The staff is friendly but the guidelines and ethics they follow are ridiculous. I was charged two inspection fees for them to tell me both times that something different was wrong. The first time was inner tie rods need to be replaced which is fine I understand them charging to do that but the second time they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to simply tighten the inner tie rods so the car could be aligned properly. Long story short I wasted $53 in inspection fees and I took my car to brakes plus where I got everything done for $102 (tightening and alignment) those same two services would have cost double if not triple at Firestone. They could ve shown some quality customer service by simply tightening the tie rods for the same $30 that brakes plus charged to do it. Now my car is aligned and the headache of driving back and forth is over, but no thanks to Firestone.

I am willing to give a two star rating because we got a very good set of WinterGrip tires for our 05 Mazda Tribute i.If you want to get ripped off, then this is the place to go. My daughter took her car in a few weeks ago after the timing belt said, "No. Uh-uh." My wife and I authorized the timing belt and the water pump to be replaced. They supposedly did those two items and went ahead replaced a valve cover gasket with no more than 20k on it without getting authorization.Before the service on July 21, 2023 the engine had zero codes, new spark plugs, new ignition coils, new spark plug wires, and the slightly used gasket.You can see in the photos some of the issues caused as a result of the service.Needless to say we are going to have to replace the gasket, the plugs, the coils, the wires, and probably have Mazda check over the timing belt and water pump.Oil soaked gasket because of excess RTVOff set of valve cover gasket and timing belt coverRTV bleeding into spark plug 3 after a rework attemptSep 23, 2023: We will see how today goes since they said they would look over it for nothing, but since my daughter is involved I am sure that was a lie to get more funds from her.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked an online appointment and brought my Jeep in on a Sunday evening to get the brakes looked at. When my husband arrived, they didn't have my appointment booked. He waited for several hours for them to call and say it would be $800 for new brakes, and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day because they had to order parts. Next day we get a call that it won't be ready for another day because they ordered the wrong parts, and also they got the price wrong, it will be $1100. Next day, I call to get an update (we are on day 3 of the car being in the shop for brakes). Someone said they would call me back. They did not call me back. I had to call again. They said they ordered the wrong parts AGAIN and that it will not be ready until the next day. Day 4. I finally get a call that my car is ready. Husband shows up, pays $1100, gets in the car and it won't start because they somehow killed the battery, a month-old battery. So they had to jump my car for him to be able to leave.

$120 for an oil change. The bill said the oil they used was $90, but if you look it up that oil is only $40. I wanted my tires rotated only if they show uneven wear and look like they need it. They told me no, they will not assess that. Either I want them rotated today or not at all. They really tried pushing a bunch of other upsells too. Felt like a place that likes to scam people.

Rob was great! My alternator went out and I lost power steering on the highway. I was lucky enough to be close to the Firestone in Greeley. The team there was kind and had friendly conversation while letting me know they would diagnose what the issue was and give me a call as soon as they figured it out. They had a handful of customers in front of me in the cue cans they still were able to diagnose the issue and call me within 45 minutes of me dropping the car off. They were honest with me with the evaluation and after I agreed to the repairs they let me know they would call me when they were finished. Only one hour later they called me to let me know the repairs were complete and I could come pick my car up. They did an amazing job and I will now be using this location for all of my mechanic needs! Thank you Rob and Firestone Greeley team!

I have to say that my experience was amazing. Trent who was the first person I saw walking into Firestone. He was professional, kind , knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. He gave me 3 different options for tires to choose from. Easy to understand. Now I have new tires on my car. I had a spare on when I went in. I have kiddos. It s amazing how the little things make you happy. I now feel confident and safe to drive my kids around with new tires and alignment. Thank you.

I love coming to this place for my car. I ve had nothing but good experiences with employees and my service. Today was one of those where they were short staffed still took me and attitude was great and service was good. I had taken my car on Friday for oil change and it started leaking yesterday. They got me in today and made it right knowing they were short staffed. I will be back. I was very happy and satisfied.

I set up an appointment for 11 am to do a vehicle inspection and to do my lifetime alignment. I dropped it off at 8:15 am and told them I would need it by 5pm since I don't live around the area, but work in Greeley. I did not get a call about it being done or being delayed. Called at 5:10 pm asking if it was completed, was not AND it took 15 min just to check on the status of my car when I called. They told me it was "on the rack" but when I got there it was still parked in their lot. When the tech I talked to said he'd go check the status, he took another 10-15 min talking to ppl in the garage. Opened the door real quick to talk to the other gentleman about his car and continued to proceed to go to my car and do what they said they had intended to do. In the end they only did the alignment for me and it took about an hour to get done. I understand they were short handed and that it's the holiday season so they were probably busy, but they could have just COMMUNICATED with me and I would have understood. But due to the lace of respect and poor communication I won't be going to this location anymore.

Worst service ever. My car was supposed to be done in 2 days but they had my car for a week with 0 update. I had to keep calling and the reps didn't know anything. The manager is incompetent. He couldn't even call me to resolve my issue after asking for him to call me on multiple occasions. Each time I went to the store to talk to him he will be gone. Trent was amazing he helped me and was very empathetic. He should be the manager. Will take my car elsewhere next time.

It took them a while to get to my car after my appointment was supposed to start, but the job was well done so the wait is okay. I give them 2 stars [it would be lower were the work done poorly] because they overcharge significantly with the cost of parts as well as institute what I suspect are somewhat questionable labor charges. I looked up what they paid for the parts [that were brought over from a local auto parts store, so no shipping or storage] and what they charged me, and they have a 50% markup to me over what they pay, and that s assuming they don t have a discount. If they do have a corporate discount, which most national companies do, you are looking at closer to a 100-125% markup on prices. That feels unethical to me, especially since the way they place on bill it appears to be true cost, which it s not. True cost for the parts I had work done on [without a supplier discount] was about $450 when buying directly from the local supplier they got them from at MSRP from the store with a discount it s probably more like $300. They charged me $700+. I get a modest markup for the cost of doing business, but this is ridiculous and you aren t told about the true cost of parts until the work is done. Additionally I discovered after that they charge you by the hour regardless of how long the job takes, something I wasn t aware of. So for instance the job they did for me took less than 90 minutes based off phone records between approval and confirmation that it was done, but they still charged me 2 full hours. I asked about this and if it was standard practice, and they said it s just what the computer does and they couldn t do anything about it. The guy up front said sometimes it benefits you if the job takes longer, but it s there more to incentivize mechanics and techs to work quick. So not really a benefit. I dunno but when you charge $150+ an hour, feels unethical to place that extra $75 on a customer for work that isn t being done in the time you were billed for. Just all around these practices don t seem right and realistically add about 25-35% more than you should pay over somebody who was more fair in the pricing structure. I ll be sticking to a local mechanic moving forward and encourage others to do so too as these pricing practices are unethical at best.

The Centerplace Firestone has an amazing team and gives fantastic service. They offer excellent value for quality service. I've been going to them for a few years now and will keep using them for my autocare needs. Excellent customer service combined with quick work!

I had a stripped lug nut wheel and the techs had a hard time taking off my wheels for a tire install. They managed to find the part to take off the wheels and have it delivered to the shop pretty quick. Good experience!

Same as the other reviews....Service is good when they get to your car on time! Made an appointment for 9 a.m. The general manger called me twice the night before confirming the time with me. I dropped it off at 7 a.m. and went to pick it up at 2:30. Still not ready.....Apologies but no actions being taken for better service. Shame on me for giving them a third chance!

Hardly a 5-Star Service. Turned the car in at 7:30 AM. Needed a new battery. Called at 11:30, was told that the car was next up in the port and it will take 30 min. I was promised that the car would be finished by 12:15; as I was in the middle of traveling and needed to continue on my journey. The only technician working was some young kid who did not know how to change the battery on my vehicle. Came back at 1 since I hadn t heard anything back. Car still hadn t been touched. Finally serviced and paid out at 3pm. Screwed up my whole travel plan.Do not come here. You ll be charged a premium rate for a messy job and a delays as far as the eye can see.

This Location doesn't want to honor the Road Hazard warranty on my set of Firestone tires I bought! The Counter man wants to push back a service order to 4-5 days out on a simple tire rotation! I have a slow leak in a tire and they don't seem to see the importance of this Customer needing to have my Firestone tires checked out ! The older guy posted up at the service counter is discouraging a Firestone Family member to apply my Product Warranty!

TRENT gets 5 stars. Smart mouthed, sarcastic ROB gets minus stars. If you're a guy, it's one thing. If you're a 78 year old woman, it's another. Your rudeness and disrespectful remarks ROB, is the reason I won't be returning to Firestone. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Wish I could give no stars. Had an appointment that I made over a week ago. Standing in line the person ahead is a walk in. They wanted two tires and an alignment. She was told to come back in a few hours and it would be ready. I get up there and get told I need to leave my vehicle all day and they "might" get to it. Called all around to other places and everyone is booked up and I leave out of state in 2 days.

Wow! What horrible service and it took over 4 hours for an oil change. The manager was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They overcharged us as well by over 30%. The manager insulted us personally.I was using this store exclusively for my other vehicles and can assure you that I will never use Firestone again.

I ve tried Firestone Tires on my own during two separate occasions. The first time I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I was told it was an appointment request and that I would receive a follow up email. I didn t receive the email in my inbox, spam, or any other email box. I thought it was myself being stupid. Then I went again a week ago for a flat tire. I got off work late and it was the closest tire shop. I asked them if they could take a look at it or get it fixed on short notice and they said I would have to leave it over night and that they probably couldn t get to it in time before they closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere, anywhere but Firestone. Les Schwab has been my mom s go to place for all of her tire needs and she s never had any issues.

Made an appointment, get there and then they say we can t get you in. I called Christian brothers right after and they got me in right away and did a great job! Don t waste your time with Firestone and go somewhere that actually cares about there customers!

If I could give no stars I would. Took my truck here for an alignment... yet the techs were not confident enough to do my alignment after he waited over an hr for them to do the service? When i made the appointment i told him why i needed one he said ya well take care of you!! If they are not confident enough to do an alignment why even offer alignments or agree to do the alignment after suspensionmods? Apparently the mechanic here are not good beware of any work you have done here. I'd recommend to go literally anywhere else for car mechanics.
