First, I have to say how amazing Tony Martinez is! He was our sales representative and stuck with us through the entire process of buying our MB Revel Sprinter Van! His knowledge was next level. My husband and I never felt pressured, which was huge for us. That almost made us want to purchase the van more. Tony s level of communication was fantastic. He was available after hours and accommodated everything that we needed done. We were incredibly impressed with the entire process. After we purchased the van my husband and I got the van owners 101 class from Dakota! Dakota is a third generation mechanic, and his knowledge was exponential! He took his time showed us everything we needed to know, and also did not make us feel ignorant for not knowing certain things about the van. All I can say is it is a breath of fresh air to purchase a recreational vehicle, such as the MB Revel Sprinter Van and have a team behind you that is genuinely interested in you buying what you want and need not just trying to make a quick Buck! Thank you Transwest for a PHENOMENAL experience and an EXTRA SPECIAL thank you to Tony and Dakota, you guys are the amazing!

I had to be towed here from Walsenburg and didn't get here until Monday after 5p.. the crankshaft pulley aka harmonic balancer had become wobbly as well as a coolant leak.. they repaired it by Friday morning and did a fine job on repairs.. I stayed at the Super 8 Hotel down the street..

We have an old 1980 Silver Eagle luxury coach (minty) with a series 92 Detroit Diesel that we use all the time. The Jake Brake never worked well so I decided to finally rebuild it. All parts are no longer available, but they were able to somehow get me the vintage parts I needed. If it wasn t for them I would have never been able to rebuild it (yes I even searched the Internet). They were very professional and helpful. Prices were good too. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

My experience shopping for a new motorhome was excellent with these guys. Tony Martinez was superb, professional and experienced. We ended up at a great price that was hassle free to arrive at.

Had my brakes repaired on my RV . The minute I left I knew they were not right so I called the office. They said that they were new and would brake un on my way home to MD. Well , they didn't so I called again. They offered to have my local Freightliner dealer go over them. Freightliner said they were glazed so they sanded them down. I just had my coach serviced and my brakes inspected. The back brakes were so far out they didn't even work causing the front brakes to do all of the stopping therefore glazing them. Transwest said no matter the situation the repairs done on my coach is not warrantable . Terrible work and management!

One of my 2022 Western Stars broke down at 2am last night in the middle of nowhere Colorado. I knew that even if I called a mobile truck to perform a repair, we likely still wouldn't get fixed because the truck was nowhere near a place that could provide parts.I waited until morning and called in to Transwest in Fountain. Keaton in service was sympathetic to my situation and assured me that if I could get the truck to his shop, he would have a tech assess the problem and provide us with a timeline to repair.Over several hours, my driver limped the truck into Fountain and arrived at Transwest almost exactly at noon. By 2:00 they were bringing the truck in the shop and by 4:30 the truck had been diagnosed, repaired and my driver was back on the road.Thank you to Keaton and the Transwest team for such great service and helping my day end much better than it started.

Fair warning: If you have pets, you will be forced to stay outside and sit on a picnic table without backsupport. And how about a trash can on-site? After Reading the Google reviews I decided to take my truck out of service and go get it worked on somewhere else. Thank you all of you Who leave Google reviews?

I found them on Google when I was looking for a failed part on my Hallmark cargo trailer. They obviously didn't stock parts for that considering they are an RV place but, Mr Patrick Martin spent a lot of time helping me track down the part I needed from a local hallmark dealer. Though I couldn't do business with them, they did everything they possibly could to make sure I got what I needed information-wise. Polite, respectful, and knowledgeable people. If I had the money to drop on a brand new RV, I would definitely come to these folks. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for these folks. Thank you Mr Patrick for your time and help.

I called the store to see if they had a carrier bearing, unfortunately the Daimler website was down, but Steven told me to come on by and he would find the right part. Sure enough he delivered with expert knowledge and timely service. Highly recommend talking to Steven if you re in need of a part.

This place is a joke. Dropped off my M2 there for a speedo not working and a brake/suspension issue. They had it for two weeks and then said they didn't know how to work on it because the engine was swapped out with a 3126...... They had the option to come with a 3126 originally, it's nothing special. Brake issue is still there too....not sure how the engine swapped out effects the brakes clunking. Such a waste of time with complete disregard for the customer. They're either lazy or incompetent. Would not recommend.Response: Why would I need to reach out to him for comments? I'm sure he's perfectly capable of reading my publicly posted comments on here. I mean it's not like you guys are going to try to remedy the situation at all anyways.... it would just be a further waste of my time.

As a semi truck driver who has gone here multiple times now, I have no choice to alert my company to avoid all future business with these guys. They re absolutely *notorious* for not doing work as requested, or only doing a partial/low effort job.And yet, they re more than happy to charge you pretty exorbitant prices for doing the work that they claimed to do.They ve charged us thousands for repairs that either weren t done or they were done so poorly that the problems come right back and have to be repaired elsewhere.I m currently driving a truck that had several issues fixed by them, and yet, I still have almost all of the problems.What s worse, they ve straight up missed or caused other problems in the process of fixing my truck. The last time I picked up the truck from them was two weeks ago. I ve been in other shops 3 times since then fixing related issues.The worst part? I have severe front end vibrations and clunking that they ve claimed to have fixed twice and yet, I m still driving a truck they shakes and clunks like a clumsy dude with Parkinson s.They also cannot troubleshoot to save their lives. Multiple times they ve failed to diagnose problems that other shops have no problems finding. I ve literally had them tell me they can t find a problem after having the truck for multiple days, so I d take the truck to another shop that did find the problem in 10 minutes. Took it back to Transwest and the claimed to fix it and yet . Two weeks later the problem is worse than ever. They gladly charged us over $1,000 to literally loosen leaf spring bolts and hit the springs with the hammer and tighten the bolts .Except . I can t find any physical evidence they even did that.***THIS IS A LAST RESORT SHOP!***

My truck was towed into them on Saturday. They said they couldn't look at it till Tuesday, they looked Monday. All day Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday. Finally at 5 pm, unknown electrical issue, then went home.ended up a simple broken wire, then radiator was broke. Ordered new coolant lines(2) it needs 4. Installed lines after i called them on it. Installed a brand new radiator with a hole in it, never tested it. Pushed it out . My driver made it 42 miles. None of the clamps tight, hoses not tight, and of course the hole. Do not go in here. The response from Joel..... its a joke, i had called him before his response, he basically told me too bad they can't do anything to "make it right" then he post his response. Again avoid the incompetent people here

This place will rip you off. They seem to charge everyone for the entire DPF System. I guess they need to make money to pay for their expensive building. Egr was out on my truck, by six pm they said the dpf one box needs to be replaced. So the bill went from $680 to over $17,000. One employee said that they had over 75 trucks needing a new one box! Imagine that!!! What kind of SCAM are they running here????

Not a bad experience. I will say the service advisor I initially CAME OFF as rude but I'm not sure he intended to be rude. I told him my issue with a company tractor trailer and his response was " You brought it here for that?" 1.i do what the company that owns the truck tells me to do. 2 two separate companies sent roadside mechanics already that morning to figure it out and couldn't. 3. It was 4th of July weekend! I didn't want to be there any more than anyone else. As a former Service Advisor for a GM dealership I understand that people bring stuff in for seemingly stupid reasons however, making the customer wonder if you basically just called them stupid isn't good for business. The other SA was really good though and for that reason you get the 4th star. Also the place was ridiculously clean.

We were on the road headed south for Thanksgiving break when we stopped to get gas and check our pull behind tire pressure and they were super low (40/65). After stopping at FOUR different gas stations and air pumps, NONE of them were working. Thankfully at our last stop outside of fountain, we see the signed for Trasnwest trailer, RV, and truck service centers. The staff at the desk were super helpful in getting our tires aired up, helping trouble shoot, and giving our pup a treat. Also very friendly and kind humans with our very frustrated selves. I m sorry we didn t catch the name of the main person who helped us; she was a life saver. We will be sure to be back with any future trailer needs.

The team worked us in on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Kept our vacation on track by fixing the mistakes of another RV repair shop. Awesome job guys we will remember you the next time we need work done.

I was working with Nathan Clark trying to buy a motor home from this company. He was nothing less than professional. He was friendly and most helpful, making himself available for anything I might need to help with the process. Unfortunately I wasn t able to complete the process, no fault of Transwest or Nathan. If my circumstances were to change I would happily work with them again.

Great shop! I called Service Advisor Keaton from the road yesterday about a fuel leveling problem between Cascadia fuel tanks. He did a really competent job this morning along with the Service Technician getting my truck in and back out in good time. Highly recommended!

Transwest had my semi for 2 weeks & couldn't figure out why it was sputtering when it wasn't being throttled. Finally forced them to call Detroit. Detroit had them run a test that showed it had a bad injector. They couldn't get the injectors in for 14 days. I got them at Lone Star Truck in TX, I got them in 12 hours. Installed them myself. Truck is running great now! Transwest didn't care or have any regard for down time! They are so slow & certainly don't know what they're doing! I will never use them again.

Took my truck for a fan belt issue. Communication was great unlike my previous dealership experiences. Kelly was true to her word, called when she said she would..got my truck on time and happy with my interactions and experience there.. clean drivers lounge.. just a great place to get stranded...five ..

We brought our 2015 Tiffin Allegro Bus here for a repair to the fan clutch (purchased at this location as a new to us coach just a few months ago). After an auspicious start and being told they don t work on warranty items (it wasn t under warranty, but Tiffin agreed to pay for the repair as they knew there were a batch of 2015s with the same issue), I have to commend the service here. There was a delay because of the Labor Day holiday and how busy RVing has been this summer, and therefore all service centers likewise busy, but I can say that given where we live, we would definitely bring our Tiffin back for service and repairs. Stuff happens when you travel and finding the help you need when you are away from home is appreciated (even if it takes a few days or a week to make that happen). So, thanks to everyone at Transwest Truck Trailer RV in Fountain for getting us back on the road (or at least back in our coach since CO had a freak snow storm the day after Labor Day!)

Amazing experience! They install a new radiator for my Freightliner Cascadia on a time matter. Reyes order a radiator from Denver Thursday afternoon, 7 am Friday radiator has arrived. 9 am start working and done before 3 pm same day! Very knowledgeable and friendly service from Savanna and Cassidy from service department. A bit pricey, but they did they job for a 200%. Thank you guys.

We bought a Winnebago from Transwest in Fountain. Everyone we worked with was great! Tony answered all of my questions prior to coming in to see the vehicle. There was no pressure with his sales approach. I felt he was honest in all of his dealings. Bobby in finance was on top of getting a good deal on financing and Dakota came in on his day off to do the walk through at delivery. Thank you everyone for making our purchase stress free.

I need for you to be good. I hesitate to write a critique, but I do really want your company to succeed and feedback is doing my part as part of the consumer community.Brought in my Freightliner RV in Mar for filters, oil and other Level 1 inspections. When the work was done noticed more oil residue than I would have expected around the engine compartment while in the parking lot. No problem, just took a rag and wiped it up to my standard. (I did mention that to the desk manger).However, yesterday I was under the truck and noticed oil drops coming from the oil filter. Examined the filter and oil was leaking at top of filter. I was able to turn the filter another 1/4 turn by hand. Not sure how tight the shop standard is but this was obviously not tight enough.Wanted to bring this up so that it could be addressed with your maintenance crew. I need to have confidence that things are right/tight went I drive off the lot. It would have created a mess if I had been on a trip.

Absolutely the best service we have received on the road. Called when we were about an hour out. Had the parts we needed in-stock. Got us in right away for our repair. Incredibly clean lounge with showers and laundry. Very helpful and welcoming staff!

I just wanted to take the time and give this company a 5 star review for the help we received this Monday. Our truck was under a load and we had 2 drivers waiting to get the truck fixed. After speaking with Cody, he understood our situation and helped us get the truck fixed asap although they were very busy. Thank you!

Customer service excellent, Nick from the parts department, helped my husband Greg who needed a part and air filter for our MototCoach. We called him while we were in Cheyenne Wyoming Nick said he d order the party and have it when we got to the KOA in Fountain. He had it ready pleased with their service.

I cannot Express how truly amazing my experience with transwest was. Chuck in the parts department spent close to an hour on the phone with me prior to my visit trying to find the best options at the best price. Once I was in the store the service manager, Dave, assisted in helping to get us into the hitch that we ultimately wanted. Very kind, helpful, staff that was willing to actually listen to my needs and do what it takes to meet them. I highly recommend transwest and will absolutely be using them in the future.

Brought in truck on Friday, not serviced till Monday. Ordered wrong size radiator 3 times had to bring one down from Denver that was probably there whole time. Their incompetence ruined my holiday plans and I barely made it out before their extended Christmas weekend. Staff was also rude to me the whole time and I was even referred to as Jew.
