Chuck was amazing to work with. Always quick replies to questions. Great customer service. And great work! Recently had our suv in his shop with hail damage EVERYWHERE. It took a long time to get the parts in but that was out of his hands, so he kept me updated. Our suv looks awesome! Cannot tell we got a whole new hood and you would never know it was hailed on! Highly recommend Chuck at Pro Dent!

After going down on my motorcycle and denting my beautiful tank, I called Chuck at Pro Dent Hail Center & he came to check out my bike that afternoon. I took it to his shop a few days later and he turned it around in less than a week! You can t even tell I went down. Thanks to him, I m back up and running and with my tank all fixed up, it s even prettier than before. A huge THANK YOU to Chuck for being kind, honest, and for not making me feel bad about my accident. You are the absolute best.

Our 2022 Toyota was pummeled by hail recently, and we took it to Pro Dent and Chuck did an absolutely amazing job! The car looks brand new again. I HIGHLY recommend Chuck and Pro Dent - you will not be disappointed!

Chuck is AMAZING!!!! He truly cares about his clients and their vehicles! Our insurance company picked a fight with the wrong guy! He went so far above and beyond to get our car fixed quickly and perfectly!!! I have never worked with a better business. A+++

We had a great experience at PRO Dent. Chuck helped us navigate our insurance claim and communicated with us through the whole experience. Our car had some extra issues with a damaged wrap that also needed to be replaced and he managed getting that fixed for us too. I would highly recommend PRO Dent for hail damage or other body work on any car. Thanks!

Super friendly and professional. They do fantastic work and love what they do. Someone with a truck banged his door in my Mini which left a huge dent. Chuck did an amazing job removing it. I highly recommend PRO Dent Hail Center.

I usually dread doing stuff like fixing dents or hail damage because of the process involved. This company changed all that! I have had the best experience from start to finish. Michael, who signed us up and walked me through the insurance portion of the process was so professional and knowledgeable. Owner Chuck, who also knows his stuff, was so pleasant and easy going. I am an older car junkie for over 50 years. So, I am picky to say the least. I thought I would stop by Pro Dent and see if they were any good. Well, I couldn't find them as they are tucked away. So, I go to a body shop around the corner and ask if they know where Pro Dent is. The unanimous office reply was "they fix all the hail dents for the body shop" and proceeded to walked me over for a personal introduction to Chuck. Chuck and his crew were as good as advertised by the body shop (maybe better). True pros. I would say I have made a new friend as well as the only place I will go or recommend to family and friends for hail dent repair. If you have hail problems and don't try them out, your loss...................

Amazing experience. Chuck was totally friendly and professional and got me in right away. My truck looks like new and you can t even tell there was ever a dent. They do great work here and I would highly recommend. Everything was on time and affordable.

I had hail damage on my car from a recent storm. They made the process of getting my car repaired SO easy. My auto insurance doesn't cover rental cars but, they were able to set me up with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. The best part was, that I didn't even have to leave my house. They picked up my car, dropped off the rental car, and returned my car to me when it was finished. As a busy Mom of two kids, this made the process of getting my car repaired stress free. I will definitely be using Pro Dent Hail Center in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Chuck was amazing! He gave me a quote about a year ago to fix the damage on my hood. I finally got around to fixing it and not only was the price the same but the quality of the work is spectacular! Can't even tell that it was ever dented! I wasn't in a major rush and he still turned it around in under 24 hours! I will absolutely use Chuck from now on!

Chuck did an awesome job repairing several hundred hail dents on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Can't even tell the car was in a hail storm! He is very thorough and professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pro Dent Hail Center.

Pro Dent Hail Center had a very welcoming and open atmosphere. Chuck and Jake were professional and very trust worthy with my vehicle. They were on time and ready for me when I arrived. The precautions that this business has taken due to COVID makes each and every customer feel safe with the steps that they have done to make the lobby clean along with their workers. When hail hits I will for sure be bring my car back to Pro Dent Hail Center!

Probably the best customer service experience I ve had in a long time. I found them doing a google search and they popped up as the first hail repair shop. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in the next day for an evaluation. The process was seamless and stress free. Chuck and his son are a great pair. They have great vibe about them and I knew I was leaving my car in great hands. I would definitely recommend this place. My hail repair was more than I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape as if that hailstorm never touched my vehicle. If you re looking to get your hail damage repaired. Give PRO Dent Hail a call, you won t be disappointed.

My new Outback sustained a pretty severe dent on its front fender. After shopping around, I was referred to PRO Dent Hail Center by a local body shop as a first option before I spent a lot of money to have the part repaired/repainted or replaced. I met Chuck and he felt confident he could fix it or he wouldn t charge me. The car came back after a few hours and looks good as new. He worked fast and charged me less that the original quote. I ll be going back to PRO Dent if I need paintless dent repair in the future.

Chuck gave me the best quote in town to fix a dent on my drivers side door. He finished in half a day and the work was great, I can t even tell a dent was there! I ll definitely be back if I have more dents that need to be fixed.

My fiance's car got hit in a recent hail storm this last winter. She would have had to wait over 6 months to get it fixed at the dealership. Pro Dent Hail Center was able to service her car, timely and for a great rate. Owners and staff are extremely friendly and nice. Very professional

Found a 6 inch crease in my fender undoubtedly from a parking lot- took it in for an estimate, they got me in the next day and fixed it to perfection!. Fast and easy. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back if needed.

Jake is the man! I had a dent that was very close to the edge of my fender and I thought it was going to be nearly impossible to remove with out some residual waves . Man was I wrong not only did they pull the dent out but they also buffed out the scratches.These fellas are professional, local and honest. I ve never really considered PDR before, but what a great way to preserve your factory finish while keeping your car looking like new. They definitely have my repeat business.Thanks for the job well done Five stars from me!

Everybody else scared me and said its complicated . Chuck made sure to not only give me peace of mind but also took care of my Tesla like no one else . This was the best , most friendly customer service I've had in a long time! And not only that they did an amazing job!! This company fixed about 800 hail dents in my car in 2 days! I was skeptical at first, but my car is now flawless. I am so fortunate to have found this company these guys rock! (A different local body shop told me it would be 6 weeks and they were going to bondo and repaint ugh). These guys do paintless dent removal onsite themselves they don t send it out to a 3rd party. You can sit and watch them work if you really want to. A side note the waiting room and work area are immaculate which intrigued me, then it made sense they are military veterans. Another solid reason to use this company! Seamless interface with my insurance company makes a triple bonus. Finally, estimates are free with zero sales pressure. I wholly recommend this local veteran paintless dent repair company.
