Overall we've had a bad experience with them. They close early and don't have weekend appointments. Which means I had to schedule a vacation day from work just to take our car in for an estimate. They called me the day before my appointment saying all their estimators are sick and might not be there tomorrow and they want to reschedule. I already scheduled a vacation day, I can't reschedule. She said she's just going to take photos and they'll have to do the estimate like that. Avoid this place if you care about your car or dont want headaches and excuses.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. We had bad hail damage on my vehicle and made a claim. The process with Crash Champions was smooth from the estimate done in their shop to the end when we picked up the vehicle. They were communicative and did a great job. She looks just like new again! They realized while fixing our SUV that they had caused an additional scratch. They let us know and fixed it for us and gave us a discount on out deductible. I will keep them in mind anytime we or someone we know needs a repair shop!

Suffered front end damage due to a vehicle backing into our Volkswagen. The staff at this location handled the repair process with professionalism and excellence with constant communication and updates along the way! They did an excellent job dealing with the insurance company including rebuilding the claim estimate to account for all the damage required to be repaired. The vehicle itself looks like a brand new vehicle from the front. I couldn t have asked for a better experience or outcome!

Very nice store and good customer service. They didn't fix my vehicle due to rebuild in the same accident location. Wish they would fix my vehicle but understand their concern. Still give them a 5 star.

Took me awhile to write a review due to work but walking out to my car everyday and seeing how great of a job Justin and his team did reminds me of how this is the shop to go to for any car damage. The staff is friendly and welcoming and I was always kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. Thank you crash champions team for the service you all provided!

The whole staff here so friendly and helpful. They will be repairing my car this month and I'm confident it will be done right. The staff work great as a team and seem to really enjoy what they do and that's hard to find these days.

I was told that an issue with my vehicle was not a result of impact from a motor accident without a proper or physical diagnosis. Not sure if what I was hearing or what was occurring was ethical or honest service to the customer.

I love this place when I need it. This is the second time I have used them to fix my cars after a crash . They are so helpful and treat you with respect and kindness. I love how they completely let you know what s going on . They even went the extra step and caught my air bags not being connected correctly. The absolute best service and job I have ever experienced. My husband had a hit and run on his truck and the rear end was thrashed. We took it to Service King like our insurance recommended and they were so professional, friendly and worked with us through everything. They told us it would take around 9 days to repair and we got it back in 7 days. The truck looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside and washed and polished the outside. Phones don't work apparently. Have been trying to reach them as well as my insurance for over a week. Brought my car in July 18th, don't have the estimate still. Gave plenty of time before calling and between work, a family member's surgery, I can't drive to Fountain to check yet. What a joke.

service King did a superb job on my vehicle I expected it to look good when I got done. but I never expected it to look this good. they were done 4 days early. and the customer service is above all they kept me in tune on what was going on with my vehicle all the time. I can't speak highly enough. hopefully I won't have anybody running to my vehicle again but if I do I know where to go thank you to the whole staff at service King. fountain location

I took my 2016 Ram in to have a front and rear panel replaced and painted. I was surprised how low the estimate was and was expecting the bill to go up when the work was finished. They called me 3 times to let me know how the work was going. They finished on budget. Surprise. They were however 1 day late which isn't bad in today's world. The paint was perfect and they made sure to clean the truck for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A great place to do business with.

This review is solely for the new guy that seems to be incharge. He lacks integrity..he pretends to be your friend and coming from the same place as you. I know, thats a good sales guy right!? This guy saw one of us in military uniform and right away tried to identify with us by saying "brothers in arms...bhla, bhla....Completely denied the "life time warrantee" they claim to have on anything they touch. (We had taken our car here after being sand blasted, the back window was one thing they touched) Eventhough we showed proof that not rock, no person, no wind. Nothing physical made our back window shield break. It was parked in our garage.He pulled the, "I cannot justify how it broke". That is why we took it back there with video proof since,it was nothing anyone or anything did, it HAD to be covered under the lifetime warranty. If a rock or something physical would have hit it. I would understand their denial. But he himself could not explain the reason behind it after watching the video proof.Then he gave us the estimate to have it fixed of $1200. HE had the audacity of saying he was helping us since brothers in arms help eachother.We got it fixed at another place for less than $400.

My second visitThey are not the same. My experience to this time is not satisfactory.Brought the my car in for hail damage, scheduled an appointment that was roughly a year out. This was because they believed the roof needed to be replaced. I was told I would receive a call a few weeks before the appointment to confirm and the would order parts. Appointment day no call was received . Brought the car in and left it with them on a Saturday. Was told I would get a call Monday. By Thursday I call them since they have not called me. I am informed that no one with knowledge of the status of my car is available. They offer to have someone call me in an hour or two. Four hours later I drive down to the to find out the status of my car. I am told they no longer think they will need to replace the roof. This is because they have a different pdr guy supposedly. I leave the car with them for roughly a week and a half. Then I am told they are submitting a supplement. No update for a few more days. I get a call from the insurance company asking about my total loss claim. So I call these guys and I am told they did not know it was being Totaled. I tell them I will talk to the insurance company to see if I can get them to cover the work needed. I'm the meantime i will pick up the car. I get the car and begin talking to the insurance company. The total loss calculation was only a few hundred dollars off of what the first supplement needed. I managed to get my insurance to revalue the salvage price of the car and end up with $500 of room on top of the supplement. When I called to schedule an appointment and after talking to Drake I am put on the phone with Jan the manager and I am told that having no room for another supplement was a problem because if they break the windshield or a few clips while repairing my vehicle they can get it fixed. She did not to want me an to make an appointment. This should have been red flag not to use them. However I scheduled the appointment and expected they are just trying to cover the unexpected. I take the car back in to them and they have a second supplement of roughly $1300 dollars. The condition of the vehicle has not changed since I picked it up from them yet some how the roof must be replaced and they claim the insurance company is the one that stopped assessing the damage when they got close to the limits of total loss last time I brought the car in.If they had done the job the represented to me (fully assessed the work needed) then I would be willing to pay up to $3000 out of pocket. But my experience with this company have left me with no confidence they will do good/honest work on my vehicle. I will find another body shop to use. I recommend you do the same.My first visit was Quality work, decent turn around time.This review was when the company was called Hamlin's auto body

I did get into a car accident and my poor car had some pretty bad damage to the passenger side front bumper and I expected to not see my car for at least a month . But within two weeks I was back driving her back on the road again! They are absolute professionals, keep me updated with text messages , let me know what is happening to my car at all times !they also fixed my husbands car when it got into a wreck too and we are both so very happy how our cars were returned to us!

Had my truck fixed after being rear-ended. They went above and beyond, painting parts that weren t affected by the accident and even redoing the pin striping on the bed. They did a fantastic job on my Frontier!! Looks brand new.

I am still waiting for my car to be right, 3 months total so far. I made the mistake of picking up my car at night and there are several imperfections in the paint ( dirt,lint,water bubbles). I was disrespected by Rick and told I was not his customer. Told by Drake that my car was painted in a dirty booth. Jan the manager told me she would take care of it, I waited a month for parts for car that had been poorly attached and had flown off and became loose. They never called with updates even when they said they would, they called 4 times saying my Durango was ready it still is not ready. The excuses they gave include we are only human, dirty both, not my customer (Rick). For a company that claims" superior repairs and excellent customer service", I think you need to review your mission statement as you miss the mark.

I took my truck in for a passenger side front fender repair. They got my truck mixed up with another vehicle and cut the entire roof off by mistake. They weren't going to notify me of the problem until I drove up and discovered it for myself. You would have thought the manager would have notified me of the problem, but didn't contact me until we called the manager of the other Service King branch in town and requested that she call us. They had my truck for over 5 weeks for an estimated 10 day repair. I will never use Service King for anything, ever again! I certainly hope that they stand behind their so called "Lifetime Warranty!"

We took my car to Hamlin's after a car accident as it was on the list of auto body shops provided by the insurance. They have had my car since the beginning of January and now (over a month and a half later) I am still with out a car.I understand that some parts had to be ordered in and that this is a busy accident time, however this time line has been absolutely ridiculous! Every expected date of completion they provided us has not been met, and the date has been pushed back at least three times.I am definitely not holding my breath that my car will be done any time soon, and in the future will be shopping for a new repair shop.

They do extremely unsatisfactory work. My vehicle was in the shop for about a month for hail damage and when I went to pick it up there was scratches that I know weren t there before, runny paint and fingerprints in the paint as well. I brought this up to the shop and they sarcastically said have it done in a week. Don t even bother stepping foot on their lot.UPDATE: still have yet to receive any of my invoices about my vehicle

The mechanics did an amazing job with the car so i wouldn't have a problem having those mechanics working on my car again.only problem we had was that the first person we talked to told us one thing, then someone else would give us a completely different story. What we found odd was that when they called us to check up on us, they mentioned a survey and told me that if we couldn't give them all 10s, to not do the survey at all, I find that concerning because when you are dealing with peoples cars you should want to know what your strong points are so you can keep doing it and what your weak spots are so you can better them, made me feel like they don't care at all what we trully think or even care to better themselves.

Never Let Me DownOnce again Hamelin's came through for me. My passenger window adhesive was failing and the window was popping out and my headliner was sagging. Got my estimate, scheduled my appointment and got my repair all in less than a week. I know these are minor repairs but the window popping out was pretty urgent. None the less they took care of it professionally and expediently, the morning of my scheduled repair my "ride" failed to show up, so I drove to Hamelin's prepared to get a cab back to my home (which is within 5 miles of the shop) and they offered and did take me home then when my car was ready to be picked up they actually brought my car to my home. They have made repairs to my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe twice after car accidents and all repairs are guaranteed for the life of the car. This is the shop USAA recommended for the repairs. I have never had a problem with their work or professionalism. This is my go to shop for auto body repairs. And Thanks Jan for the ride home - it was very unexpected and it actually turned my day around.

If you love your car, DO NOT TAKE IT TO HAMLINS! Especially the North Stone Mesa Point Location as the "Owner" Trish works there and as an owner of the business cares NOTHING about customers or their property.I had work done on my car by their North Mesa Point location and at first it seemed great, and then the trouble started a few months later... I was power washing my car one day and as I went across my front bumper, the paint they applied started peeling!!!If this wasn't bad enough, upon taking my car back to their shop all they wanted to do was justify WHY the paint was peeling rather than talking about fixing it. After calling my insurance company, they FORCED them to honor the warranty repair.So today I just left their shop and guess what, inside of my vehicle an in-dash cup holder was broken! I IMMEDIATELY called them to explain and as always, all they did was make excuses. At first Trish said that they "of course" wiped the inside of my vehicle. Then once I arrived back to the shop the story changed to "we didn't touch the inside of your vehicle..." They not only cleaned my dash, but vacuumed my mats, and even upon showing the fibers left behind on the dash, Trish (The owner allegedly) still denied that they did anything inside of my vehicle!Not only is the customer service at this shop nothing short of HORRIFIC, but I now have to have my cup-holder in my dash fixed.If you don't mind a paint job that lasts less than a year, tons of grief when you bring it back under warranty, and some broken interior pieces, this is certainly the place!! I will NEVER bring my car back to Hamlins.

Didn't preform services required.I had a dented corner panel. Insurance claim called for a complete replacement. As well as the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Car still leaks wiper fluid. So I pulled the panel off to check it out. They didn't replace the resivour, it still has a huge hole in it. And you can see hammer marks in the panel from them probably hammering out the dents and putting the old damaged panel back on. And they never performed the alignment that was needed. This place is full of liars, never bring your car there.

Farmers directed me to Hamlin's North Location to get an estimate after some damage to our car. The repair estimated was completed with my wife and one of their certified techs a couple of months ago. I went in today to clarify the damage that was being repaired, verify that all damage was accounted for on the estimate, and to see if i could pay out of pocket to have some additional damage repaired or and see if i could skip the repair of plastic scratches in favor of repairing dents. The owner said that his employee missed some items of damage on the estimate and that he was not willing to add to the quote unless i committed to have my work done at his shop. I was treated very poorly, owner was argumentative, spoke over me, didn't listen to what I asked, was negative about the employee that did the estimate, and didn't address any of my concerns. If you value customer service and need someone to patiently talk you through the repair process or if you have any questions on the accuracy of the repair estimate steer clear of this body shop.. I cannot comment on the quality of their work as I am going to another shop for this work, and I will not ever be back. I had the most greatest experience with Service King today. I had a problem with my side view mirror, Nathan looked at it and had it fixed on the spot, in record speed and at no charge, while others quoted me between $200-$400!!! Impeccable integrity! Got to love them!
