Trash! They don't honor appointments, this morning I was told they couldn't service my car because they were having gravel delivered later in the day. The new office girl, Georgia (they/them) seems to be more concerned about their pronouns than making sure appointments are being kept. Wear a mask if you do enter, you're likely to catch a gleek from the gaps in reality and teeth! BEWARE! I was quoted $500 for an oxygen sensor replacement and told it would take a week to fix once they got the part in and this is after my third appointment to have the work done! This is a sad fall from grace for this business. I ended up going to 'The Wrench' right up the road and they did top tier work, what used to be available here...Save yourself the time and headache. Take your business to some straight shooters and time conscious people, anywhere but here will suffice!!!

This place used to be the best in town, but it's changed ownership or at least management. Rude, unprofessional and disingenuous turnaround the last 2 years. Bob used to run it right, Georgia runs it into the ground, just like cars they work on! It happened to mine, don't let it happen to you...

Worst service ever. New Ownership has taken over Just Bobs. They told me the work was done and ready to be picked up. They used J.B. Weld to fix handles they broke. They also broke the base to the junction fuse box. After confronting them, one mechanic agreed that the other mechanic used J.B. Weld but it was out of his hand. They did not follow instructions and did repairs not needed and charged me nearly $900.00. The new owner, Oscar Puga, refused to take responsibility and doesn t respond to calls or texts. I still have a truck that is not working and it s in worse shape then when it went in. They refused to give me a full refund. Just Bobs was my mechanic shop for at least 15 years. I will not take my vehicles back to them. The new owner has no integrity and no respect for customers. I ve never given a negative review on anyone, especially when things were made right. It s unfortunate that they have forced my hand. Next step is the better business bureau and then small claims court. All I wanted was a refund. I will remove my post if they give me a full refund.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
