Great group of people. The techs were able to fix my Volvo's high voltage problem when other techs couldn't seem to figure it out. I'm glad my truck is finally fixed. They have a really beautiful dog there that greets you too, say hi to Charlie

We re owner operators and our truck has broke down a lot lately. This shop is the first one that didn t take a week to fix our truck. They told us how long it would take and what all needed to be done up front. They completed the truck in the estimated time frame. They were friendly and professional, even let us bring our cat inside which is rarely allowed.They allowed a trailer to be dropped in the dirt lot before we arrived causing us to not have to go trailer hunting. Their driver lounge is comfortable with a nice tv and the chairs aren t worn to pieces. Bathrooms are clean. There aren t many snacks, but everything is within walking distance. They also gave us a ride to a hotel when we pulled up around closing time. This will be our go to Volvo service shop due to the amazing service we received. Thank you for fixing our truck guys!

Outstanding customer service I really felt like they were concerned about my situation. Mike the manager and Chris in parts and Steven in service plus the mechanics that worked on my truck are "A" number one in their prospective jobs.

Where do I begin... limped my truck in for some AC repairs. I knew that I had other items that needed to be addressed as I had purchased my used Mack from others that never took care of her. Nextran Mike, and Warren took me in and welcomed me. Ac was repaired and $14,000 was what it was going to take to fix. There went my career. Mike asked if I had a warranty of any kind. I did. But it didn't look like the company would cover the costs. Mike took it upon himself to personally speak with the warrant company. He ended up getting them to cover almost $9000 of the repairs. I passed out! My truck is running great. I owe these great mechanics, and top of the line front end folksy livelihood. I will be coming back. Thanks guys!*Added Info: After the repairs were complete, I drove from Colorado to the Los Angeles Market. By the time I got to CA, I could tell there was something wrong with my tractor. Took it to another shop where they diagnosed that the original repair did take, and would have to be redone. I contacted Mike, and he, again, immediately got involved personally, contacted the powers that be, and without hesitation, took responsibility of the repair, and paid for it.You just don't get business that 'step up' like this. This really proves that they stand behind their work, and will do whats right to make sure of happy customers.I WILL be coming back to this shop. They've earned my trust by just being there.Thanks guys! See you soon.

If you have option of avoiding this place please do so. They hold my truck for 2 days and the manager promissed if I will stay 2 days they will finish it. But after all they only replaced water filter and fixed 2 wires in the axle. for this they charged me 1400$ :) only labor cost of 2 hours cost me 800$, In addition I stayed 2 days at that shop. They just streched the time and those 2 things they did it before closing the store. So sad that these people know that we are the drivers dont have option and no matter what we will stay, Dont abuse please

Called these guys because we had a coolant leak we couldn't find, and a couple of air leaks that needed repaired. They got us right in the shop within an hour of being there. Pressure tested the coolant system and found a Crack in radiator. These guys didn't waste any time repairing the truck. Put new radiator in and fixed the aire leaks in same day. Both Luke and Mike were helpful and kept us informed of what was going on during the day. Less than 10 hours in shop total. I can say driving for 20 years we have our preferred shops in country to try to make it with issues that need repaired. This will be one shop I add to the very few that I hope I am close to in the event of a breakdown.

Takes 3 hrs to get fuel filter changed on mack lease truck paper work problem nobody wants to pay the bill they close at 7 was gonna hold truck hostage I pay lots of cash for lease don't believe I should have to pay for maintenance too 300 dollers for fuel filter change that seems little pricey truck is not there lease it's national lease from Chicago lots of phone calls and stress but finally got p.o. number and truck won't have too go to auction for the bill

Just picked up and paid for my bill at Nextran Truck Center in Fruita, CO. I do not do reviews, usually, but this one I felt consumers need to be warned. I came in and asked them to replace a few parts, plus other work, which I will not discuss because it is not where I am concerned. I told them to replace these two items. They charged an hour, for each item, for diagnostics, to replace parts I just wanted to have replaced. When I discussed it at the cou ter they said we don't just replace parts because the customer asks, would not remove the charge, and $374 later, I am paying for unsolicited services and labor, plus the installation cost of the part I requested. GOUGE, GOUGE, GOUGE.

People are awesome at this place. Had a bad fuel few days ago and my truck was struggling badly up hill. I wanted to do a full service oil change and fuel filters all together. I called in and they were totally booked for the day. Asked them if they can at least help me with the fuel filters replacement. People were really kind and cooperative to say yes, you can come in. Thank you everyone God bless you. Unfortunately, we don t get this kind of service in every Volvo/Mack dealer shop. You made my day guys and helped my driving go smooth to the end of my destination. Five star to anyone I ve met at this location.

Curtis, Jarrett and Joseph were awesome to deal with! Excellent service, job done on time and for a very fair price. They kept me updated throughout the process and were done in less time than originally expected. And this was for a turbo replacement brought in on a Sunday (Mother s Day) and completed the same day!This isn t my first time using this dealership and with continued excellent service like this, they will continue to be a place I know I can trust when I need repairs or maintenance while on the road!

Best Volvo shop we have ever experienced. We got into the shop and diagnosed immediately. Easy fix. Back on the road within an hour. Curtis the service manager was great. We also picked up some parts to take with us. Was nice to actually be able to get parts. Most of the shops we go into do not stock much of anything and has to overnight them in. Reasonable prices. Great service. Highly recommend this place and will be utilizing them ourselves whenever we can.

I took my truck for some repairs recently and was delighted by the friendlyness and the level of knowledge and professionalism of the staff. They were easy to talk to and did not pressure me into getting unnecessary repairs, but instead, they gave me a choice of repair costs. It is a good thing when you actually have a choice rather than having to do things the most expensive way every time. Thanks to Curtis (service manager) I had a good experience with my truck repair.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would.. Best shop experience that I have ever had. The most honest hard-working, trust worthy, solid performance with down home hospitality. You won't find a better shop anywhere. You are greeted as a friend and when you leave you are family. My hats off to this shop and it crew. Amazing work. Thank you so so much. My truck never ran better!

Brett and the guys at this shop are absolutely fantastic. They diagnosed, fixed, and worked overtime to serve us. I would recommend them every day of the week. Thanks to Stephen for stay and ensuring we were safe to travel to our next show.....blessings all

Staff was very professional and helpful. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They get your truck diagnosed as soon as it arrives. They get the repairs done quickly and correctly. If parts need to be ordered, they order them right then. Very friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone needed repairs done on Volvos and Macks. Hotels are very close nearby. Within walking distance. Plenty of places near hotels to get something to eat.

I had an issue programming my fob to my truck and the team here went above and beyond to help with my issue. The service manager, Curtis, was super nice and was quite determined to help. Unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the issue and didn't have the time to dive deeper into the root of the problem, but my information was taken so they can contact me when they found a solution to my problem. Definitely love the determination and drive to get it done. Thank you!!

This dealership should be rated 6 stars!!!The nicest professional people ever worked with in a truck repair shop. Parked overnight on a Friday night for their opening at 7 AM. Got us in and not only knew were doing. If you are going through Grand Junction, Colorado and need something on your Volva or Mack it is worth your time to have it done at this shop.

Only use this place for the service department, so I only have experience with that department. They have always been helpful and get my employers trucks fixed in a timely fashion. Mary in service is very helpful, and friendly. Overall they do a great job.

I came in concerned about the voltage on my truck. The nice lady that answered the phone was very helpful and ask for me to stop by so they can check my truck out. The service manager came out and ran some tests and determined by the test that everything on my truck was fine. It was just me being over paranoid about it. Everything in the shop did look clean, neat and in order. If I ever have trouble with my truck and I'm in the area, I have no problem stopping in and let them them work on it. A very professional group of people.

Curtis has been really good to work with. He always goes out of his way to make sure I'm not down any longer than necessary. The techs are competent and courteous, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Go there! They're awesome!

Had a breakdown in Utah, engine was running hot. Got towed to Fruita and after my experiences with Volvo dealers I didn't expect too much!I was so wrong!They got the truck in the shop first thing in the morning and diagnosed a bad water pump. They got all the needed parts and the truck was repaired the same day, I could leave in the night and made my delivery Friday night in Denver. As I had planned my home time, I was lucky and was home on time.Thank you guys for your great service!If you have problems with your truck, try to get her to Fruita for repairs.Friendly staff, clean shop, nice experience.Need a tow? Call them and they will direct you to another great company!TomEdit: Today was my second visit at this dealer.My coolant tank was leaking since a few days, tried to avoid to go to a Volvo dealer in L.A. and preferred to fill up a few gallon of coolant to make it to Fuita.In and out in less than 1.5 hours!Curtis and your team, you guys rock!

This is just the best in service. They are so easy to work with. We had our truck worked on in Denver at Volvo and had to bring it to these great guys to get the job done correctly. The best place for Volvo trucks to be fixed properly in the state of Colorado.

I ve been driving Volvo s for many years and have had work done on my trucks at this shop many times as well. I have never been disappointed with thier work!! You will get fast, and great service at this dearlership. Whatever your needs may be....small repair, large repair, warranty work or preventative maintenance stop in and see Curtis and the guys at Volvo / Mack Fruita Co you ll be glad you did!! Matter of fact tell them Mike & Dee sent ya!!

My engine was running lousy I was able to get in the shop early they jumped right on fixing it and got my truck running also I had a oil leak fixed. These guys restored my faith in truck dealers. I am an owner operator and they treated me like a real customer. All are very customer oriented and professional. I will use their services in the future. They said they will work on any truck.

I have a great relationship with this dealership - they would bend forward and backward to help. I would highly recommend to anyone to try it out. One - they have extended the service hours and open 7 days a week, two - they have a lot of knowledge about the product and the most important of all is trust. I completely trust them.Noy

We've been taking our truck to this location since 2014.Quick diagnosis; usually withing an hour.They have even worked past their hours to get us back on the road the same day...A couple of months ago we broke down in GA.My first call was to Fruita shop lead. Together we agreed best to be towed.I was able to sign in to Uptime Center; they give updates on the truck and even helped me try to reach to the dealer without any luck!We were towed to Vanguard, GA Forest Park, GA. Our truck was there 2 wks and had not even diagnosed.After the first week trying to reach anyone at the dealer without any answers, I reached out to Fruita management for guidance as it we knew it was a warranty issue.Mike and Curtis immediately assisted us.Our truck was pulled out of that location and towed us to Vanguard Volvo Adairsville, GA were out truck was repaired in ONE day...Tow billed was paid by Volvo.Because of the chaotic (to say the least) situation that arise from the unfair and unjust service we received from dealer at Forest Park, GA, a Rep who handles warranty issues was reached by Fruita management who contacted him by emails and phone calls to inform him of the situation from Volvo at Forest Park, GA.Vanguard at Adairsville, GA is opposite than Volvo Forest Park, GA clean location, friendly staff and quick service!We lost time and money but gained knowledge and respectfully gained an excellent relationship with two great dealers.Thank you Mike and Curtis for your precious time and thank's to all your excellent staff!Out of lemon you made lemonade!!!

One of our Norther Logistics trucks had a brake line that needed fixed in the area. I called Westfall O'Dell Truck Sales and the service manager said that he was able to look at it right away. Not only was our driver brought right into the shop, but the brake line was Fixed at NO COST !! Thank you guys for helping us out. Will do business with them again.

Best service I've had since becoming a driver. Shop was quick and thorough. Manager kept me informed through the whole process and even got me a discount at local hotel. Everyone was very friendly and treated me how customers should be.
