They fixed my car! Excellent communication, customer service, efficiency, and prices! This place does good work. Stephen was so helpful and honest about fixing the exhaust smell in my car. I have wasted so much money previously at other dealerships that couldn t fix the issue. This was a fraction of the cost I was quoted at other places and my car came back repaired and running smooth. Thank you so much!

Have used Golden Auto Clinic for years now. Always great to work with, do a good job, honest. We have some classic vehicles that require hunting for parts and they have been able to help. A 1998 dodge ram 2500 diesel truck we own has after market mods on suspension and engine. One of the mods interfered with the parking brake but they were able to engineer one for us. Great shop. Great people.

I live few blocks from the Golden Auto Clinic and have been looking to find a local shop to trust with regular service. I took my vehicle here to change the oil, replace my tires and diagnose a knocking noise in my vehicle. The oil and tire change went smoothly and I was charged a fair price. The mechanic could not replicate my knocking noise and suggested I bring the car back another time to continue diagnosis. I brought my car back 2 weeks later, only to not have the knocking noise diagnosed. After working with the mechanic for a bit, we determined that it was likely the bushing in my control arm. Then we looked up an estimated completion time which was rather high, so I was told this was a repair I could put off for a while longer. While I was a little frustrated it took two visits to get a guess about the knocking noise was, I absolutely appreciated the honesty of the mechanic and them taking the time with me to diagnose the issue. I will likely replace the control arm myself but I will certainly come back for future maintenance. I appreciate the honesty above all else.

These people are wonderful! They changed my motor and did the most fantastic job. I could not be happier; I'll go to these guys forever! Matter of fact, I'm going back to them next week for a different vehicle!

I was a little nervous to call an auto shop as we live in MN and our son, who needed the work on his car, lives in Golden. We fixed his car as a gift to him. But since we weren t there, I was concerned that we could be taken advantage of. I was wholly wrong! Golden Auto Clinic did everything I asked in a timely manner and honestly undercharged me. I probably shouldn t say that but it sure felt like they did! Now our son can drive his car home to MN and we aren t nervous about it. Thank you Golden Auto Clinic- for not only doing a great job but being integrous about it as well!!! You re a community treasure!

Randy, Mike and Stephen are the best! Super reliable and always on time with our maintenance and repair visits. They are very friendly and approachable and they truly are experts in auto care. Golden Auto team has been serving us for 50 years and every experience has been exceptional! I urge you to leave your auto care to this great team!!

I'm not trusting of auto service shops, but in my opinion, Golden Auto Clinic is trustworthy, and that means a lot. They have done great work for us on the things that needed done and have told me I didn't need a new battery and my brakes didn't need changed, when I asked about them. They could have taken advantage to make a sale but didn't. I recommend them highly.

Very happy with Golden Auto Clinic. They checked everything and gave me a quote on the repair and completed it in a timely manner.They were very kind to me giving me a ride to work and picking me up and understanding when I postponed because of the weather.Will use them again.

I had a good repair experience with this shop. They were fair in pricing and discussed the options with me clearly. I like that they answer the phone when you call and completed the alignment work for my 4Runner on time!

I have taken my truck there for years. I only have to call a few days in advance for an oil change; a little further out for a bigger job. Steven always answers the phone; listens to what is needed or is super understanding/knowledgeable when I m trying to explain a strange noise. They almost always get the job done the same day; unless they find something bigger going on. They always look at the engine in terms of safety, pointing out any routine maintenance that s coming due; I appreciate that; It keeps me from being stranded on the side of the road! Very helpful. My headlight in my Land rover needed replacing. The dealership wanted $420. They removed the part for me which allowed me so that I could order from the manufacturer directly. This saved me $350.

I brought my car here for a power steering pump service due to a leak. Not only did they exceed my budget, less than 30 miles down the road my serpentine belt was ripped to shreds by their improper installation of a new pump. This caused me to lose power steering and brakes on the highway with passengers in the car. The manager was a jerk and told me there was no way to prove it was their fault, despite my follow-up warranty service paperwork stating that they installed the pump improperly, causing the belt to fail prematurely. They refused to take any accountability for their screw-up, and I had to go out-of-pocket to fix the damage caused to my vehicle. Would not recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I ve been getting service for my cars here since 2013, as well as my mom and stepdads Jeeps. Recently, every single time our cars were brought in to The Golden Auto Clinic for repairs, a few days later our cars malfunctioned and more work was needed. They purposely screw up your car during major repairs, so you have to come back for more expensive work. Last month, my Jeep needed like 3K of work done and the next day, it wouldn t start. When I called, they pretended like it had to be some other issue that they had nothing to do with. Come on, bro. That s too many coincidences, a term they liked to use often.I can t believe it took us over a decade to realize how unbelievably unprofessional and terrible this clinic is.

Requested that 2 new tires be mounted, BUT the mechanic FORGOT to balance the tires, and we had to bring the Van back in to have this done and was charged an additonal cost of $20
