Absolutely the worst service we have received from a parts store. We ordered a part, nobody assigned a name to it so it was lost, we arrived at the store and it took 4 people for them to tell me it was lost and to get my money back. The employees were not friendly and did not have an apology or any resolution to the fault on their part, every single employee that we dealt with was rude and the lady that could not seem to comprehend anything rudely crumbled my receipt and threw it. Absolutely will never return to this store and will not recommend to anyone.

We went in there today to get gaskets. Online they were priced at under $7. The person behind the counter proceeded to give us a price of $25 for two of them. And, while we were waiting, the people who were in back doing stocking were cussing, being loud and obnoxious. We went out to the car and proceeded to get our gaskets at another store for a little over $4 a piece. This was around 4:30 p.m. if it makes a difference. Your counterperson was somewhat rude. Not good business at all.

Workers were confused at best. I had an online order 2 parts. They gave me one part and tried to send me. I had to wait about 20 mins for them to track down the second hundred dollar part they had right in front of them(in the pick up box).Took 3 ppl total. Experience could have been better.

First of all I don t even know where to start but kalee literally saved my car! One thing I learned is to never go to A Walmart for an oil change I recently got an oil change at Walmart about three weeks ago to come to find out that they didn t even replace oil into my engine whatsoever which could ve caused my engine to completely blow out but kalee Took the time out of her day to come and help me not only run a reader on my vehicle but also put oil IN MY VEHICLE!! The team was all supportive and for her running a whole store in still taking care of me during all of it she was definitely an angel sent! If y all have any car trouble definitely go check her out!!

Kalee was nothing but amazing help! I was having issues with my car and she was quick to help me figure the situation out. My battery was acting up and coincidently when I went to leave my car wouldn t start. Kalee immediately offered to jump my car to see if the battery was at fault and later discovered my battery was from them and still had warrantee! This was all going down maybe 20 min before closing and she still served me with a smile on her face and I seriously could not be more grateful! She switched out my battery and I was happily on my way. I had nothing but an AMAZING experience here. I will never forget you Kalee!

I am generally a fan of AutoZone and have shopped at these stores many times, however, this morning was a less than ideal experience. I wanted to add a coupon to an online pickup order. They told me it cannot be done and I asked if I could cancel my order and restart the transaction. The reaction from all 4 employees there was disgust at the inconvenience I was causing them. I actually felt like I was doing something wrong. The main lady actually moaned, put her head on the counter and said she hadn't had her coffee yet. I then had to walk them through there own system to cancel the order because they claimed it couldn't be done. Ultimately I got what I needed but it was a painful process that left me feeling like I shouldn't have been there. I get it was at opening but if you open your doors, you should be prepared to do your job and help people with their questions. Probably will not go back to this branch.

Actually a review that could have went much more poorly initially... I had not shopped AutoZone in a year or two but needed something fairly asap one night and just a mild issue that I didn't feel was handled properly. I had reported it somewhat pointing out I stopped shopping due another location and to have a bad experience this one attempt to give business again wasn't encouraging but I was very impressed that the very next day (as promised) a regional person touched base with me and handed me off to the local store manager and they really worked to make sure the issue was taken care of. Seems like service is a bit lacking everywhere lately and even when pointed out other companies have just given the shrug so though yes, I had an issue, those things can happen anywhere - the way they acted to resolve it is what made this still get 5 stars from me (and gain repeat business from me)

Horrible service. I called and asked for a part. They said they had it in stock. I asked them to put it to the side and that I would pick it up in ten minutes. I got there and they told me they didn t have the part and that they d have to order it. The woman I talked to said she knew nothing about it. How can you tell a customer you have something and that you ll have it ready for them then act like you know nothing about it when they show up?!

The place is forgetting the basics. And tonight after being there,for 7 hours needing just a little help with a,bolt I couldn't get due to loss of feeling and nerve damage to spine the guy said he would help me right after another customer 4 hours later I Gave up on him went in and they where playing basket ball in back room as customers where walking in and out they never helped me they locked up and called it closing time so,i,was stuck in the snow storm 26 degress outside with a not working vehicle for 2+ hours I finally got the vehicle fixed but cost me more pain more damage to my spine. This happened 2 days in a row. So for me they lost a customer if 16+ years and O'reilly's just got a new one.

We are from SD and had some car trouble on our trip traveling home. We called Auto Zone in Ft Morgan,CO, who encouraged us to stop by. They got us the parts we needed and got us back on the road. Excellent customer service...so helpful and friendly! Nice to know there are still people out there willing to help out, especially on a Sunday and holiday weekend. Shout out to Kalee and Ky, who were so helpful! Can't thank them enough! They went above and beyond!!

Our AC stopped working on our drive back to NY- I stopped at AutoZone to see if there was something I could do. The manager Will was so helpful and polite enough to walk me through the steps of refilling it. Now our AC is working in 90 degree weather- thank you Will!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Autozone in Fort Morgan. We were on a cross country road trip and had a battery die nearby. We jumped it, drove it straight into the brilliant and capable hands of Manager Kalee! After diagnosing the issue, Kalee helped us sort out our options in a highly professional and courteous manner. THE SERVICE WAS BEYOND COMPARE! Kalee and the friendly staff at this location got our car back on the road in no time, all while answering our every question. It literally was fun and educational. We cannot recommend Kalee and this location enough!

I was on a 1,400 mile road trip with my cousin, from Arizona to South Dakota. The '95 Dodge we were driving had some issues an blew the transmission line out of the the bell housing that left us sitting ducks. We were towed in to Fort Morgan's AutoZone so we could get parts an make the fix. I spent a few hundred bucks on tools an parts. The Assistant Manager "Kalee" an her staff were amazingly helpful in every manner possible. They help us so much that day I could not thank them enough. This location is awesome. We walked in on our way home from Colorado needing to change our wind shield wipers. Gigi helped us purchase and change them in less than ten minutes and then we were in the road again. She is amazing! Thank you so much!

Can't express how happy Ukiah made me when he went above and beyond to help me through a catastrophe. He literally saved me with his knowledge on carborators and helped me get back on the road the same day! Amazing experience 10/10!!

I enjoy being in Autozone about as much as a kid loves being in the candy store. I can look around for hours and if I have any change in my pocket most likely I'm going to spend it on something just below the register. I always get great service and knowledgeable employees who are able to always help me find what it is I'm looking for.

I just walked in to the store to charge a battery and told me that it will take one & half hour. I returned at 3:00P.M & was also told still it is charging. I didn't have a choice but waiting another hour. At 4:30P.M, I was told my battery was bad it couldn't charge. It is fine if the battery is bad or I have to buy a new one. The worst part I faced was the service men in the store, specially the so called Hector, bad customer service. After I realized my car's problem wasn't a battery and called after one hour to return it. I was told they don't have a returning policy. This is the worst customer service ever I faced in AutoZone and very hateful individual. If there is a managing personnel in this store, it is shameful service. The so called Hector must be reprimanded and watch out customers in this store. Above all, this store doesn't have a returning policy and don't advise anyone to buy anything from this store.

Super awesome guy helped me trouble shoot the problem in my girlfriends car. Fast and friendly. The part alone was fairly cheap I'm glad it was the filter and nothing serious. Didn't catch the guys name but if he reads this from the guy that you did a diagnostic on his girl friends Malibu thanks again man.

Our truck broke down east of Fort Morgan Friday evening. We had it towed to Auto Zone where they had the parts we needed to get back home, out of state. Auto Zone manager Kayla let us borrow tools and helped in any way she could. Auto Zone had a list of local mechanics, two of whom were able to complete the work the next day. Kayla and the Auto Zone employees went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We can t complement them enough!! Great team!! Thanks Auto Zone of Fort Morgan!!

Love the staff and the customers. Clean and well stocked. The employees are fast, friendly and get the job done. For all auto part needs this is the store to go to. The services provided are outstanding. You can't get this kind of service anywhere.
