. I will definitely come back to Big-O for my car-care needs as this is the kind of service that creates life-long customers.Thank you for taking care of me, your professionalism and courtesy was absolutely recognized!

Came in with a tire that had a slow leak. Justin helped me along with his techs. They were able to diagnose the source of the leak as a very fine nail. They patched it with a plug patch and sent me on my way. Friendly service as well as efficient service. My white car interior was clean when I brought it in and was clean when I drove it away. Would recommend their service.

I had some issues at my local Big O, so I made the drive out to this location to get some work done. My original appointment became delayed and I had to reschedule, but Jose the manager took great care of me and put a lot of effort into making sure I was left happy. I really like this location in Greenwood Village, my truck has been taken well care of and they are honest when it comes to giving recommended work. Thanks to everyone that works there.

Amazing service! They squeezed me in on a Sunday due to a screw being stuck in my tire. With upcoming travel for the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldn't wait for the dealership to repair my tire and came here. Dan was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend coming here for any of your tire needs!

Justin at the Greenwood Village location got us in toward the end of the day on a Sunday. The employees here fixed two of the tires on my nephew s car, one which was completely flat and one that had a slow leak. Justin gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take which is very much appreciated! I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the employees at this location. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Great honest service, Dan explained the recommendations very well to me and I know which repairs are urgent and which ones that I might be able to wait on a little longer.The mechanics in the shop were outstanding; the checks they did, was done professionally by checking my fluids PH level instead of speculating or upselling me on services that I don t really need which really showed they only recommended my brake fluid flush which I haven t done for at least 4 years on this car and in the other hand they told me that my coolant fluid is in good condition which makes sense since I replaced my radiator and fluids 3 months ago at another shop

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this BIG O TIRES. Great shop. John in the front did a phenomenal job with transparency and communication and really appreciate his help with getting my Ford Escape fixed up when I found myself in a real pinch. Also appreciate Andrew in the back for his work on my vehicle. Great job to the team at this location on Arapahoe. 11/10!!

I have had several flats repaired there and two oil changes. They have always been polite, efficient and prompt. They take the time to work with you, explain your options and suggest alternatives. They have worked on my camper and 4 cars and I will be coming back!

Stopped in mid afternoon to have a flat fixed. I was in and out within 60 minutes. Victor greeted me and took charge gathering the required information and having my car/tire looked at right away. While waiting, Victor continued to greet and work with new customers as they came in and even offered to drive an older customer home if needed to be home soon. Great customer service all around!!Have been a Big-O customer since the late 1980 s starting in NM and always use them for new tires and services in all of my vehicles since the . We have been customers in Denver since 2010 with all our family vehicles, 4 kids and my wife and I.Big-O has alway done right by us and will continue to have them service our cars until I can no longer drive.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big O Tires and was met with exceptional service, especially from Justin. His expertise and customer service skills were outstanding. He took the time to understand my needs, offered valuable advice. The shop had a great selection, and the pricing was transparent and fair. Justin s efficiency and attention to detail during the installation process were impressive. I was back on the road quickly, noticing an immediate improvement in my vehicle s performance. It s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I highly recommend Big O Tires for their quality products and stellar service, especially from Justin!

They fixed a giant bolt that had gotten wedged in the middle of my tire on the highway. What a pain! I had to wait hours unfortunately and they did forget to give me back my wheel lock before I left, causing me to have to drive all the way back to retrieve it, but, that aside .great customer service and once they got my car back there, it was done in to time and for no charge. I would come back here because they made time for me and I was off on my way without having to buy a whole new tire. Yay!!

Best service ever! Not only speedy on repairing a low tire due a screw embedded in it, but to calm my nerves by staying on my phone (hands free n on speaker) to talk me through the directions to their shop! Jose your staff n you are great! Sincerely, panicked old lady

While driving to work, my left front tire began losing air pressure. I drove straight to Greenwood Village Big O to get it checked. Service advisor John Cordone prioritized my repair and got my car fixed in about an hour. Thanks so much!I had always experienced excellent customer service from Big O, regardless of the location or franchise. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

Great tire repair shop! Jeremy helped get me in and fixed my flat from a screw in just a few hours on a Sunday after church. I made an appointment online, but Jeremy said it was better to call since the system wasnt working. Great service! It was fixed within 3 hours, and I picked it up same day before they closed. Jesus is also coming back soon, so repent, trust, and believe. Will be back to visit again. Thanks Jeremy and Big O!

This place was the best!!! I had a flat and they helped put on a spare. Dan is very kind and considerate taking into account about my tires warranty and financial costs! The staff here were also very understanding and eased my nerves about everything!!!

Dan and the rest of the team were so incredibly helpful and kind. As a girl I know nothing about tires and I was really worried about the repair but the team made it so easy for me, and I could not recommend this location or them anymore. I feel so lucky to have been taken care of by such great staff.

I have my car for three weeks and drive it on I 25 and get a screw in my back tire. Big O was able to get it fixed at the very end of the day when they had a ton of customers in here at 5:30 PM and they were closing at 6 PM. What a relief, thank you very much to the team of big O customer service is amazing and the manager is a very attentive and I would highly recommend! Grateful!!

Sunday morning my 4runner had a flat tire. When I called around most shops were closed or they didn t have any openings until later in the week. When I called Big O Tires I spoke to Justin and he told me to come as soon as I could. He was super kind and knowledgeable. The repair was worked on as soon as I showed up and I was out the door in about an hour. They also explained to me that I had a previous repair on the same spot and that whoever did the work before did it incorrectly(discount tire).I trust these guys and my overall experience was great! Thank you!

Went in for just an oil change and left with car alignment problems. It took over four hours for them to finish when I requested just an oil change and set an appointment. I requested for the tires to not be rotated. I noticed right after I left about the alignment issue and went back to make them aware of drifting and they said they will change the tires back around. Noticed alignment problems again on my way home. When I called again a main suggestion was to just "buy two new tires" even though my tires were fine before coming in. Will definitely never come back here. Came in for just an oil change and left with actual problems with the best suggestion to be to spend more money on tires when tires were never a issue before coming in.The next day I went to the Big O Tires in Centennial, Co and was told I didn t need new tires at all. But was told I have other problems that the Greenwood Village location didn t bring up at all. It is hard to trust a business when the different locations gives you different suggestions that costs over $1,000 - $2,000 and you don t even know if the employees are being correct or honest. I wish I would have never got an oil change here because then I would not have these random problems that were not going on until dropping my car off here.

I brought my car in with a suspected air leak in one of the tires. Apparently there was a small tack in it, but Big-O took care of it, no problem. Great customer service from Justin, couldn t have asked for a better first experience at Big-O.

There has been a change in front desk people and it s obvious. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. I left missing a lug nut, two damaged rims, and was told (after they stripped the key lug nut) to take my car to the dealer for the tire rotation. At this point I m not sure if they actually did the oil change!

I want to add to this post. Second time here at Big O and it was as great as the first (see below). Danand his team did a great job and took my car in right away, got it fixed fast and my daughter and I could go on about our day. Dan even gave her a pink balloon just for fun. Thank you Dan and thank you Big O. First Jeremy Dusho the assistant manager was awesome. He not only took great care of me, but I saw him doing a great job of running the show and taking care of all the other customers. So I went out to my garage and my Thing had a flat. That darn Thing! I put on the spare and took that Thing over to Jeremy and Big O. Jeremy came out and said what is that Thing, and I said exactly. We then had a small Abbott and Costello who's on first moment and then he took the tire in and said he would call me when done. Short time later I took that Thing back to him and we were all set. Great place and even better service. My Thing thanks you for great customer service, and says get your mind out of the gutter.

Blew a dime sized hole in the original tires from a construction bolt that lodged into the factory tires. Brought it in last November, Justin took care of us . they convinced me to pick up the big o tires all terrain that includes that warranty. Very glad I did, because a nail just stuck in the new tires. Anyway, they got me in and, with my wife being in the hospital with my newborn, John made sure to get a guy right on the tire patch which was covered with the tires. I'm deciding to pay the extra for the 3 year alignment service, unlimited, $172. Why WOULDN'T you do this?These guys have been wonderful and I'll continue to come here because the they are polite, and responsive. Even if I'm not getting the best "deal", this place takes care of it's customers.Thanks guys!

Chris was awesome, and was really honest about tire prices (I have a Subaru so when one goes down, they all do). The location is perfect, since I work right around the corner. Easy to drop it off and walk back over later for pick up.I came in for a tire repair because I ran over a nail at some point. Chris called me shortly after drop off and told me that unfortunately it was pretty bad that he couldn t patch it. But gave me options and told me if I got their tires it would work out in the long run. Just incase I decided to off-road in a construction site. He made me feel reassured to get their tires - so I did. Not only do they look good. But, I feel balanced and don t have to worry about driving!Let me give you some backstory: A week ago I took my car to two different Grease monkeys because I noticed that my sensor kept going off and I felt lopsided while driving. Still no change and my tire looked worse and deflated!So I scheduled an appointment last night and was able to get in first thing in the morning before work! (So stress free)Everyone at this location is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nice!10/10 recommend! Thank you Chris!
