Fantastic service experience from start to finish. The team got my car into the garage right away, and even though it was scheduled as an all day drop they were done in a few hours. I was called and emailed for each step of the glass replacement and the associates couldn t have been nicer!

They replaced the windshield on 2019 Sprinter van - easy online scheduling, fair price, I dropped van off at 8am and they had it ready at 9am, great communication and zero issues after a couple months of use.

Chris and the team go the extra mile. Living up here, I ve been through several windshield replacements and repairs with them and they ve done a great job. They go above and beyond and have always communicated respectfully and thoroughly with me. (Yes, the corporate phone system is a royal pain but the people and shop themselves are fabulous .they have no control over the reservation system Safelite corporate makes people go through so I cannot fault them for that.)

I got my window replaced and now I have to scrape it off inside and out. I called to tell them. They said wait to reschedule to see if it stops, of course it didn t. I called again and schedule a repair. Nobody told me it would be 2 hours! I live in Avon, I would have taken 2 cars.Now the guy says it s my 2023 car causing it, when we never had issues with the old glass.

All 5 stars from me. Staff was super nice and it was probably one of the most efficient transactions I have ever had. Went in for a small chip from a rock on the interstate. Walked in handed them a key and 15 minutes later it was done. Gave me the perfect time to go to the neighboring Walmart and grab a few things aswell. Came back he gave me a key back and everything looks amazing. While still slightly visible the chip basically disappeared. 10/10 all the way guys

I ll start off by saying that I was pleased with the initial service provided. They were punctual. BUT that came at a sacrifice... the next day after getting my vehicle back, I noticed major scratches on the interior trim near my windshield. Even worse, there are major gouges in the metal trim on the dash. Replacing both pieces of trim is estimated to be over $1,500 not including labor. Be warned, if you have a vehicle that you even remotely care about, this may not be the place to take it.

Customer service is non-existent. I made an appointment in person. On line the appointment showed up in a different state. There is no way to contact anyone at the store. If you ask for a customer service on their phone tree it says goodbye and hangs up on you! Good move safelite

Outstanding customer service. Every visit has been positive and awesome. The staff refunded my prepaid repair and made a free insurance claim covered by my policy. I had no idea that was possible. Thanks!

Great! Why? We could select day and time of our choice online and we did. Chris gave us amazing customer service. We did not have to repeat information that we had already inputted in their questionnaire. He was ready with clipboard with our paperwork in hand and we were met, greeted and gave over the keys in less than 5 minutes of arriving. The insurance and Jeep windshield stock we needed were taken care of based on a form we had already filled out online from the comfort of home prior to coming down. We walked to a nearby Starbucks and hung out and less than two hours later our new windshield was expertly installed and we picked up our vehicle. We received text notifications filled with reminders, options and a final one letting us know our vehicle was ready. Chris even took time to call and let us know it was ready to go. To sum it up Chris of Safelite was polite, professional, efficient, skilled and got the job done well and in exceptional time. Thank YouServices: Auto windshield repair, Installation

I arrived a bit early for my appointment. Nice and friendly greeting and then awhile later bam my trucks new windshield is done. That is good considering how busy they was today. I waited for my truck but I think it's better to drop off and pick up later. Although the wait time was not as bad as I thought!

Fantastic experience. Easy scheduling online and great service from start to finish. Benjamin specifically was outstanding. The first day he noticed my windshield had a special part that he didn't have and he got it express ordered and scheduled a quick follow up appointment. Chipped my windshield on the way to work (dime size crack from debris thrown up by a vehicle ahead of me). Got an appointment the same day. Was in and out in < 30 minutes. No line, no wait, no hassle. Thank you guys, well done.

Timothy from Frisco, Co installed my windshield. He provided timely, and above par customer service experience. He was quick in explaining the process, and the "need to knows" as I was at work, so I appreciated him being brief and giving me an invitation to ask questions if needed. They delivered a great product, and I'm very pleased with my windshield and the overall experience. It was so nice that I could schedule my appointment on their website, they sent a follow up email with details about my appointment, their mobile technician Timothy gave me a call beforehand to let me know he was coming... came when he said he would, installed the windshield, took my payment there, and it was done. Easy! Would recommend!

Overall great experience having my windshield replaced at Safelite in Frisco. Staff was very friendly and professional and made sure to verify they had the correct part since my vehicle was misidentified by my insurance company. This was my first time using Safelite and I can say without hesitation that this one of the most pleasant auto service experiences I have had. We worked with Michael, who was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The installation itself was super quick and easy with no inconvenience to my schedule. He came to my office and replaced the windshield in about 90 minutes. Much better than having to go to the dealership. Great job!

I had my windshield repaired here recently. Their team was incredibly friendly, worked very quickly, and did an excellent job. Safelite corporate should recognize how great this location is. I highly recommend them to anyone.

More expensive than other safelites. Be ready to wait several weeks to get an appt too. Personally, I drive down to the Quincy store. Who can wait 2 weeks in the winter? A cracked wind shield becomes a mosaic of breaks over night in the winter up here!

I had the easiest and fastest experience without any speed bumps. Input all my info online including insurance and didn't have to make any calls. Technician called the day of to say what time he will be arriving and when he got there it took about an hour. No paperwork needed, everything was done online and confirmed on email. Smooth sailing all the way!

Curtis and his team go above and beyond to make sure the job is not only done well but that you have a good understanding of what happens to your windshield and why. I highly recommend this location for reasons beyond just excellent customer service but they are also very fast and efficient.

I should have trusted the other negative reviews. Very bad experience here they couldn t get my windshield replaced. I paid $515.00 in advance for my Jeep Grand Cherokee front windshield. I provided the VIN when booking the appointment and double checked the morning of appointment via phone that they had my window at the shop. Drove 49 miles to the shop only to find out they have the wrong windshield. Guy at the counter tried to charge me a cancellation fee and made me wait while he called corporate to get that over ride and got me a full refund. What a waste.

I live in Ga. and I had my sons' windshield replaced, who lives in Co., for Christmas. It was a Cadillac and they did an excellent, timely job. Not only that, they called to prepare him that due to their snow/freezing weather that it might not be possible, completely dependent on the weather and temperature for the adhesive to work properly. But all worked out great, they went to his place of business and they took good care of him/car. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again! Thanks Safelite!

I had a 10am appointment, arrived at 9:45am and planned to sit and wait. I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Not a problem. The staff was incredibly friendly, the place was extremely clean, and whaddya know! I was out of there in 45 minutes with my new windshield. Absolutely great experience. Thanks guys!

The service was outstanding. We had a time block to start with, then he called to narrow down the time of arrival, and called again when he was on his way. He fixed the windshield cleaned up and sent me an email receipt. Very professional. I will use them again. If you need a windshield repair, these are the guys to use!

Had my windshield replaced by them (a previous vehicle) last year so I thought I'd work with them again: NoGo, this time they were unresponsive, would not return my calls, could not find my auto/glass in their computer system.... would not do business with them again. They don't seem like the want to work for their business, happy to focus upon the easy efforts that walk in the door and are standard, simple... Poor customer service.

Our car window was shot out by someone with a BB gun. The phone technician scheduled an appointment for 4 days out and suggested I go into the shop in Frisco and get a wrap on the window. I went to the shop, and Chad and his team were so friendly and helpful! He asked if I could leave the car so they could work it in and get it repaired the next day-before a huge snowstorm came to town. I am very appreciative of the excellent service, and highly recommend the Frisco Safelight location.

Safelite in Frisco,CO is one of the friendliest and willing to gain your business establishments in Frisco. Been going to these guys for ten years now and always they make sure I'm taken care of by getting me in much sooner than later and the gentleman that runs the front office is always very courteous and willing to go out of his way to get you taken care.

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The mobile technician was friendly and professional, arrived on time, and finished before anticipated. Everything seems fine with the new windshield. The technician cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the seats/floor so I offered a tip. I will use Safelite next time I need glass repair.
